In this world, not everyone is able to cultivate, and there is only one in a hundred people who truly have the talent for cultivation, and the criterion for judging whether a person has cultivation qualifications is whether or not he can ignite the Dao fire.

In fact, all the spirits in the world have Dao fire, but Dao fire is covered with dust, and it is necessary to wipe off the "dust" on it before it can reach the creation of heaven and earth, and then embark on the path of cultivation. However, there are very few creatures that can really wipe off this layer of "dirt", so there is a phenomenon that there is only one in ten thousand creatures with cultivation qualifications. And the Dao Fire period is actually the period when the layer of "dirt" on the surface of the Dao Fire is wiped off. Cultivators at this stage are not significantly different from mortals, at most they have an outstanding temperament and a stronger body.

Cave realm, cave open way.

This stage is the process of "using Dao Fire as a guide, absorbing the aura of heaven and earth, refining it into mana, and then using mana to open up the knowledge of cultivation". Because the physical body does not have a hole for true qi to enter, it is necessary for the monk to open the Tao through himself, and this trick is invisible, which is the Tao aperture. When the first hole is opened, the physical body can contain mana. The more Dao Techniques you have opened, the faster your cultivation will be in the future. However, it is not necessary to open more Dao Tricks as much as possible, because if you open too many Dao Tricks during the Cave Period, you will lose too much time during the Cave Period. Second, there are too many Dao Tricks to open the Cave, and if you can't forge a strong enough Dao Ding in the next Dao Ding period, you will have the risk of exploding and dying. So how to handle it is particularly important. The monks in the cave period have been clearly distinguished from mortals, and they have already crushed mortals with their physical strength alone, and they really have the power of nine bulls and two tigers, and more importantly, after reaching the cave stage, the cultivators can use spells and magic weapons.

During the Daoding period, the Daoding was cast.

Although the physical body has no cultivation skills, it has the pinnacle of cultivation. This tripod is the dantian, but the mana that the dantian can hold is not much, it is a pseudo-tripod, it is enough in the early stage of cultivation, but in the middle and late stages, it is far from enough. Therefore, in order to have a longer path of cultivation, it is necessary to give birth to a "container" that is truly used to hold the true qi, which is the Dao Ding. The Dao Ding can hold a large amount of mana, and with the improvement of cultivation, it will slowly expand and become solid, so after casting the Dao Ding, there will be no worries about accommodating too much mana.

These are the first three realms of the Nine Realms of Cultivation, also known as the "Three Realms of Foundation Building", because these three realms are used to lay the foundation, and the combat power that can be exerted is not strong, but it is related to future cultivation. Although the monks in these three stages have gone beyond the realm of mortals, they are still far from having the power to destroy the world and move mountains and reclaim the sea, and the monks in the three realms of foundation building can only be regarded as newcomers who have just embarked on the path of cultivation, and are far from being the backbone of the cultivation world.

After the foundation of the three realms, there is the Star Picking Realm, the Moon Melting Realm, and the Sun Attracting Realm.

Pick the stars, pick the stars into the body.

At this stage, it is necessary to attract starlight into the body, refine the primordial spirit, and turn the yin god into the yang god. What cultivation seeks is immortality, and its root is to make the primordial gods pure yang and immortal for eternity. Therefore, for cultivators, the most important thing is to make the Yuan Shen strong. And the transformation of the yin god into the yang god is the process of the strength of the original god. The original god itself belongs to yin, so it is also called the yin god, and the yin god turns into pure yang after successively attracting starlight, moonlight, and daylight into the body, which is the yang god. However, at this time, the monk could not let the Yuan Shen wander outside the body for too long, because although the Yuan Shen of the Picking Week was no longer afraid of the starlight, he was still afraid of the moonlight, so he was not allowed to be exposed to the moonlight for a long time. As for daylight, it is even worse! Once exposed to the sun, the primordial spirit of the week will turn to ashes within a few breaths.

Melt the moon realm, melt the moon to the sun.

Attract the moonlight into the body, refine the original god, and make the yin god turn into the yang god. The Melting Moon Realm, as the name suggests, is the process of receiving the moonlight to refine the original god. Turning from Yin God to Yang God is an extremely difficult and dangerous thing, and it requires a lot of preparation step by step. Picking the Star Realm is only the first step, and the Melting Moon Realm is the middle step. The monks of the Melting Moon Period can already let the Yuan Shen leave the body for a long time at night, but the Yuan Shen at this time still cannot be exposed to the sun.

Quote the date, quote the day and cross the catastrophe.

