Chapter Ninety-One: The Eye of Conflict and Exploration

When the light reappeared, Ivan found himself in a completely new place, presumably in a store, with poor light transmission, and a little dark all around, with transparent glass covers placed on the cabinets.

The cover closest to Ivan contained a small skull, which looked like it had been treated with some special treatment, and had deep scratches on both sides.

The other glass covers, the contents are also strange, dry human hands... Bloodstained poker movies... The jagged chandeliers, one weirder than the other...

Ivan waited for a while, and in the fireplace, a dark blue flame rose again, and Althea belatedly withdrew her wand from her sleeve.

"You did it to them?" Ivan noticed this, and wondered if Althea had gone to trouble those drunkards.

"What do you want? It's the Leaky Cauldron Bar, and if you dare to cause trouble there, the people from the Ministry of Magic will be there in the next moment. Althea shook her head.

Ivan didn't believe that a dark wizard could make any moves if he wanted to plot against a few drunkards.

However, these drunkards are also to blame, judging from the methods of Aisya in his memory, it is not enough to die, but it is indispensable to suffer a meal.

"Don't think about it, follow me!" Althea said with a hint of warning, and then took the first step, and Ivan followed briskly.

Jingle bells,

When the two of them crossed the cabinet, the wind chimes hanging on the door panel shook at the door door, and a hunchbacked middle-aged wizard playing with a strange spherical object on the counter said in a hoarse voice.

"It's someone again, who is it this time?"

"Mr. Borgin, it's me." Althea walked over from behind the cabinet and said lightly.

"It turned out to be Mrs. Hals," the proprietor, Karaktakus Bock, seemed a little disinterested, and sat down lazily in his chair.

"You're going in and out like this, and my fireplace is dirty, and it looks like I'll have to charge for it next time."

"Why don't you put the Tumbledown Alley transit station with me?" Althea said with a smile.

"Forget it, it's not something that can be moved casually, it's dirty if it's dirty." Bock tugged at the corners of his mouth, and a gold tooth was faintly visible in his mouth.

While the two were chatting, Ivan was also looking at the owner of the Boggin Bock magic shop in front of him.

He looked to be about forty or fifty years old, with greasy hair neatly groomed, two dark black rings pinned to his slender and withered hands, and a common black wizard's robe.

However, judging from both the original book and the memories in Ivan's mind, this is obviously not an ordinary character.

You know, even the famous Dark Lord worked here when he was young...

Perhaps sensing Ivan's gaze, Bock didn't dwell on the previous topic, but turned his gaze to him,

"This is little Hals, right? It's the first time I've seen... What do you think? Did you see any favorite little things in the store..."

Bock placed the strange spherical object in his hand in front of Ivan, and when he got closer, Ivan saw that it was an eye, which seemed to have some kind of magic applied to it, and the black eyes turned freely, and they looked at Ivan.

At the moment of looking at each other, Ivan faintly felt a little dizzy, and then subconsciously operated the brain occlusion, and then regained consciousness.

Boom!

A flash of blue light flashed, and the eye was immediately knocked out of the way, slamming straight down on the doorframe.

"What are you going to do?" Althea's face was very ugly, and at some point she had already drawn her wand and pointed it at Bock's head, and the tip of the wand was faintly glowing with black light, as if some kind of black magic was brewing.

"Don't be angry, I'm just joking, Eye of Inquiry, you should know it." Bock summoned the Eye of Inquiry back with a flying spell, waved his hand and said apologetically, but without the panicked look of being pointed at his wand, he pointed at Ivan.

"Besides, isn't little Mr. Hals fine?"

Althea turned his head to look at Ivan, and when he saw that he looked relaxed, he shook his head at him, and then put away his wand with a gloomy face.

It also had to do with the fact that Althea understood the effect of the Eye of Detection, and if it was a lethal magic item, she would never have done it.

Ivan was relaxed on the surface, but he was afraid for a while, the Tumbling Alley looked even more dangerous than he imagined, and he almost fell on the road, which was still under the protection of Althea.

If he could, Ivan would have demolished it with Althea.

But it was extremely unwise to fight with a shopkeeper in a dark magic shop, no one knew how many trigger-type magic items the other party had placed in the shop, not to mention that Bock was simply fearless, so Ivan took the initiative to pretend not to care and stop the conflict.

"As an apology, I can give this gadget to little Hals." Bock looked uninterested from beginning to end, but at this time he was a little curious about Ivan, there were not many wizards who could resist the Eye of Detection, but he had seen this one at such a young age.

"No, I'm not interested." Ivan shook his head.

"Put away your little tricks." Aisya didn't give a good look either, she was really in no mood to stay here longer, grabbed Ivan's wrist, and walked towards the door.

"What did that eye-like thing just do that? Is it called the Eye of Exploration? Out of the door, Ivan asked.

At the same time, Ivan looked around and saw that it was a narrow alley, and the walls on both sides were made of red bricks, but it was obvious that it was not well maintained, and the bricks on the right side had some green moss, and some of the red bricks had even been partially corroded.

You can still vaguely see some garbage piled up on the corner of the street, and a foul smell even wafts here.

"The probing eye can confuse the viewer and put them into a trance, answering whatever the questioner asks." Aisya squinted at Ivan for a moment and explained.

A magic prop version of the truth elixir?

Ivan was envious for a while, and the probing eye seemed to be able to activate as long as he looked at each other, which was really a good thing for the Yin people.

"What? In regret not begging? Althea asked.

"No, I don't think that Bock would be so kind." Ivan shook his head, he thought it was good, but he wasn't stupid enough to accept something from a strange dark wizard, and there might be some kind of trap hidden in it.
