Qiu Ming saw that the old monk was kind and solemn, and seemed to look like a monk, so he immediately felt respectful, and stepped forward to greet him, but the old monk split his head and said: "Since the donor has no relationship with my Buddha, it is better to leave early, which can be regarded as a merit." ”

Qiu Ming was so angry that he laughed: "I don't know what it means to be related to the Buddha in the eyes of Master Huishen?" Do you have to spend money to burn incense to be fateful? ”

The old monk actually shook his head: "No, no, no, Buddha, cultivator, worldly money is meaningless to the Buddha." However, worshipping the Buddha first needs to have the heart of the Buddha, not to mention that the donor did not come to the temple to worship the Buddha at all, and naturally he has no chance with the Buddha. ”

Qiu Ming said with a smile: "In the eyes of the Buddha, all living beings are equal, and the world is all destined, not to mention that since I entered the temple here and now, I am naturally destined for the Buddha, why should the master refuse me to be thousands of miles away?" ”

The old monk thought for a while, turned around and pointed to the door of the open hall and said: "There is no fate, it is not a sentence or two that can be explained, dare to ask the donor, which Bodhisattva is enshrined in the hall?" ”

Hui Shen was taken aback, the little official in front of him was not very old, and he even recognized the Jizo Bodhisattva, you must know that even books are rare in this era, let alone Buddhist scriptures, ordinary ordinary people don't even recognize the Jizo Bodhisattva, they haven't even heard of it, right? Could it be that this person is really related to Buddhism?

At the same time that the old monk was surprised, Tyumen was also quickly turning his thoughts, the general Buddhist temple is not dedicated to Nyorai or Guanyin, why did he go here to worship the king of Jizo? He remembered that the Buddhist scriptures had recorded that the king of Jizo Bodhisattva had been reborn as a brahmin woman in one life, and her mother Yuedili did not believe in the Three Jewels, practiced the evil path, and fell into hell to suffer after death. This Brahmin woman sold her family property, asked for incense, built temples and pagodas, and made great offerings, so as to be sincere and respectful, distracted thoughts, and recite the Buddha's name wholeheartedly. His mother inherited the merits of her filial piety and was born out of hell. Could it be that this Bodhisattva was erected by the Du family to commemorate her family? Well, it's very likely.
