Chapter 135: Devil Training

On the eve of leaving Qiancang to study at the command school, I took part in the "regularization" of the backbone training organized by the detachment. For almost a month.

Those who participated in the training were the backbone of squad leaders from various grassroots units. The training venue is the detachment rotation training team located in Duantang Town, a southern suburb of Ningbo.

When I reported to work, I was very excited and extremely proud when I saw the bright red banner hanging on the gatehouse with the inscription "Training Course for the Regularization and Construction of the Ningbo Armed Police Detachment." I always feel that there are countless pairs of eyes staring at me, so I naturally straighten my waist, cheer up, and suddenly feel that my steps are vigorous.

This training has laid a solid foundation for me in terms of military quality and command and management ability of the troops, and to a certain extent, it has become a preparatory training for my two-year school life.

The training course adopts a fully closed management mode, and is managed and trained in strict accordance with the "three regulations (internal affairs regulations, queue regulations, and discipline regulations)".

Our trainees jokingly called this training course "Devil's Training Camp"!

Speaking about the purpose of the training course at the mobilization meeting, the leader of the detachment noted:

"It is to cultivate a group of important backbone forces for the comprehensive regularization construction that is about to begin."

"You are the head of the army, and you are the middle class of the grassroots construction of the army!"

"The detachment is specially equipped with the strongest leadership team and instructors for the training course."

"Prepare to shed your skin!"

I remember that month of more than just shedding a layer of skin. When I returned to the office, everyone was startled, and they all said, "I don't recognize it!" ”

As soon as the mobilization meeting was over, everyone wrote a letter of determination and posted it on the wall of the dormitory so that they could always be vigilant.

Each study and training content is subject to an assessment system, and if one is unqualified, it will be dealt with according to the entire training.

It's a lot of pressure!

Every day when the sky is slightly bright, the wake-up call will sound crisply, except for the small duty of the day, we will quickly put on neat clothes and line up for morning exercises.

The content of morning exercises is issued in advance every week and training content, and is generally divided into two forms: running and team examples.

If it's a run, we'll run outside the camp, and that's the only chance we can get out of the rotational camp.

Many of the trainees are on duty as detainees in the detention center, and often refer to this run out of the camp as "letting off steam."

At that time, Duantang was almost a rural town, with rice paddies on both sides of the road. That season is exactly the time when the rice grows millet.

When the commander arrives at the end of the line, he usually gives the command to "disband", and hundreds of young men relax in unison towards the rice field, which really fattens the land.

In the morning when the training platoon was in command, during the morning exercise, each class would be asked to practice shouting "passwords" at that point in front of the rice fields and ponds.

"Stand upright!"

"Take a break!"

"Turn right (left, back)!"

"Start (walking, running) and walk!"

Various command orders came and went.

Fortunately, the dwellings there are not concentrated, otherwise there would be a suspicion of disturbing the people.

The instructor once taught us, "It is most effective to practice the mantra in the morning by holding your urine on the surface of the water." ”

Everyone has really achieved results from the practice, and it seems that everyone is growing day by day.

After the morning exercise and before breakfast, it is to tidy up the housekeeping.

Although the small duty has completed the tasks such as sweeping and mopping, the requirements for personal housekeeping are very high.

The quilt should be folded into a tofu-like square, and the class should be aligned in a straight line. There are also hats, shoes, stools, toothbrushes, basins, and towels that need to be placed or hung neatly. All public health sites must be spotless.

There are several hygiene evaluations every week, and inspectors wear white gloves to touch all corners, and any trace of dust is deducted points.

"Internal health is the face and image of the soldiers, and the embodiment of the combat effectiveness of the troops!"

"A soldier's good work style depends on daily bits and pieces to cultivate."

"Don't think of housekeeping as a small thing, it's often the details that make the difference!"

The cadres who commented on it instilled in us the big and small truths from time to time, and the whole training process has also become a process for us to hone our daily cultivation.

Most of the trainees did not touch the shape of the quilt from the time they folded the quilt to the end of the training, except for the emergency assembly. At night, before going to bed, I carefully moved the "tofu block" to the square stool, and if I felt cold, I would rather cover the cold than mess up the quilt. Otherwise, the time for washing and tidying up will be very tight, and many public health areas will have to be cleaned by people.

These backbones are all elites and advanced elements who are one in a hundred, and they are consciously certain.

Not to mention the intensity of training during the day.

In charge of the queue training is a vice-captain named Wang Ming. That old man had just returned from the battlefield in Vietnam, and he had made military merits and was promoted to a cadre after a short period of training in military academies. As for why he was able to transfer from the PLA unit to the armed police force, he did not understand it at the time, and he will naturally solve his confusion in the future.

He looks very burly, more than 1.8 meters, and he is only 22 years old.

In the heat of more than 30 degrees, he stood still on the training ground.

For our students, it was so strict that it was almost unsympathetic.

"Sweat more during training to reduce bloodshed on the battlefield!"

These are the words on his lips.

The sweat I shed in those days was definitely no less than the sweat I shed in a year when I returned to my hometown to farm. The clothes on his body were wet almost all day, and even the upper of the liberation shoes was a piece of white flowers left by the evaporation of sweat.

During the break, we would often gather around Captain Wang and listen to him tell stories about the bloody battles on the battlefield. This benevolent brother brags that he hardly has to make drafts.

Capture the enemy and train that one is harder and more tiring. Because there is a big change in the set of boxing movements that I learned from the recruit company, I learned it almost from scratch. What's more, we must not only be able to play ourselves, but also be able to teach, requiring us to be able to memorize the essentials of movements, and the difficulty has been increased by a few percent.

When it comes to the shooting training stage, I feel a lot more relaxed, I can lie on the ground and practice aiming and shooting, and if I am tired, I can rest for a while.

However, the psychological pressure is not light.

Because we are all squad leaders, the standard equipment is the F gun, and the training and assessment is the point fire and continuous fire of the F gun. To be honest, I was too busy working in the police station, and I hadn't played a gun except for completing the annual training tasks for rifles and pistols stipulated above in the first two years.

It's easier to control the point firing of this F gun, but if you shoot the muzzle of the gun continuously, it will be much more difficult to press the gun body hard.

The first time I experienced the exercise, I played a fail. On the way back, my heart was heavy.

We took a big truck to a training ground in the mountains of Yinxian County. Sitting in the car, I thought that if I failed this training, would it affect my admission to the police academy I applied for?

The more I thought about it, the more nervous I became, and I broke out in a cold sweat.

I regret coming to participate in this training, but I think that this is not something I can control, and I have some helplessness.

That night, the lights out horn sounded, and I was still practicing my arm strength in a corner of the military stadium.

I hung half a brick on the head of the F-gun, and practiced the action of raising the gun countless times until midnight.

The next day, both arms hurt terribly, but I tried to keep going during training.

I've been thinking about it:

"No matter how hard and tired it is, it's only a few days! Be strong! ”

In the final exam, I finally got a good score.
