"Okay, this god dog is out of the way, it's just a stinky swamp pool!" "The Howling Sky Dog decided to go down and investigate.

It sniffed the swamp pool closer, and the stench made its hairs stand on end, as if repelling what it was about to do.

Gao Shan didn't urge, praying in his heart that the big dog would not regret it for a while.

The Howling Sky Dog did regret what he had just said, but as a divine dog, he should always do what he said, and after a little hesitation, he jumped into the stinky swamp pool.

Soon, the body of the howling dog was completely submerged in the swamp pool, and there was no trace of it.

There is nothing they can do now, they can only wait patiently.

After more than ten minutes, bubbles surged in the swamp pool.

Gao Shan and the others knew that the big black dog was coming out, so they all subconsciously took a few steps back, so as not to be splashed by the stinky muddy water that this thing had brought up.

The bubbles are rolling faster and faster, more and more.

A figure suddenly jumped out, and with a whoosh, it disappeared.

"Where did it go?" Tang Qianqian looked at Gao Shan in confusion.

Gao Shan was also stunned and said, "Keep up!"

Maybe the big black dog found the trace of the white fox, and he didn't have time to communicate with them, so he went to chase it.

The three immediately followed, but soon realized that they had made a mistake.

Instead of chasing a white fox, the Howling Dog went directly to a nearby waterhole, where he was washing the stinky mud on his body.

Gao Shan was speechless, and asked patiently, "How is it, have you found any traces of the white fox?"

"No, the fox is cunning enough, it must have sneaked into the stinky swamp pool, and then used the stench of the swamp to hide the body odor and escaped, and could not continue to track. ”

There is nothing there is to help unless a new source of smell is found and tracked down again.

What a cunning fox.

According to the Howling Dog, the fox escaped all the way from the tomb to this side, and then sneaked into the swamp pool, stained with stinky mud, completely covering the body odor.

The whistling dog could not follow the scent of the fox fur, because the scent was completely lost.

"Can you follow the swamp stench?" asked Takayama.

The fox's body odor is completely obscured by the stench, so it carries the stench of the swamp pond on its body, which can be tracked by changing the smell.

It took a few more stabs before he came out of the pool, shook off the water from his fur, and said, "Do you really think that my nose is omnipotent, the smell covers the sky, the fox can go from any direction, and there is the stench of the swamp all around, in which direction to track?"

There is a smell on either side, and either side may be the direction in which the fox escapes, and it is impossible to determine the direction to track.

After hearing this, Gao Shan's brows furrowed.

He also knew, but he still had a glimmer of illusion.

In this way, the trace of the fox was completely cut off, and there was no clue of the fox at all.

What a cunning guy.

This fox is really good.

Gao Shan frowned and said: "You can stay here during this time, continue to expand the search area, Yiyi also followed the Roaring Sky Dog, walking around this mountain forest to see if you can find new clues." ”

The fox couldn't have been carrying the swamp mud to cover up the smell, and sooner or later it would come out again.

If the whistling dog can happen to find it, then there is a line to track again.

However, the smell does not stay for too long and is easy to evaporate, so the time is very short, and whether you can find it before the smell dissipates depends on luck.

Leaving Chu Yiyi also wanted to see if she could find new clues by luck.

The Howling Sky Dog and Chu Yiyi stayed, while Gao Shan returned to the village with Tang Qianqian.

"How is it, have you found that white fox?" Fang Tianhao asked impatiently.

Gao Shan shook his head and said: "That guy is very cunning, he is definitely not an ordinary fox, he may have become a sperm!"

"Fox spirit?" After hearing this, Fang Tianhao smiled bitterly: "Then is the madness in the village really caused by this fox who has become a spirit?"

Although there are such rumors everywhere, Fang Tianhao can't accept it in his heart.

Because it sounds ridiculous.

He still prefers a more scientific way to answer all this.

But now it seems that the scientific way cannot explain it, and only this absurd reason makes sense.

Gao Shan pondered for a moment and replied, "Zhang Tianshi and his party were fine before entering the tomb, and they should have entered the tomb to catch madness.

This means that there must be something in the tomb that caused them to contract madness, and we have carefully investigated in the tomb, except for the possibility that there was a white fox there, nothing else.

According to this inference, it is very likely that the white fox caused them to contract the madness, and everyone in the village should also be infected with the madness as well. ”

With such an explanation, Fang Tianhao also understood.

Although there is no direct evidence to prove it, it now seems that this is the most plausible explanation.

He needs to report the matter, and it depends on how to deal with it further.

"Will the white fox continue to spread this madness?" Fang Tianhao asked again.

"It's hard to say, because I now suspect that the white fox is an active contagious madness. It's so clever that it may have been intentionally spreading, and the purpose is unknown, but we have to be careful. I'll call some people over when I get back, and I'll probably be staring at the nearby villages. ”

Gao Shan originally came with a roaring dog this time, and Tang Qianqian and Chu Yiyi came secretly.

There is only a limited area that only the three of them and one dog can take care of, and he needs more people to enter the mountains and forests to search, and strive to take the initiative to find the white fox, and he can't just wait passively.

It's all going to take people, and he's going to draw some from the Sky Slayer team.

After hearing this, Fang Tianhao expressed his gratitude to Gao Shan and said, "I will report the matter, and I will also let some people from above come out to help find this white fox as soon as possible." ”

Fang Tianhao and Gao Shan exchanged a few words of greeting, and immediately went to report the situation, which naturally caused a shock in the county.

The county's leadership team felt that this matter was unconfirmed, and that there was a suspicion of feudal superstition that could not be spread and that it was not suitable to be reported, so they decided to deal with it internally first, or to consider reporting it if there was definite evidence.

They still searched out a lot of special police forces, and scattered these police forces in the mountains and forests.

I really found some traces of white foxes, some of them were hunted and killed, and some were captured alive.

These white foxes were brought back and handed over to Fang Tianhao, which Gao Shan specially advised, because he needed to find out if it was the white fox they needed to find.

The method of farewell is also very simple, you only need to let the whistling dog smell the smell of the white fox.

If it was really the white fox they were looking for, the whistling dog could smell it as soon as he put his nose on it.
