"Oh, Mayor Li, it's okay, it's not a big deal. ,!” Zong Dechao didn't expect Li Yi to react so much, and hurriedly smiled: "It's just a small earthquake of magnitude three or four, and there are no casualties among the citizens." There was no property damage either. In our place, there are many mountains and complex geological structures, and it is normal for an occasional earthquake. ”

Li Yi fell into deep thought!

Zong Dechao thought to himself, Li Yi came down from the capital and may have never been exposed to earthquakes? That's why as soon as he heard about the earthquake, he reacted so much, so he said: "Mayor Li, don't be nervous, this earthquake can't shake our city, at most it's just a small earthquake." ”

Li Yi waved his hand and said, "I'm not worried about this - Comrade Dechao, in the Beiqiang County area of our city, there are frequent earthquakes?" ”

Zong Dechao said: "It's not too frequent, it's just an occasional shock." ”

Li Yi said: "Can the Municipal Earthquake Bureau predict it?" ”

Zong Dechao smiled bitterly: "It's unlikely." Now the earthquake prediction jishu on shijie is not so superb! Our city's earthquake bureau is even worse, they don't respond before every earthquake. ”

Li Yi said: "Didn't the Earthquake Bureau fail to fulfill its due duties? ”

Zong Dechao said: "The earthquake bureau of our city is mainly responsible for disaster reduction and relief after the earthquake. ”

Li Yi said: "However, if there is really a big earthquake, this post-disaster work is the business of the entire government department, what can he do with a small earthquake bureau?" ”

Zong Dechao said: "This, it's indeed a little embarrassing!" But the Earthquake Bureau can do some of that kind of thing. ”

Li Yi said: "Comrade Dechao, let me ask you a question. If there is an earthquake of magnitude 7 or higher in our city, the buildings in our city. Can you resist it? ”

Zong Dechao was stunned and said, "An earthquake above level 7? I'm afraid it's enough to hang, not to mention a house in the Beiqiang area, even if it's a building in the urban area, I'm afraid I can't resist it! God forbid, this kind of disaster must never happen. Once it happens. That would be a devastating catastrophe. ”

Li Yi nodded slowly, thinking that this kind of disaster is not too far away from us!

However, Li Yi is here! He wants to use his anti-heaven hand to complete a series of measures before the great devil of the earthquake devours the land of Xichuan, so that when the earthquake devil comes, Mianzhou can easily and with as few casualties as possible to survive this catastrophe!

Hopefully it's still too late!

"Mayor Lee, let's be honest. In our government departments, many organizations are indeed imaginary, and comrades go to work every day doing nothing and reading newspapers all day long. Study the spirit of the document of the superiors, there is no substantive work content. Zong Dechao and Li Yi walked into the building together, and said: "If you really want to carry out institutional reform, at least half of the people can be screened out!" ”

Li Yi thought to himself, Zong Dechao has something to say! Then he said in a deep voice: "Well, Comrade Dechao, you are right. ”

Zong Dechao said: "Mayor Li." I can understand your good intentions in carrying out institutional reforms such as reducing the number of vice-presidents, but this Rome was not built in a day. Our government agencies, all the time. They are all only in and out, only rising and not falling, accumulating over time, which has led to more and more people and more idlers. If you want to reform now, it will not be easy. Secretary Shao resolutely opposed, also for the sake of the overall stability of Mianzhou officialdom. ”

Li Yi said: "I can understand this. However, for the sake of the long-term overall situation of Mianzhou, we still have to carry out institutional reform and reduce the burden. This is the general trend. ”

Zong Dechao said: "Mayor Li, I personally still support your idea. I have a proposal for you to see if it works. ”

Li Yi said: "Comrade Zongde, please have something to say. ”

Zong Dechao said: "Mayor Li, you can choose a county to carry out the reform pilot work, if this county can reach a new height of economic development under your reform and leadership, at that time, you don't need to say more, comrades can also know the benefits of your reform." Wouldn't it be twice the result with half the effort to promote it at that time? ”

Li Yi nodded slowly, thinking that Zong Dechao's idea was also a feasible strategy, and said: "Comrade Dechao, then what do you think is better for which county or city in this city to use as a pilot?" ”

Zong Dechao smiled: "I think Mayor Li has already made a suitable choice?" ”

Li Yi smiled: "I want to make a fuss about Ji County." ”

Zong Dechao said: "Yes, of course it's Ji County." Ji County is poor, and the officials there are habitually lazy and have not made any achievements, so if you want to implement the policy of reducing the deputy to them, it is actually very easy. ”

Li Yi thought to himself, Zong Dechao thought to himself, Ji County is poor, which proves that there is serious inaction among the officials there, and it is really easy to find out the shortcomings of those officials, and just find an excuse to transfer a few deputy positions or dismiss them on the spot.

Since it is to carry out reforms, then do not be afraid of offending people, and do it when it is time to do it.

The two men talked, came to the office, and each parted ways.

