From this case, Zhao Qian is very sympathetic to the head of the household who stole the vegetables. But the jurisprudence tells very clearly that the head of the household committed the crime of 'intentional homicide'. The reason is very simple, the purpose of this head of the household is to kill, not to stop stealing.

Although it was explained later in the study, in order to solve the problem of theft, the state had to intervene to maintain law and order. But to maintain law and order, the executions of intentional murderers are required. No matter how pitiful it is, it can't be let go.