Attract sunlight into the body, refine the original god, and make the yin god turn into the yang god. This is the last step of the Yin God to the Yang God, and it is also the most dangerous step. From the Rongyue period to the introduction date, it is necessary to attract a trace of the true fire of the sun into the primordial gods, so that some of the primordial gods will be transformed into pure yang. This process is extremely dangerous, and if you are not careful, the original god will be burned to death by the true fire of the sun. And even if the first part of the Yuan Shen is successfully converted into pure yang, it does not mean that everything is fine. Because the next step is to continue to connect with the true fire of the sun, until the primordial god completely turns into pure yang. Every process of enduring the scorching of the sun's true fire is an adventure that hangs by a thread, and it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a step-by-step killing machine! The monk who quoted the date has no fear of the sun, and has truly the ability to move mountains and reclaim the sea.

These three realms are called the "Three Realms of Tribulation", and because of this, the Three Realms are full of tribulations, and every step of the way is like a tribulation. It is also for this reason that the Star Picking Realm, the Moon Melting Realm, and the Sun Attracting Realm are also known as the Sun, Moon and Star Tribulations. However, the way of heaven is fair, and there will be rewards under the so-called calamity. Although the three realms of picking stars, melting the moon, and leading the sun are extremely dangerous, the rewards are also huge, and every time you take a step forward, your strength can be greatly increased. At this stage, the monks began to truly have the ability to pick the stars and the moon, burn the mountains and boil the sea. In the monastic world, the Monk of the Picking Week is already a well-known master, the Monk of the Melting Moon Period can be called the mainstay of the monastic world, and the Monk of the Guiding Date is already a master of the monastic world.

After the Star Picking Realm, the Melting Moon Realm, and the Sun Guiding Realm, there is my Dao Realm, the Yuanming Realm, and the Returning One Realm.

I am in the realm of the Dao, and I understand the Dao.

The path of cultivation is the path of seeking truth and asking questions, and my realm is the beginning of seeking truth and asking questions. I am in the realm of the Dao, and I know my own way. After entering my Dao realm, the monks really began to contact the "Dao" of heaven and earth, and there are thousands of "Dao" in the world, and the monks need to find their own Dao from these thousands of Dao, and then be consistent, and finally open up the road to heaven and ascend. However, throughout the ages, cultivators have been like the sands of the Ganges, but there is no one in ten thousand who can truly understand their own path, because to reach the realm of our path, talent, perseverance, and opportunity are indispensable. This is something that the vast majority of monks cannot do. The monks of my Dao Realm are already powerful and can be respected wherever they go, even super sects like the Evergreen Sect and the Taishang Sect would not be reluctant to offend a monk of my Dao Realm for no reason.

Yuanmingjing, complete without loss.

Those who are enlightened are originally aware of the nature of the true spirit. If it is said that my Dao Realm needs to understand my own path, then what I need to do in the Yuanming Realm is to perfect my own Dao. Although this stage does not seem to be as devastating as the introduction of the date, it will turn into ashes if you are not careful. But in fact, the danger of the Yuanming Realm is not inferior to the date, because the truth and the road of asking the truth are born with demons, and if you are not careful, you will have the risk of going mad. And once you go crazy, you will either turn into a demon and be chased and killed by the two demons, or you will die directly into the demons, so the Yuanming period is even more dangerous than the date of introduction. As for strength, my Dao Realm cultivator is already a great power in the cultivation realm, and the cultivator of the Yuanming Realm is one step further than my Dao Realm cultivator, and it can be said that he is a giant. In any era, the monks of the Yuanmingjing Realm were the figures who stood at the top of the monastic world.

Returning to the realm of oneness, I return to oneness.

My Word is integrated with itself, and God and flesh are one. This realm is mysterious and mysterious, and the mystery is not enough to communicate with outsiders, and it has the ability to move mountains and seas between gestures. The monks of the Guiyi Realm are all the heads of the top sects, not only their own means are thorough, but the power they control is also a behemoth in the monastic world, and the slightest movement can cause a turmoil in the monastic world. At this level, there are no disasters and no disasters, unless they are killed by the enemy, it is a sure thing to ascend to the sun, and to be killed by the enemy?

These three realms are called the "Three Realms of Seeking the Path", also known as the "Three Realms of Ascension", and are the last three steps of the monk's path in this realm. In addition, monks who have cultivated above my realm will be called "real people", because when I go up to the realm of the Dao, the monks have already begun to understand their own path, and "clear mind and insight are true", so people will respectfully call monks above my realm "real people".

This is the famous Nine Realms of Cultivation, each of which is divided into four stages: the initial realm, the middle realm, the posterior realm, and the peak.