Li Yi spent a day yesterday and didn't rest well at night, but at this moment, when he put himself into work, he was immediately alive and full of energy.

Thinking back to last night's several times with Shangguan Jin, Li Yi felt itchy in his heart, this Shangguan Jin, the flexibility of his body and the strength of his skin, it is really a must, compared to several other women, it has a different kind of wonder!

It's a pity that such a good dish, once you eat it, it's rare to eat it a second time.

Judging from Shangguan Jin's attitude yesterday, she can not complain to Lin Xin, and not hit Li Yi's cold gun, she has already burned high incense. Do you still want to kiss Fangze? It's hard to wait until the door opens!

Li Yi sat in his office chair, carefully pondered the current political situation and officialdom in Mianzhou, and came to a conclusion, that is, if we want to gain a firm foothold in Mianzhou, it is difficult to escape the struggle, and under appropriate struggle, we should seek a stable political situation, which is extremely beneficial to the development of Mianzhou.

If Mianzhou wants to develop, there are two major obstacles that must be removed.

One is the Toukers.

On the side of the couch, how can you allow others to sleep soundly? Mianzhou City, which is governed by Li Yi, absolutely cannot tolerate the existence of such a powerful underworld shili! This cancer must be cut off!

Another obstacle to development is the earthquake factor in Mianzhou!

No matter how good and fast you develop, an earthquake can bring you back to the pre-liberation period!

If we don't solve the elements of the past two years, talking about development is just an empty word.

Li Yi thought of Jiang Zhifeng, the grandson of Chief Jiang Zhaonan.

Jiang Zhifeng listened to Li Yi's persuasion, gave up the government's iron rice bowl, and came to work in the "Wuzhou Institute of Geological Sciences" established by Li Yi.

The Wuzhou Institute of Geological Sciences, a scientific research department led by Li Yi, is dedicated to the study of geological hazards.

Geological disasters refer to geological processes (phenomena) formed under the action of natural or man-made factors that cause damage and loss to human life, property and the environment. Such as collapse, landslide, debris flow, ground fissure, soil erosion, land desertification and swamping, soil salinization, as well as earthquakes, volcanoes, geothermal damage, etc.

Since he wants to invest in scientific research, Li Yi's eyes are not limited to earthquakes!

The losses caused by geological disasters to the country and the people are many, in addition to earthquakes, there are other geological disasters!

Li Yi invested a huge amount of money to recruit talents from all over Shijie and set up this scientific research team, the purpose of which is to bring new scientific research achievements to the country, so that his wealth can be transformed into scientific research that is beneficial to the country and all mankind, and serve the vast human society.

This ideal is very lofty!

Jiang Zhifeng held the position of vice president of the Wuzhou Geological Research Institute, which was also specially instructed by Li Yi to take care of Jiang Zhaonan's grandson.

Even if it is a purely scientific research, it is inseparable from the protection of politics!

What's more, Jiang Zhifeng was originally a talent in this field, and arranging him to be a vice president is not only a love for talent, but also a respect for Chief Jiang.

Li Yi touched the phone and called Jiang Zhifeng.

"Zhifeng, hello." Li Yi smiled slightly.

"Li Yi!" Jiang Zhifeng smiled: "Why did you remember to call me?" ”

Li Yi said: "You have been working in Wuzhou for a while, I called you to ask you, are you still used to work?" ”

Jiang Zhifeng said: "Get used to it, it's too accustomed!" The working environment and atmosphere here are much better than those of state institutions. Everyone here is immersed in work, and they don't need to be cared for at all, they are automatically put into the work. I love the feeling of this kind of work. It's not like working for a boss, it's working for an ideal, or a great goal! ”

Li Yi smiled and said: "Because the people of this scientific research institute are all real talents, their life ideals are not to work for life, but to work hard for a lofty ideal!" Of course, what the organization provides to you will also be the world's most haode benefits and treatment, so that everyone can do a good job without worries. ”

Jiang Zhifeng said: "Yes, my salary here is several times that of before!" My grandfather also praised me, saying that I was out of work and finally found a job that I was interested in and could make money. ”

Li Yi said: "Zhifeng, what progress have you made in your research on earthquakes?" ”

Jiang Zhifeng said: "This is more difficult, the scientific research institute has just been established, and all aspects of work have just begun, and there are no haode achievements!" ”

Li Yi said: "I would like to ask your scientific research institute to send a delegation to Mianzhou to investigate the local geological conditions. Small earthquakes often occur in Mianzhou, which may be helpful for your research. ”

Jiang Zhifeng smiled: "Okay, we are thinking of going out for a field trip!" By the way, Li Yi, I'll tell you a secret! ”

Li Yi said: "What secret? ”

Jiang Zhifeng said: "I heard my grandfather talking to someone and said that he would go to Xichuan in two days!" ”

Li Yi smiled knowingly, thinking that I am looking for you to come to Mianzhou now, just to attract Chief Jiang to come! (To be continued)
