Therefore, the cloud of the "Yi Zhou Book and the Dictionary" can collect the people and prisoners, and the righteousness is also. It is easy to say, financial management is right, and the prohibition of the people is not righteous. Xun Zi said, the righteous are the righteous, so the prohibition of people is evil and annihilatory.
