It is not to absorb, but to open the body and mind, and completely integrate with each other, these two, one is closed, the other is open, and the heart is really opened, in order to accommodate the qi of Zhou Tian, but if the body and mind are closed, always want to bring in so much of the qi of Zhou Tian, which is completely two opposite methods.

I was shrinking myself smaller and smaller at the beginning, how could I accept Zhou Tian's anger? And now I don't have the concept of absorption at all, and I have completely let go of the idea of fighting, but Zhou Tian's qi is very happy to merge with me. When I wanted to break my head to fight for the qi of Zhou Tian, I was greatly rejected, and I completely let go of the heart of competition, and let go of everything, even when I let go of myself, the state of concentration instantly appeared, the qi of Zhou Tian, just like myself, without my existence, and without the existence of Zhou Tianqi, we are one, one with two sides, the second realm, I finally broke through!

However, the qi of Zhou Tian continued to pour into the body, making me feel more comfortable physically and mentally, the operation of Xiao Zhoutian, gradually moving towards the legs, the so-called Xiao Zhoutian, the steps of its operation, roughly from the lower dantian, through the perineum, through the anus, along the spine to the tail lube, the spine and the jade pillow three passes, to the top of the head mud pills, and then from the two ears and cheeks to the parting channel, will go to the tip of the tongue and Ren pulse, along the chest and abdomen in the middle of the dantian.

And the big Zhou Tian, on the basis of the small Zhou Tian, has access to the limbs and hundreds of remains, the whole body qi and veins are all connected, and the true qi travels through the whole body for a week, which is a big Zhou Tian, and the big Zhou Tian must be completed with the assistance of Zhou Tian's aura, so it must reach the point of mutual communication with Zhou Tian's qi.

Now Zhou Tian's qi is still drilling into my body fiercely, and I can almost feel that my cultivation is constantly being promoted, and the level of breaking through to the third layer is also coming. If you want to reach the third realm, you must use the second realm as the foundation, but when you reach the second realm, you must penetrate the qi veins of the whole body, and the two complement each other and are indispensable.

If I hadn't sensed the breath on your body, I wouldn't have sat down, maybe I'd broken through to ...... by now You give me a reason not to destroy you! ”

In the middle of speaking, I suddenly changed my words and looked at the five ghosts coldly, it seemed that these five ghosts were not good stubble, they were all evil ghosts who had been cultivating in the mountains for many years.
