447.Chapter 447: Clouds
In cloud manufacturing, not only can the parts of an object be assembled, but the installation process can also be baked together. In the manufacturing process, a tool called a "fixture" is often used to fix the operating object, and the advent of electromagnetic building blocks makes it possible to design extremely complex fixtures, all the parts can be fixed according to the order in which they are installed, and the orientation is exactly the interface to be installed.
Any worker with no installation experience can complete the process that previously required years of learning through ultra-simple training, such as installing a pistol, firing pin, hammer, insurance, hammer spring, magazine, magazine tenon, cam linkage, reentry spring, crosshair...... All components are fixed to fully customised fixtures, and even the rails for the installation action are arranged.
The advent of the track for installation action means that skilled hands can also enjoy the benefits of digital fixtures, and the error rate is almost zero. When a novice arrives, he will press, push, pull and pull in the order of 1, 2, and 3, so that others are stunned to find that he can install a complex equipment for the first time, and the speed may not be much slower than that of a skilled hand.
Not only can novices learn to install, but theoretically the machine can also be installed, because it makes the action super simple. This means that machine production has made a big step forward in replacing manual labor. Fortunately, the United Nations has unemployment benefits to collect, otherwise how many people would have lost their jobs if this technology developed rapidly. This is the stage that must be passed by the machine to replace the worker.
In the near future, the happy work of the workers is to stay on the sidelines and watch the machine press the fixtures one by one, and only when the machine makes a mistake will they go up to get it. And the fixture designer has also become a representative of advanced productivity.
Designing a good fixture is better than building a seventh-level floating slaughter. Cloud manufacturing is approaching the traditional precision and manual refinement by relying on excellent fixture design.
For example, there is a screw to be screwed, the fixture can be designed to have a hand crank, labor-saving, the transmission can be designed to make the screw screw fast, and it can also be designed to have a lock slot after reaching the tightness, such a simple thing can be done super perfectly, and once it is designed, all such screws will be perfect and fast in the future.
A computer has dozens of components to install, and each element has dozens of sub-components to install, whether it is made into a machine and installed automatically or manually, in the repeated simple and easy actions, you will find a kind of poetic beauty and suitability.
Reusability is the soul of building block products, and after Downing, who couldn't stop his creativity, handed over the rest of the work to the team, he immediately opened another door, a related door: reusable buildings.
Reusable buildings can be used in temporary buildings, such as exhibition booths, shopping mall booths, company workstations, and any place you can imagine that requires a temporary, customized building. Architecture here refers mainly to the interior.
In addition to sheltering from the wind and rain, there must also be water, electricity, gas, network, heating, cooling, sewage and other infrastructure. In order to maximize the reusability of the interior architecture, Downing first made a bold transformation of the exterior building, using a never-before-seen "hanging building" in this regard, a technique previously used to build bridges.
First of all, it is necessary to build the "pillars" that support the entire interior and exterior buildings around the perimeter, depending on the scale of the building, which can be made of four or six, generally speaking, the larger the building, the more Optimus Primes are needed.
In Downing's exemplary architecture, he used four columns, each 100 meters high, occupying the four corners of 100 x 100 meters, and eventually this shell will have 100 x 100 x 100 cubic meters of space, accommodating 1,000 large customizable and reusable buildings of 100 square meters.
Moreover, these 100-square-meter buildings have a 10-meter-high autonomous space and can be built into 3 floors3. 3 meters, can also be built 2 floors of 5 meters, the autonomy is very high.
The most important thing about this solution is scalability, which is more powerful if the customer only needs 33 square meters of space, which can accommodate 3,000 buildings. It only takes 10 square meters, which is 10,000 rooms. If there is a sale, those who come will not refuse, and the high-end booth design can be so capricious.
Downing also designed a new elevator system for this huge booth space, the system is divided into two parts, one is the "public transportation" part, which is inspired by the bus, each floor has its own fixed "shuttle", so the whole building has 9 elevator shuttles, all four sides of the building have such shuttles, and each station corresponds to an upward and downward passage.
This design effectively prevents passengers from swarming into the elevator, and there is also "private transportation" to divert traffic. This kind of private transportation looks like a traditional staircase on the surface, but it does not have a ladder, just a 30-degree slope, and attentive passengers will find that it is actually combined with magnetic levitation magic shoes, and passengers with magic shoes can directly stand on the "magic ladder" and lift themselves.
Like public transportation, the magic ladder is also a one-way street, on one road, there must be a road down the other side, and a 20-meter ramp can take you to the next level, and you can come at any time to get on at any time, which is a big benefit for passengers with magic shoes.
There's a great design here, when the passenger is going down, the magic shoes actually work to prevent you from going too fast, and then the system will use the electromagnetic resistance to generate electricity, and almost all of the power consumed by this system on the way up is earned back when going down, so it's very, very power efficient.
