Chapter 237: The Legend of the Snow Mountain, Terrorized in the Middle of the Night!

Meili Snow Mountain is a huge group of snow-capped mountains in the western part of Deqin County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, with a total length of more than 150 kilometers. Meili Snow Mountain is called "Kawagebo Snow Mountain" in Tibetan areas, and the local Tibetan people named it, endowed it with divinity, and maintained its flesh and blood for generations. The word "Meili" means "medicine mountain", and it is named because of the abundance of various precious medicinal herbs.

In the eyes of many people, Meili Snow Mountain is a sacred mountain, which is known as the four sacred mountains of Tibetan Buddhism together with Kailash in Tibet, Anima Qing Mountain in Qinghai, and Gaduo Juewo in Qinghai.

In fact, it is not too surprising that the birth of blood Bodhi in such a big snow mountain, which is known as a medicine mountain and a sacred mountain.

After several hours of flying and trekking, Tong Yan and his group of four finally came to Deqin County smoothly. It's past nine o'clock in the evening. It's not a wise move to climb the snowy mountains, but don't underestimate the power of nature, it's easier to swallow a person than to crush an ant. Under the snow, I don't know how many ignorant people are buried.

The four of them found a hotel in the county town and stayed.

In the county of Deqin, the main people live in Tibetan and Lisu compatriots, of course, there are also Han people, but here it seems to be similar to the ethnic minority.

Because they were going to climb the snow mountain, Tong Yan prepared a lot of equipment to protect them from the cold. Because the search for blood Bodhi is not something that can be found in a day or two, and what to eat, use, and sleep at night must be prepared. Otherwise, it will be too late to find food on the snowy mountains.

It is now close to November, and the lowest temperature in Deqin County has reached minus four or five degrees, and the maximum temperature is only about ten degrees. But in the hostel it was very warm and there was a feeling of being at home.

The owners of the inn are a very hospitable Tibetan couple in their 40s, whose children are working in other places, and they run such a small hotel with less than 10 rooms in their hometown.

The business of the small hotel is not as good as expected, but it is enough to make them worry about food and clothing.

The boss's full name is Tashi Dorjee, which is convenient to call, and everyone else calls him Tashi. Tashi means auspicious in Tibetan, and it is also catchy to call.

Tashi's wife's name is Baima, and because she doesn't speak much Chinese, Tong Yan basically greeted them when they arrived.

After putting down the things, the hospitable Tashi invited Tong Yan and them to have dinner together, which was actually no longer called dinner, and it should be more appropriate to call it a supper.

Tong Yan was busy on the road, and they did not eat, but now it is difficult to refuse, so they gladly accept it.

On the dinner table, there are a variety of Tibetan people's special dishes, such as tsamba, green noodles, butter tea, roast lamb shank, roast lamb chops and yak meat, etc., all of which look like people drooling.

Tashi also specially prepared a pot of barley wine, which he brewed himself, and specially explained that it was a treasure and could not be bought with money.

He poured a bowl for each of them and handed them over to them in turn. For the customs of the Tibetan people, Tong Yan still knows a little bit about it. For example, the Tibetans believe that the ring finger is the finger of worship, and every festival, festivities, and hospitality drinks, after the guests take the wine glass and bowl of others with both hands, they should first dip their ring fingers in a little wine and bounce it to the sky, three times in a row, to show the offering of the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, and it is also a thank you to the toaster.

Living Buddhas, eminent monks, old people, and people who can't drink can return the wine glass to the master after playing, and the master will not force it. Those who can drink alcohol will only pick up their glasses and drink by themselves after offering the Three Jewels.

Some Tong Yan made an example, Chen Blind and they learned quickly, and they also dipped their ring fingers in wine and bounced into the air three times. Only then did he taste the treasure that Tashi had said.

I have to say that the barley wine brewed by Tashi is indeed delicious, mellow and mellow, sweet and refreshing, and the four of them are very happy to drink it. While eating and drinking, everyone listened to Tashi tell the legend of Meili Snow Mountain.

Tashi said that the real Meili Snow Mountain is not the 13th Peak of Prince where Kawagebo is located, but a small mountain range to the north of Prince Snow Mountain. That small mountain range is the real Meili Snow Mountain, but because a PLA survey team arrived here many years ago, in communication with the locals, they mistakenly recorded the Prince Snow Mountain where Kawagebo is located as the Meili Snow Mountain, and marked it as such after the map was completed. Since then, Prince Snow Mountain has become Meili Snow Mountain, and this name has completely surpassed Kawagebo, one of the eight sacred mountains of Tibetan Buddhism.

The main peak of Prince Snow Mountain, Kawagebo, means "white snow mountain" in Tibetan, and is commonly known as "the god of snow mountains".

Legend has it that he was originally a god with nine heads and eighteen arms, and was later taught by Master Padmasambhava, received the layman ordination, converted to Buddhism, and became the son of a thousand Buddhas.

The statue of Lord Kawagebo is often enshrined on the altar, riding a white horse and wielding a long sword, like a majestic protector.

After saying this, Tashi also reminded Tong Yan and told them not to try to climb the peak of Kawagebo, Kawagebo is a god, and whoever wants to ride on the head of the god should not want to live.

Tan Yu and Jiang Xiaoyu naturally scoffed at this, but Tong Yan took it very seriously. Legends are naturally long-standing and may or may not be true. And there are some things, it is better to believe them than not to believe them, otherwise when the bad luck really comes, it will be too late to regret it.

Before he knew it, it was already eleven o'clock at night, and everyone was full of food and drink, so after thanking Tashi, they all returned to their rooms and planned to sleep.

After a simple wash, Tong Yan didn't even take off his clothes, so he fell on them.

He was a little tired, maybe not because of how many miles he walked or how many things he carried, but he just felt tired, maybe this is the so-called tired heart.

Turn off the light, close his eyes, and in a few moments, he is asleep.

The night was silent, except for the occasional whirring wind outside the window, and everything around fell into a deathly silence.

I don't know how long it took, Tong Yan suddenly felt that someone was pulling his hand, and his body sat up unconsciously because of being pulled.

He opened his eyes in a daze, trying to see who was pulling him. But at this look, he couldn't help but tremble in his heart, and his back was cold.

He never thought that the person who was pulling him turned out to be an old lady with a green face, a wrinkled face, and a cloak with her hair scattered. And this old lady actually smiled evilly at herself, and that smile was terrifying, and it made people's hearts tremble.

Tong Yan wanted to retract his hand, but he didn't have any strength all over his body, and the whole person was fluttering.

Suddenly, he realized something, and jerked back to look. But just one glance, he was completely stunned, and there was another self sleeping behind him

What the hell is going on? Who the hell is this old lady? Where is she going to take Tong Yan with her?
