The source of turbidity is clear, and the foundation of stillness is moving. People can always be quiet, heaven and earth are all returned, and the heart is disturbed;

People's hearts are quiet, and they want to lead them. It can often send its desires, and its heart is quiet, its heart is clear, and the spirit is clear. Naturally, the six desires are not born, and the three poisons are eliminated. Therefore, those who can't do it are not clear in their hearts, and their desires are not sent.

Those who can send it look inside their hearts, but their hearts have no minds, their appearance is their shapes, their forms have no shapes, and they look at things from afar, but things have nothing.

When the three are enlightened, they can only be seen in emptiness, and when they see emptiness, they are empty, and they are empty, and they are empty, and they are nothing, and they are always silent, and if they are silent, how can they be born?

If you want to not be born, you are truly quiet. Truth should always be things, true always obtained, always should always be quiet, always quiet. In order to transform sentient beings, it is called to attain the Tao, and those who can understand can attain the Tao......"
