Chapter 1040: Fudge's Accusations
Evan took a quick look at it, and there was no picture of Peter Pettigrew. Pen, fun, and www.biquge.info
Poor fellow, he was now the most heavily guarded prisoner in Azkaban and was considered the most dangerous Death Eater, but Voldemort didn't even look at him.
Thirty Death Eaters escaped from prison, and there was no Peter Pettigrew, which speaks for itself.
As Evan browsed the photos, Harry's eyes were drawn to the witch, and her face jumped into his eyes at the first glance of the newspaper.
The only female Death Eater in the newspaper, Bellatrix Lestrange.
Her long black hair looked unkempt in the photo, completely different from the sleek and shiny hair she had seen at Kreacher before.
The eyes under the thick eyelids stared at everyone, and a haughty, contemptuous smile appeared on the thin lips.
Like Sirius before her, she still retains some traces of her handsomeness.
But something, perhaps Azkaban, had taken away most of her beauty.
Like everyone else, below her photo is a short description.
She tortured Frank and Alice Longbottom, causing them to be permanently disabled.
But Evan knew that there were far more crimes against her than had been reported, and that the other Death Eaters had probably done the same.
"The Ministry of Magic announced a mass prison escape in Azkaban yesterday night!" Hermione read, "Minister Cornelius Fudge confirmed in an interview in his office that thirty felons had escaped last night, and that he had informed the Muggle Prime Minister of the danger of the fugitives. β
"It's a shame that we're in the same situation as Sirius Black had escaped two and a half years ago. "I think the two things may be related, we have summoned Blake and asked him about the situation, there is no evidence that he is a prisoner, but you know, such a large-scale escape makes it suspicious that there is an outside connection, Blake, as one of the escapees from Azkaban, is in the best position to help others escape from prison, or to divulge his experience and methods of escaping from Azkaban, we have to be so suspicious, because the fugitives include Blake's cousin, Bellatrix Lestrange." β
"I can't believe it!" Harry roared, "Fudge blamed Sirius for the Death Eater's prison break?"
"It's incredible!" said Aven.
"What else can he do?" Hermione said sarcastically, "can he say I'm sorry, Dumbledore reminded me that the guards of Azkaban had taken Voldemort, and he spent a year telling everyone that you and Dumbledore were liars, weren't they?"
"Sirius has been proven innocent!" Harry said in disbelief.
"Fudge doesn't think so, he thinks Sirius could commit a new crime at any moment!"
"How can any prisoner stay at home and wait for the Ministry of Magic to arrest him?!"
"Yes, everyone knows what this is all about, but Fudge needs a prisoner, and if he doesn't dare to admit that Voldemort has returned, he will have to put all the blame on the others. "Don't worry, Harry, Sirius is going to be fine." β
"He has plenty of evidence that he didn't do it, and we can prove for him if we need to, that Fudge can't do it if he wants to. Don't hum, Ron, there's something to come!" Hermione said, looking down at the paper, "Elaine, he mentioned your uncle, and in addition to accusing Sirius, Fudge thinks that the Death Eaters broke out of prison and that you orchestrated the whole affair, and he said that the Death Eaters used your uncle as their leader. β
"I'm used to it!" Elaine said disapprovingly, "not surprisingly, human wizards always blame us for all sorts of things, and most of the bad things they accuse vampires of doing have nothing to do with us. β
"What else did that idiot say?" asked Harry angrily.
"He said that the Ministry of Magic was sparing no effort to hunt down the fugitives, and asked the public to be vigilant and not to approach these dignitaries, there are no more!" Hermione read the last paragraph of the newspaper and flipped through it with dissatisfaction, "They should have reported it in detail." β
"Wait for Hogwarts Wizardry!" said Aven, "Lupin should have more details on what happened, since this incident was classified as a prison escape, it shows that the Dementors did not defect on the surface......"
Voldemort was careful, he did need the help of elite Death Eaters, but he still didn't want to leak the news of his return.
That's why there was a mass prison break, and Fudge wouldn't admit that something was wrong with the Dementors.
Because admitting that the Dementors had a problem is equivalent to admitting Voldemort's return in disguise.
Voldemort had a knack for playing with people's hearts, and he ate Fudge's heart to death.
But it didn't work, because without acknowledging the dementors' mutiny, magic couldn't give a satisfactory explanation for the escape.
Anyone with a non-negative IQ can see this, and Evan feels the need to publish the article that Rita Skeeter helped them write during the summer vacation, telling everyone the truth and what is going on in the wizarding world.
Harry, meanwhile, looked around the auditorium, wondering why the other students didn't seem panicked.
Or at least talking about the horrible front-page news, but few people took the newspaper every day like Hermione.
They were still chatting about homework, Quidditch balls, and ghost knows what nonsense, while thirty more Death Eaters outside the walls had bolstered Voldemort's power.
He looked over to the faculty desk, and it was a different scene.
Dumbledore still hadn't appeared, Professor McGonagall was whispering to Professor Flitwick, both of them looking grim, and Professor Sprout leaned the Daily Prophet against the ketchup bottle and read the first edition intently, spoon held up in the air, not even noticing that the yolk of the spoon was dripping onto his legs.
On the other side of the table, Umbridge was gulping down cereal.
For the first time, her toad eyes didn't search the Great Hall for misbehaving students, and she ate with a frown, glancing viciously at Dumbledore's empty spot from time to time.
In addition to this news, the Daily Prophet also published the news of the death of a person.
His name is Broderick BodΓΈ, he was injured in a work accident a few weeks ago and was taken to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Injuries and Injuries, his condition is gradually recovering, but coincidentally, someone gave him a devil's net disguised as a harmless crab claw orchid, and the recovering Mr. Bode was strangled to death as soon as he touched it!
St. Mungo's Hospital has not yet been able to explain how this potted plant ended up in the ward, and hopes that those in the know will provide clues.
On the day of Aven, Harry, and Mr. Weasley's interrogation at the Ministry of Magic, they met Mr. Balde in the elevator.
He worked in the Department of Mysteries, so what appeared to be an accident was a murder, a very clever murder.
As long as you don't leave your name, there's no way to find out who sent the plant.
It seems that after the events in Norway, Voldemort has begun to speed up the progress of obtaining the Prophecy Orb.
A short time later, the Hogwarts Wizardry was delivered, detailing the Death Eater's escape.
Much more detailed than the Daily Prophet, but also not much of value.
However, Hogwarts Wizardry and Wizardry has brought about a noticeable change, as the number of students in the school who subscribe to Hogwarts Wizards and Wizardry is much higher than that of the Daily Prophet, and they are not interested in reading those reports, but in the newspaper's merchandise promotion list and homework analysis.
