Not only ancient people, but also modern people! Maybe it's a hereditary "traditional culture", right? All people are equal, only in some areas, not in all aspects.

For example! In terms of ability, can everyone be equal?

How can an incompetent person be compared with a capable person?

And also! You are a subordinate, how can you be equal to the leader? Subordinates are subordinates, and it is impossible to participate in the decision-making power of the leader. As a leader, it is impossible to share decisions and trade secrets with subordinates......

From a professional point of view, how can leaders and subordinates be equal?

Leaders are leaders, and they do what they do. You can't let your subordinates be leaders, and you can't do what your subordinates do.

A subordinate can't do what a leader can do, otherwise he won't be a subordinate, and he will be promoted to a leader. Or! This unit is not reused and leaves ship, and is no longer your subordinate.

From the perspective of generation, how can parents and elders be equal to younger generations?
