Chapter 685: Battle Song Commander!

The battle cry like a righteous rush came from the first retinue summoned by Su Ming from his hand:

[Warsong Commander], 3 mana, 2/3, whenever you summon a minion with an attack damage of 3 or less, it will gain a charge

The stature is not excellent, the cost is barely suitable, and the reason why this attendant entered the build is very simple, its special effects are really ...... How strong and how strong it is!

In the Hearthstone version of Su Ming's former world, there are very few single cards, which have been weakened or modified many times because their strength is too exaggerated.

This kind of card change is not a crude "+1 fee" or "+2 fee" operation.

Their correction records, if carefully translated, can be said to be terrifying.

Even the Thief Class Legendary Quest Card [Exploring the Underground Cave] that entered the palace for the second time or even almost entered the palace for the third time can only be regarded as a pediatric thing compared to these super exaggerated ancient versions of the single card.

According to Su Ming's memory, the [Battle Song Commander] not to mention the 2 and 3 into the palace, directly involves its changes, and the number is too large to count.

The original version of the card looked like this:

Warsong Commander, 3 mana, 2/2, your other followers gain Charge

Well, what is "all direct damage pirate warfare", "brainless slap in the face T7 hunting", the aggressiveness of those card decks, to put it bluntly, is likely to be completely blown up by this initial version of [Warsong Commander].

In the true sense of the word, 1 card blows up 1 deck, just by imagining it, you can know how strong the original version of [Warsong Commander] really is.

In the later 10-mana phase, after summoning this thing to the scene, all other followers have their own charge effect, which is the real face to do whatever they want.

What's even stronger is that after a period of actual combat testing of the original version of [Warsong Commander], the designers not only didn't think it was strong, but felt that 2 HP was a bit brittle!

So, in the first update, no changes were made to the special effects, but the HP was increased from 2 to 3!

Such an IMBA single card, not weakened but strengthened, is a very rare thing in the history of Hearthstone in Su Ming's memory.

After that, after another period of fighting in the actual combat environment, a player finally used the characteristics of [Warsong Commander] to build a very primitive OTK combination technique:

Rely on various weapons to slash monsters and sell blood, and reduce the blood volume of warrior heroes, so as to cooperate with the summoning of [Molten Core Giant].

[Molten Giant], 20 mana, 8/8, for every 1 damage your hero takes, the card's mana cost is reduced by (1).

This redstone giant was originally designed to be a creature that turned the tables on a disadvantaged stand, but when it had a chemical reaction with [Warsong Commander], it became a low-cost or even free 8/8 charge minion!

Double [Molten Core Giant] means 16 points of slashing in the empty field, plus [Young Brewmaster] and other followers!

Summons a low-cost [Molten Core Giant] multiple times in a single round, and forcibly slashes him in the face through the charge effect.

This set of decks with giants and warsongs as the slashing system has a nice and easy-to-remember name because the operation of its slashing round is to constantly cycle the process of "taking a picture of the giant, punching the face, and recovering the giant":

"Rolling Stones."

Needless to say, these decks, which are already somewhat unbalanced and almost impossible for opponents to counter when the conditions are met, are not very long-lived, and the same is true for Rolling Stones.

The second change followed, and after realizing the special effects issue with the followers, the new version of Warsong Commander took a heavy hit:

[Warsong Commander], 3 mana, 2/3, every time you summon a minion with an attack damage of 3 or less, the minion will be charged

On the surface, its special effects are not much different from the [Battle Song Commander] summoned by Su Ming in this battle.

But in fact, there is a hidden mechanism in that version of [Warsong Commander] that is not big or small.

"The effect given to Charge is limited to 'Followers summoned from your hand', and excludes any creature tokens, direct creature inserts, etc.!"

Here's a simple example:

Razor Hunter, 3 mana, 2/3, Warcry: Summons a 1/1 boar

It stands to reason that both [Razor Hunter] and [Boar] are eligible for attack damage of 3 or less, so they should both gain the charge effect in the presence of [Warsong Commander].

However, the actual effect is that only the Razor Hunter itself is charged, and the derivative follower [Boar] it summons does not have any additional effects attached.

On the one hand, the [Molten Core Giant] in the "Rolling Stone Battle" routine was directly cut down due to its high attack power;

On the other hand, because of the existence of the [Warsong Commander] hidden mechanism, its compatibility applicability is greatly reduced.

Under the double blow, [Warsong Commander] was silent for a long time, until its third single-card update:

"Removed the hidden mechanic, now Warsong can add a charge effect to the followers summoned by other followers!"

With this round of updates, Warsong Commander has been reborn!

……

In the new era, the [Molten Giant] and the [Young Brewmaster] are a thing of the past!

Joining [Warsong Commander] on the throne at the top of the Hearthstone Ladder are two other companion units that shine in the build:

"My blade, hunger and thirst!"

[Berserker], 3 mana, 2/4, gain +1 attack damage every time a follower takes damage

When Su Ming summoned the second attendant of his counter-attack performance from his hand, the [Battle Song Commander] special effect was triggered!

This turn, give this follower the charge effect!

Everyone here knows very well that [Berserker] is the kind of existence that is extremely terrifying in growth, and if it can't be quickly solved before its attack power grows, it will be stacked to more than a dozen damage, but it will end up in one shot.

But with the "Charge" special effect of the [Riot Berserker], it is no longer a question of whether the opponent has solved the card at all!

The reason is very simple, the "charge" effect that can be effective in the current round is so special that it can't be prevented at all, and it's too late to solve it!

……

After Su Ming's entourage of [Battle Song Commander] and [Riot Berserker] stood on the field, Saki Shimagaki had already changed color slightly.

The remaining endgame from the last round, [Toddler Ghoul], as well as [Iron Beak Owl] and [Kukaron Elite Guard] in the pirate battlefield scene. Once the Dead Whisper of the [Bite of the Dead] weapons are triggered, they will all become the ingredients for the [Berserker] stacked damage.

And more importantly, in Su Ming's hands, there is still the last key entourage to kill!
