Chapter 1164 Migration Knowledge

This brahmin saw the true meaning and built the Maha-Dhat pagoda temple due to the strong faith. He also held a great banquet for the four sangha, and greatly developed Buddhism in the country of Kamobo.

The blessed Siddha Brahmin and his thousands of dependents worshipped the sun god. Then the Sage Tidiga manifested a divine transformation that came out of the center of the sun chakra, and emitted a great light in front of him. Siddha and others thought that he was the sun god, the son of heaven in the Sun Palace, and saluted him.

Taking advantage of this, His Holiness began to preach the Dharma to Siddha. When Siddha was very confident, he reappeared and spoke again. Due to the tremendous blessings of the Venerable Tiddica, just like when the Buddha was alive, and Siddha developed uncommon faith, he was able to see the true meaning at the moment.

This is not like our era of the end of the Dharma, where it takes 10 years, decades, or even a lifetime to attain fruition, and some lifetimes still have no hope of achieving results.

From the story, it can be seen that the great achiever is skillful and convenient in transforming sentient beings, not only observing the root mechanism of sentient beings, responding to diseases and medicines, but also paying attention to chance. Therefore, Buddhist scriptures often say that mature sentient beings, when the opportunity is ripe, they will become enlightened at one point.

Originally, the Venerable did not appear directly, but the god took the form of the sun god to face Sidtha, and it was only when Siddha had great faith that he appeared himself. If he had appeared as a Buddhist arhat from the beginning, Siddha's faith had not yet been established, and doubts would inevitably arise.

It is mentioned in the history of Buddhism in India:

At one time, there was a king named Minara in the country of Tokara, and all the inhabitants of the country worshipped the god of the sky, and knew nothing about good and evil. At the time of their feast, they sacrifice to the heavens with the huge smoke of burning grain, clothes, treasures, and incense wood.

At the place of their sacrifice, the Holy One Tidja and his dependents, five hundred arhats, came by the way of the heavens and lived in the open hall. They believed that it was the gods of heaven, and they made great offerings before the feet, and Tidja said that about a thousand people, including the king, saw the truth. The immeasurable number of people who have taken refuge and study have lived here for three months in the summer, and the number of bhikshus has increased innumerably, and the number of arhats who have attained the fruit of arhats is also about 1,000.

When the king and his dependents worshipped the god of the sky and burned the gods, His Holiness and his dependents descended from the sky, in short, showing the role of the gods. The king was astonished for a moment, thinking that it was a god, and he had great faith. So His Holiness began to speak for the king's family.

Due to His Holiness's strong blessings of the Dharma stream, coupled with the strong confidence of the king and others, and the good root plan, there are now a thousand people who have seen the fruit. Then His Holiness spoke for three months, and there were about 1,000 people who proved to be arhats.

He believes that the great achievers can connect to the blessings of the Dharma flow that brings together the Buddhas of the ten directions, so that the practitioner can connect with the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the hearts and minds are imprinted, like a nostril of breath.

If there is no such flow of Fa, no matter how much the practitioner does it, it will only be superficial efforts, and only superficial benefits will be obtained.

That is to say, when the flow of multiplication is poured into the heart, the internal and external obstacles are broken, and the heart enters the sea of Virujana, and the direct realization is realized. If the lineage you receive is pure, if your guru is the achiever, and if you keep the samaya vows, then after you practice the Dharma, all kinds of Dharma tests will inevitably arise and all kinds of merits will naturally be obtained.

Of course, this is also difficult to compare with the flow of the Dharma when the World-Honored One was alive, not to mention the World-Honored One, like the Venerable Tidiga, when he said the Dharma, a thousand people saw the true meaning, and this Dharma-flow was also extremely powerful.

Feng Shi also said that the first person to hear the Lotus Sutra in front of the Buddha, because of the vastness of the Lotus Sutra, he naturally achieved great achievements at the moment. Then this person passed on to the second person, and the second person passed on to the third person, and when it reached 50 people, it was no longer possible to compare with the first person's Dharma stream, and the Dharma stream became weaker and weaker, but if the transmission was not interrupted, the recitation still had great merit, but the person who attained the fruit could no longer be compared with the first generation.

So when we open the history of Buddhism, when the Dharma was first propagated, there were the most achievers, and the later they went, the fewer they achieved and the fewer they did. With the passage of time, in addition to the lack of good fortune of sentient beings' root machines, there is another reason why the cultivation is not effective, and there is another reason, the weakening of the Dharma flow.

Returning to the previous topic, the third source of the Heavenly Protector is the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas entering their minds and taking their minds.

In the biography of the Buddha Mother Mandarawa, this aspect is described in more detail.

For example, there is an evil god in the world, and many people believe in offering and worshipping. The Bodhisattva directly transferred to this evil god,

Knock his consciousness out of his body, and then go beyond the Pure Land. Then the Bodhisattva entered the body of the evil god, and from then on, in the form of the evil god, began to teach sentient beings to do good, and turned ***.

This has been done many times in the successive lifetimes of the Mother of the Mandalawa Buddha.

For an evil god, demon, or evil person, the Mahasiddha can directly remove his consciousness from his body, move to the Pure Land, and then enter his body to preach the Dharma to sentient beings.

The fourth is that most of the bodhisattvas collectively incarnate into the same deity, or different bodhisattvas incarnate into the same deity. Due to their different streams and inheritances, the same god protector has different practices.

How much do sentient beings know about the secrets in the Dharma Realm!

Mantras, mantras, and dharani contain the vows and wishes of the deity. The Buddha-figure blesses mantras and verses in samadhi and has all kinds of merits. In the later lineage of the ancestors, they could bless the mantra with their own wishing power, samadhi power, and merit power, so that the mantra has great merit.

So, the king of the medicine forks, the guardian of wealth, Kupila, in India, he is the pure god of wealth, that is, the god of wealth for all beings, without the special requirements and streams that lead you to the path to liberation.

But in Esoteric Buddhism, there are very strict precept requirements, and to support your practice of liberation, if you don't meet the standards, it's very difficult to think about it.

Of course, in terms of deeper origins, the Treasure King, the King of Bishaman, and the King of Kupila can be regarded as different incarnations of the same ontology, each of which has its own special qualities and corresponding ritual requirements.

For example, our compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva, his incarnation of the eleven-faced Guanyin, the thousand-armed Guanyin, the horse-headed Guanyin, etc., have some requirements for the precepts, the best vegetarian food, three white food. But the Ruyi Wheel Guanyin that she incarnated is not taboo for meat and vegetables, and women are not taboo for wine and meat, and reciting is an achievement.

Although they are all Avalokiteshvara, they have different incarnations, different manifestations, and different rituals and virtues.

In the same way, the King of Bishamen and the King of Treasure should be the protectors of the same incarnation, and Kupila is also an incarnation, but he may be more inclined to worldly wealth than to exert high demands and a desire for liberation.

For example, the great auspicious goddess, in the original mythology of India, and even today, is still a god of wealth and love, and is the goddess of guardian wealth and happiness.

However, in Esoteric Buddhism, the Ted of the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden favors the role of the God of Wealth and does not mention the identity of the God of Love.
