A dead American bald eagle was recently found in the Oregan State Estuary, and the poor bird had its feet chopped off and dumped on the bank of the State River.

The local people and the police were outraged, and the perpetrators faced a fine of more than $100,000 and would be sentenced to prison under the animal protection law.
