The Kingdom of Cambodia, commonly known as Cambodia. Located in the Indochina Peninsula of Southeast Asia, the capital of Phnom Penh, it is a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

Cambodia is bordered by Thailand to the west and northwest, Laos to the northeast, Vietnam to the east and southeast, and the Gulf of Siam to the south.

Cambodia is a saucer-shaped basin surrounded by hills and mountains on three sides, and a vast and rich plain in the middle, accounting for more than three-quarters of the country's area. The territory is home to the Mekong River and the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, Tonle Sap Lake (also known as Phnom Penh Lake). Cambodia is an ancient country on the Indochina Peninsula with a history of more than 2,000 years.

Funan was a vassal state of Qin and Han. The Book of the Later Han Dynasty is called the Matter of Inquiry, and the Book of Sui is called Zhenla. The Book of Tang is called Ji Wu and Ge Wei. The Yuan Dynasty was called Gan Bozhi, the "History of the Ming Dynasty" called Gan Wuzhi, and the Ming Dynasty was called Cambodia after Wanli.

The monarchy is a constitutional government, and the government is fully committed to economic development. In 2015, ASEAN plus 6 was launched, and the government made every effort to attract investment. The annual economic growth rate is about 7 percent. Invest a small amount of money to obtain high multiple investment profits. There is no foreign exchange fund control, and there is no foreign exchange difference risk in US dollars. Enjoy 31 preferential tariffs from the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia. Abundant resources (rubber, rice, oil, natural gas). The demographic dividend is high, and 70% of the young manpower is low-cost. Foreign corporate income tax is reduced for 6 to 9 years. The economy is still in the early stages of growth, and the prospects for investment returns are good.

The real estate base period is still low and is in the rising stage. The demand for high-end apartments for rent in the capital Phnom Penh is in short supply. Housing prices are in the initial stage, with an annual increase of more than 20%. The cost of ownership is low, and the rental yield is about 10% to 15%.

Taiwan builders: Located in the waterfront landscape egg yolk area in the center of Phnom Penh, the builder provides complete after-sales property one-stop service, Taiwanese standard construction method, furniture and household appliances and equipment purchase, five-star hotel-style management, and rental and management services.

Cambodia is amazing, and major media are vying to report it!

Cambodia has long since stepped out of the shadow of the Khmer Rouge and entered the era of democratic-free-free economic opening-up, and has now become a country with a high annual economic growth rate and rapid development and business opportunities everywhere, and has considerable potential for development in food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment.

Under the influence of the Cambodian government's law on the free purchase of property rights by foreigners and the presence of a large number of foreign businessmen, under the influence of multiple benefits, new high-rise buildings are being built in the urban area of Phnom Penh, and real estate is also booming. In September this year, the professional and authoritative World Magazine produced a special report on ASEAN's investment, and cooperated with TVBS to launch a series of ASEAN reporting programs, pushing Cambodia's real estate market to a new peak.

Because of indecision, you missed the increase in real estate in China last year, because you don't want to chase high, you missed out on the annual remuneration of real estate in Hong Kong, because you misjudged the trend, you missed out on the profit of real estate in Taiwan, and even the house prices in Indonesia increased last year. The real estate of ASEAN countries has been soaring in recent years, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand have already increased several times, and now Singaporeans and Malaysians have already actively invested in Cambodian real estate, this time you must not miss it......!
