It is not wrong to say that all the heavens and ghosts and gods are subdued by subduing one's own heart, the so-called inner demons cannot afford and external demons are not born, but today's ordinary people don't talk big, don't say anything to subdue their own hearts to subdue ghosts and gods, borrow 100,000 yuan from you, don't beat your father, kidnap your daughter-in-law and dig your corner, can you still subdue your irritable heart and stay dignified if you don't move?
Those who practice the Dharma of Joy and Joy are those who change their inner deficiencies through external strength.
