Chapter 1394: New Mode of War

Now everyone knows the level of weapons in the world, China is now a major arms exporter and a producer of the most sophisticated weapons, although there is still a lot of gap compared with the United States, but with the collapse of the Soviet Union, China has jumped to the second place, and in many cutting-edge weapons, China's technology has long surpassed the Soviet Union, and the United States is on an equal footing.

Many countries, such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Jordan, Argentina, Chile, Kazakhstan, and other countries, have asked China to purchase the most sophisticated weapons.

The most sophisticated weapons, of course, cannot be exported, but advanced weapons are plentiful. On the one hand, although China is now able to manufacture a lot of advanced weapons, China has basically only solved the problem of having and not having it, and has not yet solved the problem of having enough and not having enough, and China itself also needs to equip itself, but China does not have enough funds, and if it is equipped by itself, it will not have the economic strength, but if it sells it to make money, and then uses the money to expand production and produce more to equip itself, it will cause a kind of top-heavy consequence and cause the contradiction of China's own lack of force.

On the other hand, if China complies with the demands of such countries and exports in large quantities, it will not only have to worry about whether such countries will turn against each other in the future and become China's opponents like Vietnam, but more importantly, if China increases its arms exports, it will intentionally or unintentionally promote the arms exports of the United States and other Western countries, and many sophisticated weapons will be in a state of getting out of control. The agreement reached by several countries to ban the export of sophisticated weapons has been turned into a piece of waste paper.

In the face of the double-edged sword of arms exports, the central leaders also had a hard time grasping it, and held several meetings, and finally decided to listen to the opinions of both the pros and cons first, and selected some people to give speeches as representatives of the pros and cons. Guo Zhuocheng was appointed by the supreme leader to speak as a representative of the positive side, and Guo Zhuocheng reluctantly accepted this task; in fact, he was not a staunch supporter of arms exports, but in order to promote the central leadership to move step by step toward scientific and comprehensive decision-making, the so-called "listening at the same time will make it clear, and partiality will be dark." He is willing to appear as a representative of the positive side to fight in the "ring" with the opposing side.

Of course, there will not be a scene in which the two sides are shouting and shouting against each other on the stage, and everyone has not yet been so radical as to go into battle shirtless in front of all the officials, and Chinese officialdom still pays attention to "hello and me", Guo Zhuocheng and the other party just make their own speeches, each put forward their own reasons, and then the central leaders themselves will think about it, deliberate, and finally decide.

However, being able to let Guo Zhuocheng express his views on behalf of the positive side actually has a certain inclination, and on the one hand, they want Guo Zhuocheng to come forward to unify the thinking of other people, and on the other hand, they also want to hear what unique ideas Guo Zhuocheng has after he completely stands on the side of supporting arms exports.

Except for the officers who continued to work overtime at the headquarters and were on duty, everyone else rode to the National Defense University together.

Looking at the glittering generals below, and looking at the central boss sitting in the front row, Guo Zhuocheng did not have a trace of nervousness, he smiled at the host of the conference, and signaled that he was ready.

After the host announced that Guo Zhuocheng had begun his speech, Guo Zhuocheng glanced at the manuscript a few times, and then put down the manuscript and said eloquently: "Leaders, experts, and comrades, now I will talk about the potential role of modern arms exports. I think one of the things that you know best about arms exports is making money, and it's making a lot of money, and the profits are very high, higher than almost all other goods. Although the export of such weapons may cause bloodshed abroad and cause the scale of the war to further expand, I think this is not what we are considering, and we cannot control so much, and it depends on how the purchaser uses it himself. As far as we are concerned, what we want most is to exchange a large amount of foreign exchange for the export of weapons, or a large amount of resources and materials, their own raw materials, or other commodities we need, so that we can speed up our construction, improve our lives, and provide us with the treatment of soldiers and ordinary people.

I will not say that the profit of our missiles is several hundred percent, and if we do not sell our weapons in the past, not only will we not be able to make a lot of money back, but we will also occupy our warehouses, our maintenance costs, and a lot of our labor, and over time, we will have to spend huge sums of money to destroy them.

What I want to say is the issue of arms exports, especially modern arms exports, against the recipients of weapons, and I can tell you that this is a very important issue. This problem has existed in the past, and some people have paid attention to it, but in fact, not enough attention has been paid to it, not because everyone is bureaucratic, nor is it that everyone has no vision, because the weapons exported in the past are far from being able to control the recipient.

