The third type of empowerment in the Bright Empowerment Sutra is called the Dharma of Self-Sacrifice and Empowerment, and the Dharma of Giving Up and Giving Empowerment is also the strongest empowerment Dafa, this kind of empowerment is to completely transfer one's own life energy to another person, and the person being transferred can obtain one-seventh of the initiator's life energy, and when performing the Dafa of self-sacrifice empowerment, if this seventh is strong enough, the initiator can even help the initiated person to ignite the bright points of the body and condense the chakras.
