Edgar's brow moved, and the murderous intent in his gray pupils suddenly appeared.

That's right, the reason why he raised the power of the Lion Empire to subvert and invade the Running Wolf Empire was because on the main star of the Running Wolf Empire, there was an important energy source that was indispensable for the Space Fortress.

This important energy source has little use value for relatively weak countries such as the Running Wolf Empire and the Zhulu Empire.

But for the Lion Empire and the Xianglong Empire, it is the key to winning the war in the future!

The strategic importance of Battlestar is very great.

When a Battlestar appears on the battlefield, the battle is won, if not 100 percent won, at least 70 or 80 percent certain.

As long as the Battlestar can play its due role, then Edgar will definitely dare to compete with the Xianglong Empire.

In that case, even if the Xianglong Empire opposed Edgar becoming the generalissimo of the United Council, it would have to be a little jealous of Edgar and the Lion Awakening Empire.

Now, the Xianglong Empire has two space fortresses, and the Lion Empire has one space fortress.

In fact, in the secret military factory of the Awakening Lion Empire, there are still two long-built space fortresses.

If it really confronts the Xianglong Empire, the three space fortresses will definitely make the Lion Awakening Empire invincible.

But the biggest problem Edgar faces is that a super behemoth like Battlestar can't be driven by an ordinary photonic engine, it needs a kind of "dark matter power block".

The size of this energy block is not large, and the size of a dark matter energy block is just like a sugar cube.

But the power energy that can be generated by this "sugar cube" is enough to drive the rotation of a planet!

Ordinary flying machines naturally do not need such a powerful dark matter power energy, and even dark matter itself is a risk factor for instability, often causing natural hazards such as earthquakes, making the people of the Wolf Empire miserable.

And that's exactly what Battlestar needs.

Without this power block, Battlestar would have been suspended in mid-air with a photonic engine, and its weapon and defense systems would only be used once.

This is the core military secret of the Lion Awakening Empire, and this military secret is the weakness and weakness that Edgar is most reluctant to let people know.

Even the high-ranking officers on Battlestar were unaware of this weakness of Battlestar.

It was precisely because of this that Edgar ignored the request of the senior officers of the Battlestar and did not allow the Battlestar to pursue Chen Xing.

If he really launched the Battlestar to chase down Chen Xing in order to avenge his son, it is likely that he did not catch up with Chen Xing, and the Battlestar broke down halfway.

In that way, the entire human race will know that the most feared Battlestar killer of the Lion Awakening Empire is nothing more than a paper tiger, and Edgar's years of hard work will be completely destroyed.

As a full-fledged commander of the Imperial Army, Edgar would never have made such a fatal mistake on impulse.

For Edgar, the most urgent thing is naturally to take down the Running Wolf Empire, so that he can quietly obtain the "dark matter power energy block" he most dreams of from the land of the Running Wolf Empire.

As long as he has the Dark Matter Power Energy Block, his three Battlestars can be truly activated, and at that time, the entire Terran world will have to look at him!

Helping the Wolf Empire clean up the civil strife is just an excuse for Edgar to cover up people's ears.

Most people will think that the Lion Awakening Empire wants to control the Running Wolf Empire, so as to achieve the purpose of competing for the generalissimo of the United Council.

But Edgar was a really smart man, and he knew deep down that even if he became the generalissimo of the United Council, he would not have real military power.

And if you want to become a generalissimo with real power, if you don't have a strong military force in your hands, it is a fantasy.

And now, it was broken by the president of the Xuanwu Brotherhood.

How could Edgar not kill Xuanwu?

Xuanwu smiled lightly, "Don't be angry with the Edgar people first, I said a long time ago that although the goals of me and the Edgar people are different, the interests are the same. The Edgar people want the whole human race, and I, as for me, only want to deal with Chen Xing. My Xuanwu mercenary group can cooperate more deeply with the Edgar people in this regard. In other words, if the Edgar can win, then my Xuanwu Brotherhood will naturally win. If the Edgar people trust me and are willing to tell me where the dark matter energy blocks are excavated, then I can ask my top mechanical mercenaries to help the Edgar people dig up some dark matter energy blocks first, so that the Edgar people don't need to struggle in the quagmire of the Wolf Empire, and can devote more energy to deal directly with the United Council. ”

Edgar's heart moved.

The reason why he dealt with the Running Wolf Empire was for the dark matter energy block, if he could directly get the dark matter energy block, then there was really no need to waste time on the Running Wolf Empire.

"Why should I believe you?"

Edgar said coldly: "How can I believe with a few words from you that after you get the address of the dark matter power energy block, you won't betray me and take what belongs to me?" ”

Xuanwu smiled and said, "Edgar, my Xuanwu Brotherhood is not famous for its intrigues. What's more, my Xuanwu Brotherhood doesn't have a Battlestar, and it doesn't have that much ambition to annex the world. If I have to say that I have any selfish intentions, it is just that I want a good bird to choose a tree to perch on. I dare to say that the Edgar people will inevitably become the most powerful place of the Terran in the future, and my Xuanwu Brotherhood will help the Edgar people do things now, and when the Edgar people take over the power of the entire Terran in the future, can they still treat my Xuanwu Brotherhood badly? ”

Edgar sneered, "You're right. ”

Xuanwu smiled and said, "Then can we come to an agreement?" The address of the dark matter power block, can the people of Edgar share it with me. ”

Edgar thought for a moment, "Xuanwu, you want the address of the dark matter energy block, yes. But first you have to prove that you're on my side. You should know that the Running Wolf Empire is now in civil strife, and the essential reason is that the king of the Running Wolf Empire has gone crazy, and the people who can inherit the throne of the Running Wolf are either under the control of our Awakening Lion Empire, or they have been killed by us. But only one prince slipped out from under our noses. ”

"If your Xuanwu Brotherhood is really powerful, find him for me. To live to see people, to die to see corpses. ”

"After completing this task, I will share the specific address of the dark matter power energy block with you. If you can't do it, then don't appear in front of me in the future, otherwise, don't blame me for being rude! ”

Edgar showed his smile that only showed when he wanted to kill.

Xuanwu smiled slightly, "No problem, leave it to my Xuanwu Brotherhood." ”
