However, many ignorant people do not have this understanding, and they think that the prosperous era is absolutely peaceful and prosperous. Even! Apparently! Those who demand praise from others are ignorant. It can also be said! They are the beginning of troubled times. As sensible people, it should be admitted that there is relatively little darkness in the prosperous world, not absolutely none.

Lao Tzu means that there is no equality between the hostiles, others do not tell you about morality, fairness, etc., there are no rules, the winner is the king, and the loser is the villain. And we people on the same front have to talk about morality and laws with each other. Otherwise! We can't get along.
