The Twelve Holy Spirits
At the end of the glorious and abundant age of the gods, Rafafil, the god of the void, a god born from the source of chaos and annihilation, descended into our world, suddenly and abruptly believing that the world created by the Supreme Will had come to an end and that the world should be destroyed and recreated. Thus, the camp of the gods was divided. These gods, who did not have enough worship and faith in the old world, and who hoped to regain their position in the new world, or who had other plans in mind, joined Rafafil's banner. Later generations of mortals referred to these gods as evil gods or demon gods.
In order to protect the world he loves at his feet, the one who raised the sword of crusade to Rafafil is the master of the Heavenly Palace, the sun god Hetesis, who is the first god of the great creator's will, and the incarnation of the sun, the first god-king. The gods who fought after Hetesis were called "Asdara" by the ancient elves of the time, and had the meaning of "my father" and "my lord" in the elven language. The term "Holy Spirit" has not yet appeared in official or private history books at this time.
The fierce war of the gods lasted for nearly 10,000 years, and this era was later called the "Age of Annihilation". Countless powerful ancient gods fell in the war, including Hetesis, the first master of the Heavenly Palace, the sun god, and Heimwalk, the second master of Thor. At the end of the war, the gods finally drove the mighty god of the void out of the space of chaos and annihilation, but the ruined world was about to fall apart. Many "Asdara" also despaired, believing that there was no need to save such a world. At this time, Serokxia, the goddess of radiance, issued a call to the gods to re-establish the world.
Eleven goddesses have responded to the call of the Goddess of Radiance, who have re-established the earth and sea, established the rules of the world, defeated and subdued the rampaging elemental lords, and separated the earth, water, wind, and fire. The world has finally stabilized, but the twelve goddesses have consumed too much power, and because the new world that has been repaired has been integrated with their realm and even the gods, once they come again, they will inevitably form a conflict and backlash against the world, and they will never be able to descend into the world with their true bodies from now on.
The gratitude and worship of the mortals turned into the power of faith, so that the twelve goddesses finally controlled the rules of the world order and ascended to the position of the main gods of the Heavenly Palace. They called these goddesses who guarded and repaired the world "Holy Spirits", which is the origin of the belief system of the 12 Holy Spirits of the Church of the Present in later generations.
The twelve goddesses of the Holy Spirit are: Seroxia, the goddess of radiance, Pallas (Minerva), the goddess of wisdom Pallas (Minerva), the goddess of the moon and the hunt, Diana, the goddess of judgment and justice, the goddess of judgment and justice, Elune, the goddess of life and nature, Nadia, the goddess of sky and magic, Mara, the goddess of earth and fertility, Carliguso, the goddess of sea and shipping, the goddess of trade and wealth, Vogin, the goddess of fire and blacksmithing, the goddess of fire and blacksmithing, Aphrodite, the goddess of art and joy, and Palogne, the goddess of Hades and death.