The magic ladder on the ten floors here is only equivalent to the energy consumed by one elevator of a conventional elevator when operating at full load.
The "10,000 booths" were so much of a drain that one of the four Optimus Prime was eventually designed as a water, electricity, cooling and heating resource center for the "Beijing International Convention and Exhibition Center" to be built in Beijing. Once the exterior conditions are ready, it's time for the reusable building to shine.
In designing this building, Downing's invention of the resource center for heating and cooling was another innovation. 1 rose in the sky. At 5 km, the temperature dropped by about 9 degrees, which, combined with the energy redistribution function, was enough to provide zero power supply for the entire building.
For heating, the resource center uses geothermal energy dug to a depth of less than 1 kilometer. The geothermal gradient rises faster than in the air, and in a kilometer of the Earth's crust, the temperature rises by 30 degrees. You think, 5 kilometers to the edge of the earth's crust.
In this heating system, a water circuit is deployed, and the water at room temperature is pushed deep into the ground by the pump, where the design of the contact area is used to increase the water temperature rapidly, and then it returns to the ground under the pressure of the pump, and the whole building has a huge amount of heat energy, because there is already a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and even the energy redistribution machine can be saved.
The pump can be driven by the low potential energy water after the resource tower generates electricity, because this is a circulating system, and the upper and lower forces cancel each other out a lot, so this heating system is a low-cost and high-efficiency system with zero energy consumption.
If this overall design comes out, it will win the annual award of architectural design, but unfortunately this is designed by Tang Dashen, no matter what god he designs, others are already used to it.
Fearing that the building would be too successful and cause too much traffic, two resource towers were built and distributed diagonally to form beautiful symmetrical twin towers.
This concept is also inherited from the interior of this groundbreaking suspended structure, where the building blocks are constructed and recycled from a 10-metre-high boom. Its efficiency is the same as that of building a Beijing courtyard house, and a three-storey 10*10 standard booth can be built completely within 24 hours of uninterrupted construction.
The efficiency of demolition is almost identical to that of construction. The building must be demolished almost every other month, because it is necessary to consider that the durability of this building block building is indeed not strong, and if it is not demolished, the deformation is too strict and it will not be demolished at all. All the dismantled building blocks should be inspected, and the problematic ones should be rebuilt.
This is indeed a problem, but it is a problem that belongs to the initial stage, and it will definitely change with the improvement of engineering technology in the future, which is a problem that Boss Tang does not care about now.
The crowd conference poses a huge problem: it is difficult to go to the toilet. Downing even considered this problem in the design, and he designed a kind of toilet where men and women could share a central row, with two doors leading to both sides, and when one of them was opened, the other door was locked, which could balance the imbalance between men and women using the toilet.
In the Edo period, the richest man in Japan was the dung digger, who not only collected cleaning fees, but also composted and sold to farmers. Later, they also invented the intimate washlet.
Downing was only in charge of the conceptual design, and the details were left to these Japanese who were good at doing nothing, and of course it was the Fukuoka City team that was ceded out with the strongest economic development in Japan.
The Japanese really lived up to expectations, and later the toilets of the North Exhibition were praised by the world and became a model of toilet design, and were imitated by designers from all walks of life.
Thanks to the transferable 3D building blocks, Beizhan can provide customers with a small 3D model for reference, and the building built in the future will be almost exactly the same as the model. And many customers need a design that is just a few thin layers of patterns and text on the wall, which are easy to customize and change.
Obviously, this exhibition technology can be used in the squares of countless commercial centers, and a strong competitor has appeared in the original strange temporary tents, a temporary building scheme that is almost as perfect as a permanent building, which suddenly makes the exhibition lofty, but in fact, the cost is about the same, how can it not make the merchants flock to it?
For the sake of these die-hard fans, Windsor began to use makeshift building blocks to build a labyrinth of windproof and rainproof huts for queuers to spend the night, and it is said that the queuers in Beijing set a world record for expanding the temporary hut to three kilometers long.
Wangfujing's snack street is now more prosperous than ever, many people who were affected by the missiles have obtained duty-free shops to set up stalls here, and the disorderly stalls here are being transformed by building block buildings, and all kinds of shop signs are embedded in the building itself, which looks like a whole and feels very high-grade. Looking at the fiery vendors, it seems that they no longer feel the pain caused by the humanitarian disaster to the residents of Beijing.
Tang Ning has founded Peking University, Beiying, North America (Beijing Academy of Fine Arts), and Beijing Exhibition for Beijing, making Beijing a giant in the world's economic development, and is known as the de facto capital of the United Nations. The titular capital, San Francisco, is not so eye-catching
