Chapter 8: The Feast of Heroes of Eagle Shooting
Hong Kong gourmets such as Choi Lan and Wei Ling have collaborated with Yung Kee Restaurant to launch the "Eagle Shooting Heroes' Banquet", which mainly imitates the dishes cooked by Huang Rong for Hung Qigong, but due to the exquisite ingredients and preparation methods, although it has been well received, it has not become a daily menu.

Jin Yong's works have been widely disseminated, in addition to being circulated as novels, and have also been filmed and made into film and television works, radio plays, stage plays, comics, animations and even computer games, which have penetrated into the hearts of Chinese society around the world. The impact on contemporary youth is extremely wide-ranging.
The first Jin Yong novel to be put on the screen was "The Legend of the Eagle Shooting Hero". It is a 2-part Cantonese film filmed by Hong Kong's Emei Film Company in 1958.
Although some of the adaptations are significantly different from the original books, or even only borrow their forms, such as the Hong Kong film "East Evil and West Poison", it can still be seen that Jin Yong's novels have inspired the creation of other works. For the TV and film versions of Jin Yong's novels, please refer to the above novel entries.

Plagiarism and counterfeiting: 1980s. Someone once wrote works such as "The Prequel of the Condor Shooting" and "The Prequel of the Condor" under the pseudonym of "Yonggong". Both the packaging and printing are very similar to Jin Yong's collection, writing plots other than stories.
In Hong Kong, some bookstores that rent and sell old novels still exist. In Chinese mainland, there are similar plagiarized works. Not only is the title of the book similar, but the authors are also very similar to Jin Yong, such as "Golden Boy", "Quan Yong", "Jin Kang", "Jin Yongxin", etc.
Ancestors of the same clan: Zha Jizuo, a celebrity at the turn of the Ming and Qing dynasties, is one of the ancestors of Mr. Jin Yong, who is recorded in "Strange Tales of Liao Zhai" and "Yao Sheng Snow Lotus".
In "Yao Sheng Snow Lotus", it is recorded that Cha Jizuo is "talented and chic. It is often said that the eyes are full of leisure, and it is not worth the reward, and the Hai Nei Qijie is not looking for it from the dust, and it is not possible to get it." Mr. Jin Yong also mentioned this person's life in his sealed work "The Legend of the Deer and Ding".
Cha Shen Xing is a famous poet in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, "Cha Shen Xing, the word Chu Bai, Haining people. Less educated Huang Zongxi. Yu Jing Tong in "Yi". He likes to compose poems, travels everywhere, sings everywhere, and is famous and forbidden", his works are deeply loved by the Kangxi Emperor and once worked in the South Study.
During the Yongzheng period, Cha Siting was considered to be the head of Yongzheng and suffered a literary prison because of "Weimin's stopping".
Jin Yong's father, Zha Shuqing, was executed for counter-revolutionary charges during the anti-rebellion campaign launched by the Communist Party in the early 1950s. The famous poet Xu Zhimo is Jin Yong's cousin, and some people think that the image of Chen Jialuo in "Book of Swords and Enmity" comes from the image of Xu Zhimo in Jin Yong's heart.
Jin Yong is Qiong Yao's distant relative, and Jin Yong's cousin is Qiong Yao's aunt. The famous military scientist Jiang Baili's original wife, Cha Pinzhen, was Jin Yong's distant aunt. So Jin Yong called Jiang Baili's daughter Jiang Ying (the wife of the famous scientist Qian Xuesen) a cousin (actually not related by blood).
Jin Yong's cousin Zha Liangjian was the Minister of Justice of the Republic of China and the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of China, and his younger brother Zha Liangzhao is in Taiwan.
The famous modern translator and poet Mu Dan (formerly known as Zha Liangzheng) is a distant cousin of Jin Yong.
Jin Yong's younger brother Zha Liangxie, stage name Zhang Wenliang, was originally an actor of the cross talk club Deyun Club, and was the first to praise cross talk actor He Yunwei, who died of illness in 2003.
Jin Yong's cousin Jiang Fuxuan was the director of the National Palace Museum in Taiwan (written in the afterword of "Liancheng Jue").
The lead singer of the Taiwanese rock band Cherry Gang Cha Cha (real name Cha Jiawen) is Jin Yong's niece and granddaughter.
About the work:
Jin Yong's first novel "Book of Swords and Enmity" is said to be a story that Jin Yong has circulated in his hometown in Zhejiang since he was a child.
In the afterword of "Liancheng Jue", it is stated that Jin Yong's inspiration for this novel comes from the tragic experience of his childhood hometown Changgong and his adolescence (similar to the plot of Alexandre Dumas's "The Enmity of Mount Gido"), who was originally crippled, his parents were angry to death, and his fiancée remarried the murderer, and the murderer was also preparing to be killed in prison.
Later, He Sheng was rescued by Jin Yong's grandfather Cha Wenqing, so he worked as a long-term worker in the Cha family, but Jin Yong's parents would not be too bad for him. Jin Yong was often with him when he was a child, but he never knew his name, and the above incident was the past he told Jin Yong when he was seriously ill and thought he was going to die.
It is said that when Jin Yong was writing a novel, he once liked a certain female star and was rejected (it should be said that there is no follow-up, the other party should be the movie actress Xia Meng, Jin Yong was already a wife when he met). Therefore, like some characters in the novel, they have similar experiences, such as Ling Hu Chong, You Tanzhi, Wei Xiaobao, and Yu Yutong.
Mr. Ni Kuang, a famous science fiction and martial arts novelist, is a good friend of Jin Yong. In 1965, he wrote "Dragon Babu" in the era of Jin Yong's trip to Europe, and he is still proud of it, but Jin Yong has completely removed it after revision (but Ah Zi's blindness has not changed, and only Jin Yong will play and modify the plot slightly).
Legend has it that Jin Yong is very fond of classical music and has a strong ability to discriminate. You can listen to a random phrase and tell you which composer's work it is.
When interviewed, Jin Yong thought that he was like Zhang Wuji ("Heaven and Dragon Slayer"), and his wife was like Xia Qingqing ("Blue Blood Sword").
In the afterword of "The Legend of the Deer and Ding", Jin Yong said that his favorite works are "The Legend of the Sky and the Dragon", "Smiling Proud Jianghu", "The Legend of the Condor" and "The Legend of the Flying Fox" (the afterword in the newly revised version of "The Legend of the Deer and Ding" has added "The Eight Divisions of the Heavenly Dragon").
In the afterword of "Heaven and Dragon Slayer", Jin Yong said that his favorite female character is Xiao Zhao ("Heaven and Dragon Slayer"). (To be continued......)
