Your Excellency Minister Ho,

Commander of the North China Garrison Army, Umezu Mijiro

June 9, Showa 10

Sakai threw down the memo and went back with his chin raised, and when he turned around and left, he stretched out three fingers at Minister He, and then turned into a palm knife and slashed in the air, which was really arrogant.

But Minister He could only grin and laugh.

When Minister He set out from Nanjing, the highest authorities privately explained that they wanted the Japanese to stop military maneuvers no matter what.

As for what conditions can be offered to the Japanese side and what concessions can be made, the highest authorities did not spit out half a useful word to Minister He in an official tone.

"Highest authority, what do you want me to do!?"

Minister He did not reply within three days as requested by Umezu Mijiro, nor did he ask the supreme authorities, because he knew that the supreme authorities were a person who "loved his knees and fell into the abyss of evil", and this time he asked someone to come to Peking to make him bear this infamy, and the supreme authorities would never let such a shameful agreement have anything to do with him!

He and the highest authorities have had several unpleasant pasts.

During the Northern Expedition, Minister He was successively promoted to the commander-in-chief of the Eastern Route of the Northern Expeditionary Army and the commander-in-chief of the First Route Army. In July 1927, the head of the Gui family, "Xiao Zhuge ", and others "forced the palace" to ask the highest authorities to go into the wilderness, and Minister He, who had a good personal relationship with Bai, had an ambiguous attitude, which played a role in fueling the fire. The highest authorities had no choice but to electrify and go into the wilderness. When "Xiao Zhuge " asked the highest authorities to resign at the meeting, the highest authorities recalled Minister He, but Minister He did not say a word, and the highest authorities were extremely sad and walked away. The highest authority later said: "At that time, as long as he said a word, I could not leave." "This is the first contradiction between the highest authorities, Minister He. Since then, there has been a bitter struggle between the highest authorities and Minister He.

In January 1928, after the Supreme Authority was reinstated as Commander-in-Chief of the National Revolutionary Army, the Northern Expedition continued. On 9 February, the highest authorities suddenly seized the military talisman of Minister He's commander-in-chief of the First Route Army, and later transferred him to the post of chief of staff of the General Headquarters with posts but no powers. Minister He had qi in his stomach and was sick in Moganshan near Hangzhou. The highest authority personally ran to Minister He and said: "I leave you, there is no problem, continue to do it; If you leave me, there is nothing you can do. Minister He weighed the pros and cons and had no choice but to take up his post in Nanjing with the highest authority. This hand of the supreme authority shook Minister He very much, and from then on he bowed his head to the supreme authority and was cautious everywhere.

Who can say for sure that the present humiliating mission is not the little shoes that the highest authorities have given him to wear?

So this black cauldron can only be carried by him!

Minister He lost his face and asked to see Umezu Mijiro again and again, hoping that the Japanese could give him a little face, so that he could have an explanation for Nanjing, but the attitude of the Japanese was always cold, and the property sent by Minister He Umezu Mijiro was accepted, but nothing was done.

It was such a constant filial piety that Umezu Mijiro finally got impatient, the Japanese army in North China was ready to move, and Minister He's psychological last line of defense collapsed in an instant.

July 6,

Minister Ho's reply:

I would like to refer, on June 9, Chief of Staff Sakai promised to do so. and the voluntary period of its implementation, hereby notified

Sincerely, Your Excellency Commander Umezu

Minister Ho

July 6, 24th year of the Republic of China

In fact, it was just a private reply, and the Japanese were overjoyed and called it the "Ho-Mei Agreement".

This so-called "He-Mei Agreement" can be regarded as an excellent pretext for Japanese forces to enter North China in an all-round way.

The hinterland and plains of China came into the field of view of the Japanese military headquarters in Tokyo.

Greedy ambitions begin to swell further!

Minister He was still fresh in his memory of the situation in which he was overwhelmed by the previous "Tanggu Agreement," so the Ministry of Military Affairs mobilized all forces to block the news about the "He-Mei Agreement" in the market.

The military agents with guns even stood in the printing house and stared at the machine 24 hours a day!

But Minister He never thought that this time it was the Japanese he had been stammering with that kicked him into the crater!

All the propaganda machines in Japan began to hype up the "Ho-Mei Agreement" to the outside world, and also called the "Ho-Mei Agreement" a milestone achievement in the history of Sino-Japanese relations!

Overnight, all the Japanese media characterized Minister He as a representative of "Japan-China goodwill", and even Minister He's relatives married Japanese concubines were also exaggerated.

Minister He wanted to die when he saw these Oriental newspapers, what other "milestones"? You little Toyo just set up a tombstone for me and someone!

Do you think my reputation doesn't stink enough?

Once again, the highest authorities in Nanjing chose to be alone, and pushed Minister He, the pioneer and elite of the party, out lightly, and let him meet the whipping and scolding of the people!

When the people who returned home discovered that such a traitorous agreement was actually announced by the Japanese first, they immediately thought that Nanjing was planning to keep everyone in the dark!

The most infuriating thing about signing a traitorous treaty this time was actually Minister He again!

And Minister He didn't even bring a substitute ghost like Xiong Bin this time, so he jumped to the front desk by himself!

The mood of the people, who had been hearing bad news for the past two years, was ignited all at once.

Minister He's days can really only be described as life is worse than death!

Even a few of Minister He's fans raised in the Qinhuai River jumped out to draw a line with Minister He, it seems that Minister He is really the "Qin Hui" of China today, and everyone has to punish him!
