Later, Wei Ren wrote a poem "Xintai" to satirize and ridicule him, and this poem is now collected in the "Shao Feng" of the "Book of Songs".

After Xuanjiang married Wei Xuangong, the old lady fell out of favor; After Gongzi Shou and Gongzi Shuo were born, the loyal and honest prince also fell out of favor. Mrs. Yijiang soon committed suicide in extreme grief and despair. After Yi Jiang's death, the crown prince completely lost his asylum. Xuan Jiang was then made his wife, and she soon became the culprit of the persecution of her ex-fiancé.

Hurry's teacher is the right childe, and the teacher of the childe Shou is the left childe. Both sons were men of high status and high moral character, and the students they educated were as noble as they were. Although the crown prince is old enough to be the father of Gongzishou (which was originally arranged), the two still establish a close brotherhood.

Gongzi Shuo was a shrewd and well-behaved child when he was a child, and he focused on pleasing his parents and ministers, and soon became the most favored child by his parents. She also framed the prince, saying that he had already started to fight his own ideas. She said, "The prince said to me, 'You were my woman, and when the old man dies I will take you and make you my wife.'" I want to let the old ghost taste the taste of my wife being taken over by others! This is not the end, the prince actually carried Gongzi Shuo's ears and asked him to call himself 'Dad'! Once the crown prince ascends the throne, our mother and son will really have no way to live! So please grant the concubine's request! ”

Wei Xuangong was furious, and he immediately summoned Gongzi Shuo. Gongzi Shuo confirmed the lie told by his mother with an aggrieved face, and cried to expose the roots of his congested ears, so that Xuan Gong could see the "incriminating evidence" of his brother's violence against him.

Wei Xuangong believed the lie, so he killed the prince. But after all, the two did not dare to publicly pursue the prince's "crimes", because that would expose their crimes to the public doctors. She advised Xuangong not to make the scandal public, saying that it would insult Xuangong's dignity (if there was any dignity at all). The two then devise a conspiracy to make it look like the prince died in an accident.

Wei Xuangong happened to visit Qi at that time, but he temporarily sent the prince to visit on the grounds of his health, and at the same time secretly ordered a villain around him to buy robbers and set up an ambush and intercept the prince on the way to the envoy.

Gongzi Shou and Gongzi Shuo were originally on the list of Wei Xuangong's entourage, but after the prince served as the chief envoy, Wei Xuangong erased the names of the two brothers.

Gongzishou couldn't help but be suspicious, and he guessed that there must be a conspiracy. But he tried his best, and his cunning parents refused to reveal a word. Gongzi Shou went to set Gongzi Shuo's words again; After all, Gongzi Shuo is very young, and he has brotherhood for his brother, he is afraid that his brother will encounter accidents, so he reveals the murder plan, hoping that Gongzi Shou will know the difficulties and retreat.

Gongzishou turned around and told the prince about the conspiracy and urged him to flee immediately. The prince refused, saying, "If you turn your father's command, what nation will accept such a son?" Unless that place is born without a father. ”

Gongzishou no longer insisted on his own opinion, but he asked Xuangong that since the monarch's father's physical condition was not good, then he would set up a banquet in the suburbs to replace Xuangong as the prince.

Wei Xuangong may not dare to face his son who is about to be sent to Huangquan by himself, or he may be so desperate that he doesn't want to see him again, he immediately agreed to Gongzishou's request.

The route of this trip was as follows: the mission first boarded the boat at the Yellow River crossing Jianjin, went down the river and landed at Qianhou, then traveled eastward by land, and finally entered Qi through the pass of Xindi (near Shen County, Shandong).

The prince sobered up and immediately pursued him by boat, but it was too late: he met the bandits on the way, and they were in high spirits with the box containing the head of the prince's life, ready to receive the reward. The prince shouted, "You have killed the wrong person! Don't you know that Prince Wei Guo is a middle-aged man? And my brother is so young, he hasn't even grown a beard yet! You blind mad dogs, kill me quickly! ”

The robbers looked at each other, and one of them stepped forward and said, "It's good that you came in time, otherwise we would have made a mistake and I am afraid we would not have been able to save our heads." With that, he swung his sword and slit the prince's throat.

In order to commemorate the two outstanding gentlemen, the patriots composed a poem "Two Sons on a Boat". Shiyun: "The two sons take a boat, and the scenery is widespread." May words and thoughts be raised, and the center will be raised! The two sons took a boat and passed away. May words and thoughts be harmless? This poem is also included in the Book of Songs, just below the Xintai. While people lamented this pair of noble brothers, they hated their fathers even more.
