Chapter 905: It's about you

"Imperial Tombs? How can it be? Azir retorted incredulously, he had come out of the mausoleum, and he would have found Naganeka at the door.

"How could it be, didn't you see a stone statue guard with a snake head when you went out?" Jeno said.

"It's an ordinary stone statue, like Nasus and Renekton, whose statues can be found in almost all of Shurima's tombs and temples, in pairs."

In Shurima, basically every important gate is guarded by the stone statues of the two brothers Nasus, one of them is literal and one martial, and it is simply the door god of Shurima.

"Oh, she seems to have left the moment before you came back to life......" Eagle's eyes were bright, and looking at Azir's insistence, Jeno realized that he was not accurate enough.

"You're kidding me?" Azir glared at Jeno, the sunlight from those eyes repeatedly piercing two holes in his body.

"I didn't fool you, to be precise, she was taken away by the person who opened the door to the mausoleum." Jeno immediately took two steps back, and he was happy at this moment.

"The Noxian woman?"

"Yes." As he spoke, Jeno pulled out a crystal from his body, which contained a pair of fangs. He pointed to the fangs and told Azir, "This is Najaneka." โ€

Azir took the crystal and looked at it carefully, even through a solid layer of crystal, he could still feel the fangs stirring in it, longing for the sweet flesh.

"How did she become like this?" Seeing the tragedy of his compatriots made Azir furious, and he could not imagine the loneliness and pain of being sealed in such a cage.

Although he had been dead for more than 3,000 years, he had no consciousness for these 3,000 years, just a handful of soul dust, and he did not even have any ability to perceive the world, until the blood dripping into the temple by Sivir recondensed his soul.

But! He could tell that the Darkspawn who was sealed in the weapon was conscious, but he couldn't see, hear, feel his body, breathe, cry or laugh, only endless darkness...... Not to mention 3,000 years like this, three days is too long!

She was speaking to Azir of her long agony and bloodthirsty longing, the sound like a sticky worm burrowing into his ears, whispering to his cochlea, unable to be quiet! Can't stop! Never have a peaceful day!

"It should have been the work of the War Star Spirit and the Twilight Star Spirit, one of them in the light and the other in the dark, and they used some means to seal the Dark Spawn into their weapons. This weapon has since acquired eternal life, which cannot be destroyed and there is no day of liberation. It was cruel to the Darkspawn, but they deserved it, and it ended the long-standing Darkspawn scuffle......"

As he spoke, Jeno suddenly felt that something was wrong, and he noticed that Azir's eyes were becoming more and more dangerous.

"What are you going to do?" Jeno stared at Azir warily.

"I'm going to free her! Pardon her from the darkness! Azir almost roared out, his anger burning his sanity violently.

He walked past Jeno and walked straight to Sarah. It takes a flesh and blood body to liberate the Darkspawn, and there happen to be two beautiful bodies nearby......

"Don't touch my people!"

Jeno grabbed Azir's arm just in time, and Azir turned his head, and the former looked at him without showing any weakness.

The action was stopped, much to the displeasure of the emperor. He tried to shake Jeno away, but his struggle made his wrist grip tighter, and there was a pain like being caught in a vice.

"Let it go!" Azir yelled, but Jeno still clamped his hand. The talon-like fingers trembled slightly, and the surging emotions echoed in his chest, burning with rage.

"Roarโ€”" The atmosphere suddenly became tense as Nasus raised his battle axe, Ryze condensed the arcane orb in his hand, and Sindra's long hair floated...... All were ready for war.

Even though Azir was about to crush the crystal in his hand, he couldn't break free of Jeno's hand, and he was forced to use magic, and golden light shot out from the blade of his staff, so bright that no one could look at it directly.

A feroze of rage erupted from the Scepter, pushing everyone back but still not Jano back. The flash of light brought a brief moment of darkness, and by the time everyone's eyes were opened, the warriors had risen from the ground, tall and majestic, and instantly filled the entire hall.

They wore armor in a similar way to their masters, but those were made entirely of sand. They surrounded several men in hundreds, and raised their spears in absolute unison, which no mortal soldier could match.

The blades on the guns shimmered with crystalline embellishments, blending with the wave-shaped sand on their bodies.

"Don't let me say it a second time, you are not their emperor, you have no right to control their lives!" Jeno squeezed a roar from between his teeth, a beastly roar that pierced into Azir's mind, knocking back the never-ending chatter.

The crystal came out of his hand, and Azir's violently bulging chest slowly calmed down. He could feel that if his body hadn't been cast by the scorching sun and turned as hard as obsidian, completely freed from the weak flesh and blood, he might have been robbed of his body and mind, not just his reason.

With the fizz of grains of sand in the hourglass, the army made of sand dissipated again. Jeno let go of Azir's stout hand, but his eyes remained vigilant until he grabbed the fangs from the shattered crystals and sealed them again.

Everyone gradually lowered their weapons, but the atmosphere was still tense and seemed to be about to boil. Azir knew that he was at fault first, but he refused to pull down his face and apologize, so he had to change the subject: "Why aren't you affected?" โ€

This sentence kills two birds with one stone, not only throwing the pot on the fangs, but also blocking Jeno's pursuit with questions.

"It's about you." Jeno shook his hand in displeasure, rubbing it vigorously on his clothes as if he had touched something, rubbing Azir's self-esteem over and over again.

"Youโ€”" Azir stopped talking, and finally swallowed the breath as Nasus's eyes dissuaded him.

The flesh and blood didn't have any trouble holding the fangs on his body, but he was hit as soon as he touched it. He wouldn't be despicable enough to think that Jeno might have deliberately tricked him. After thinking about it, he finally attributed the answer to this question to Jeno's prosthetic leg.

"Azir, do you want to find Varus?" Jeno saw that Azir was silent for a long time, and shouted impatiently.

Hearing Jeno call him by his name, he didn't even bring his honorific title, Azir was so angry...... But it can't be helped, it's his own recklessness that makes him lose his respectability.

"How?" He said indignantly.
