"The Great Light Prajna Sutra" cultivates oneself, and reciting the "Great Light Sutra" and "Prajna Sutra" stimulates the Buddha's power in the heart and improves one's cultivation.

The so-called Buddha is born from the heart and becomes a Buddha with one thought, and all living beings can be Buddhas, and people can naturally do it. The Buddha power aroused by ordinary people's chanting is very weak, and they don't know how to use it, so they have little influence on themselves, and they can only clear their minds and calm their minds. And the higher the cultivation and the deeper the understanding of the Dharma, the stronger the Buddha's power will be stimulated by chanting.

This kind of Buddha power stimulated by chanting sutras is called "the power of wisdom" by the people in Buddhism, which can drive away ghosts and evil spirits, subdue demons and eliminate demons, and save the soul, which is quite wonderful. A thousand years ago, a senior monk in the Central Plains showed that the "power of wisdom" in his practice had another function, "incarnated into a Buddha"!

That is, with a special method, in the stimulation of the "power of wisdom" at the same time to absorb it, so that the body of the spirit and its fit, because people are the most trusting of themselves, so the purity of the "power of wisdom" is also the highest, without the slightest impurity, and then through the transformation of the Buddhist exercises, it will produce the phenomenon of "Buddhahood" in the body, which is a higher level than the golden body of Buddhism, and can be promoted infinitely, to the legendary Arhat, Bodhisattva, and even the Buddha transformation, to achieve the effect of becoming a Buddha in the flesh.

Moreover, the power of wisdom aroused by the "Great Light Sutra" and the "Prajna Sutra" is absorbed and transformed into Buddha power, and after being blessed on the body, it will have the power of the Great Light Buddha Light and Prajna, which is transformed by the righteousness and courage in the heart, so it is pure and holy and indestructible. In particular, it has great lethality to negative energy, such as demonic energy, demonic energy, ghost energy, evil energy, evil energy, death energy, etc., which can purify filth and restore light to the world, which is the top practice of Zen Buddhism.

These two exercises were selected by Yun Canghai from the many Buddhist skills he knew for Jianzhen, one cultivating the Yuan Shen and the other cultivating the physical body, with the purpose of allowing Jianzhen to learn from each other's strengths and promote each other.

Sometimes go to the famous mountains and rivers, deep mountains and Daze to find the secrets, by the way to see the customs and customs of various places, and then collect some refining materials and medicinal materials that are not in the hands, or look for some relics and former residences of high-ranking hermits, to see if there is any gain, not to mention, it may be that Yuncanghai has a deep fate, so that it really found a lot of good treasures.

Sometimes I go out to find and get acquainted with monsters and hermits from all over the world, of course, I am looking for those who are not much different from my own ability, and the big sect or big force it can't afford to provoke now.

The monsters encountered, or like-minded, become friends, or do not speculate, fight, if victorious, then subdued, accepted as a subordinate, the demon world is respected for strength, as long as you can win it, will be happy and convinced of you, rarely like humans have a ghost in their hearts.

If you are not defeated, evacuate and avoid, cultivate diligently, and wait for an opportunity to make a comeback.

Yun Canghai is very strict in making friends and selecting his subordinates: low character, indiscriminate killing of innocents, insatiable greed and never intersecting and containing, this kind of monster does not know how to restrain his own nature, restrain his hope, and sooner or later fall into the devil's way, and when the time comes, he may become a generation of demons and be pointed out by thousands of people; or provoke a powerful opponent, and his form and spirit will be destroyed, this kind of thing that contaminates cause and effect and causes trouble, Yun Canghai will never do.

Those who only know how to go with the flow, do not want to forge ahead, are half-hearted, and are narrow-minded to provoke right and wrong, sooner or later they will be riddled with cause and effect, suffer calamities, and turn into ashes; only those who have great wisdom, great perseverance, and big minds can grasp their true hearts, face difficulties, overcome many disasters, stand out from the crowd of sentient beings, and climb to the top.

Yuncanghai has such potential, and naturally he can't make friends who are too bad, so over the years, although there are many people he has met, there are very few people who agree with him and are really willing to make friends.

However, Yun Canghai knew that he still had a long time, so he was not in a hurry.