Even now, when we think of arms exports, we often think of the recipient as relying entirely on the production and maintenance capabilities of our workers. China can use the overall supply of equipment and parts to control the defense intensity and sustained combat capability of the weapon recipient.

But the actual control is far more than that, in order to illustrate the problem, and for my good explanation, I will start with the combat mode of the American [***] team. It can be said that this is a completely new model, and the US military is gradually adopting and perfecting it, and our army is also conducting similar theoretical research, but because the time is too short, there is still a gap with the US side for the time being, whether it is in hardware, software, or concept, and our army needs to continue to catch up with and surpass them in this regard.

Let me start with a brief word about the US Air Force. In the future, the US Air Force will use E-3 AWACS aircraft and F15 fighters as a combat unit. The simple combat process is that the E-3 early warning aircraft reconnoiters how many enemy planes are coming from a distance, and continues to track them, and then allocates the corresponding number of F-15s to meet the enemy according to the number of enemy planes, and the early warning planes know how much oil and how many bombs there are in the F15 in each group of military aircraft, and can easily distribute firepower, and the reconnaissance and command range of the early warning aircraft is the combat range of this air force combat group.

Let's talk briefly about the US Navy, and about the Aegis combat system that the US Navy is perfecting. This Aegis combat system of the United States was originally intended to be used against the Soviet Navy. At that time, the speed of Soviet anti-ship missiles was Mach 3, and if the two sides fired at a distance of 200 kilometers, the reaction time would be just over three minutes. At that time, the Soviet military was capable of launching hundreds of anti-ship missiles at a time to strike at the US fleet, which required the US Navy to complete the process of 'reconnaissance, tracking, commanding, guiding, counting, allocating, and intercepting' hundreds of anti-ship missiles within three minutes and seconds.

If you think about it, you will know that if the members of the radar crew are to send hundreds of rapidly changing numbers to the fleet commander within three minutes, and the commander and staff officer will see how many suitable anti-aircraft missiles there are on which warship they have, and then assign interception tasks to each ship -- the number chain must be input into a specific anti-aircraft missile, and then the missiles will be fired one by one and guided ...... one by one, then the US fleet will be sunk dozens of times.

How does the US Navy's Aegis system conduct war? When encountering an enemy attack, they first use the ship's large phased array radar to search, which has the ability to reconnoiter and track dozens or hundreds of targets in real time; Secondly, this system integrates almost all weapons, that is, the weapons on the ship are not only made by people, but controlled by this system; The third step is to launch the interceptor missile and then be guided by a large phased array radar, and if the air defense missile fails to intercept it, the system will switch to a phalanx close defense gun to intercept it, which is completely automatic -- because the flight speed of the anti-ship missile has exceeded the initial velocity of the bullet, it is impossible to judge which missile failed to intercept and manually use it as a close defense gun.

If the US military integrates the early warning aircraft with the Aegis system, its combat capability will be greatly enhanced, and its comprehensive search and strike range can reach a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers.

In the future, the US military will be upgraded, and when the time comes, there will be a 'space-based system' and a 'land-based large-scale phased array radar,' and these systems will jointly reconnoitre, command, distribute, and guide the entire US military.

The first part of it is a reconnaissance satellite, responsible for reconnaissance and tracking, at the beginning of the reconnaissance satellite can only take pictures, and then it can send real-time video like live television, and then it is a special radar installed on the satellite, regardless of complex meteorological conditions, night, or a simple camouflage net can penetrate, some can also see the target underground, and then it can search and distinguish and track the target in real time, such as tanks, warships, missile fighters in flight, etc., once it is swept away, it will keep an eye on it.

The second part of it is called the number of satellites, which is responsible for the exchange of all battlefield sensors, including satellites, large phased array radars, carrier-based airborne phased array radars, and other sensors.

So what's the use of this global digital chain? It will exchange the number jรน to the space-based guidance system. The space-based guidance system is the third part of the whole system, and the US military uses the 'GPS' global positioning system, which is similar to China's 'Beidou' global positioning system, which is also used for positioning, missile guidance, and precision timing.

(I wish you a happy New Year's Day!) I bow and thank all the book friends for their love to Laojing over the past year, and wish you all good luck in the new year, a lot of income, and a happy and safe family. (To be continued.)
