Save others with the heart of crossing yourself, save yourself with the heart of others, my Bodhi is the Bodhi of others, and the sinful karma of others is also my sinful karma, what is the difference between you, me and him? As long as the six roots are cultivated with correct knowledge and correct views, what is there to fear about the karmic retribution of sin? ”
Zhu Si comprehended Huiyuan's words, so he respectfully folded his palms and bowed deeply to Huiyuan monk and said: "What the master said, is it the truth that the Bodhisattva is afraid of the cause and the mortal is afraid of the effect?" Mortals think that the six realms of reincarnation in this world are terrible, and karma makes people unable to play the game of life and death, good and evil. And the bodhisattva, as the guardian of the world, is sad because of the crying and fear of people in this game. Bodhisattvas are sad because mortals are afraid, and mortals cry because they are afraid of repercussions, but as Master Huiyuan said, a person who upholds correct knowledge and correct views, how can he be afraid of the retribution of life and death? ”

Taizu has killed countless people in his life, military enemies, political enemies, and even his lifelong friends and relatives. If Taizu's approach is just because of brutality and murder, then he should undoubtedly go to hell, and it is natural for the enemy on the battlefield to be killed, but whether it is the four major cases of Hongwu, Li Shanchang, Liu Bowen, Lan Yu, and even Concubine Li Shufei and Concubine Guo Ning, who have been in love with him all his life, he will kill him. He can cry to death after Concubine Li Shufei and Concubine Guo Ning are forced to die, does this mean that when he kills, his hands and blood are not cold?

I have always adhered to the Confucian Taoist system, and I have always been unable to let go of the old things of Taizu because of the maxim of the master's use of killing, but today I seem to understand the truth and suffering. ”

Fu Shan continued the topic of Zhu Si and expounded his opinion, he said: "The holy house is benevolent, and self-denial is really a blessing for the people of the Ming Dynasty. However, Zechen is a Confucian student, and today he abandoned his pen and followed Rong, and he had been entangled in the three words "Yan Yong killing" for many years. At that time, the minister was probably also afraid of retribution. However, although the minister had doubts, he still relied on his intuition to embark on the road of throwing a pen from Rong, until later the minister read "Xunzi", which said that the master was the seventh day of the dynasty, and he killed Shaozheng Mao in the name of the five evils, and the minister realized the truth. ”
Master Hongzhi, who closed his eyes, finally spoke: "There are five evil people, and theft is not the same: one is to reach the heart and be dangerous, the second is to be firm and strong, the third is to argue falsely, the fourth is to remember the ugly and broad, and the fifth is to be obedient and unreasonable." At that time, Shao Zheng Mao and the master lectured together, and Shao Zheng Mao was no less famous than the master, so that the three thousand disciples of Confucius also switched to Shao Zheng Mao's door many times, and Confucius experienced 'three profits and three voids', and only Yan Yuan was unmoved among the seventy-two sages, so the master was the doctor for seven days, that is, he was killed. Zhu Xi, a great Confucian in the Song Dynasty, even doubted the authenticity of this allusion, and scholars of all dynasties kept silent about this matter, and they all agreed in their hearts that if the master really did this, then what the master did was wrong. ”
Zhu Si raised his head and sighed: "That's it, the saint takes the rise and fall of the world as his own responsibility, and the puppet takes Mingzhe to protect himself and not do well as his motto." This is the way of heaven is greater than humanity, this is the side of the master and the emperor Taizu. Zi said: 'Clever words and morality, small and unbearable, then chaos and big schemes. The word "forbearance" in this, in addition to tolerance and patience, also has the meaning of perseverance and decisiveness. If you don't have the tenacity to make a decision on some issues that seem to be small but actually have a big impact, you will be appeased and nurtured. The choice is responsibility, wisdom, and righteousness. It's all for the world, if I had a choice, I wouldn't have killed my own Concubine Li Shu, Concubine Guo Ning and my comrades-in-arms; If you don't have a choice, you will never bear to see the country fall into the hands of traitors, even if you regain the old things of Taizu, even if you kill yourself. ”
