Chapter 05: Bible Reading Is Useless

"Heart Sutra" seems to be the shortest Buddhist scripture, although this text is brief, but far-reaching, the role of the Buddhist scriptures is still very huge, and the shorter Buddhist scriptures seem to be gone.

Therefore, starting with this short sutra is the most convenient way to get started.

The content of the Heart Sutra is actually very simple, and after integrating the whole text, it can be summed up in one word - empty!

A more detailed explanation, that is, emptiness and color is thought of and understood, the relationship between these five points, the number of words in the whole article is concise, the structure is complete, first leads to the concept of emptiness of the five aggregates, and then concisely explains what the five aggregates are empty, and then explains in detail why we say this, and finally describes the role of reaching the emptiness of the five aggregates, which is clear and clear, and it is a very simple article.

Therefore, anyone who has read this sutra will inevitably be able to integrate it, and there is no need to hide it, because this is a clear thing at a glance, and it is not much help for exercising thinking ability.

Emptiness is a very important concept, and after understanding this concept, that is, what the five aggregates are empty, how the author introduces this concept, how it is explained, and the role of the five aggregates after achieving emptiness, obviously all of them are no longer important.

Because what the author wants to explain, he has already imprinted in his heart through the study of the scriptures, and of course he does not have to pay attention to other contents.

But the Buddhist scriptures are the most troublesome...... That's it!

Like a Confucian article, or any other article, as long as you understand the author's intention, you have already gained something, but the Buddhist scriptures are not like this, almost every concept, or realm, it has its own set of very clear standards!

"Seeing that the aggregates are empty, and overcoming all suffering", "With no gain, Bodhisattva, according to Prajnaparamita, has no obstacles in the mind, no obstacles, no fears, far from upside-down dreams, and nirvana. "The Buddhas of the three worlds, according to Prajnaparamita, attained the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara. "Therefore, we know that Prajnaparamita is a great mantra, a great mantra, a supreme mantra, and an unequal mantra, which can remove all suffering, and it is true. ”。

Overcoming all suffering, having no obstacles, no obstacles, no fears, being free from upside-down dreams, attaining nirvana, attaining the three bodhisattvas of anuttara, these are just a few of the benefits that can be attained on the basis of realizing that the five aggregates are empty!

And the author also specially explained, it is a great god mantra, a great mantra, a supreme mantra, and an infinite mantra, which can remove all suffering, is true and true, and is not deceitful at all.

However, these benefits, no matter how you look at them and how you think about them, they seem to be bragging, because after you understand what the five aggregates are empty, you don't seem to be so powerful.

Needless to say, to overcome all suffering, to stay away from upside-down dreams, and to attain nirvana, the most powerful thing is that the author clearly said that if you practice well, you will definitely be able to attain the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara.

This...... It's really too puzzling, it's really hard to understand, why the author set such a high standard, it seems that his own understanding ...... It's not the same at all!

So, either the author is bragging, or else...... , that is, I don't understand at all what the five aggregates are empty!

However, after thinking about it over and over again, and even being able to memorize the entire scripture backwards, in the end, it is still the same as when I read it for the first time, and the answer I got is the same: the five aggregates I have realized are empty, and it is absolutely impossible to be wrong.

Because the article is placed there, the author has not made any illusions at all, and has explained the concept of emptiness of the five aggregates clearly and clearly, which is absolutely not wrong!

So, is the author deliberately bragging at the end?

In fact, it is impossible to overcome all suffering, and it is impossible to stay away from the upside-down dreams and eventually reach the state of nirvana at will, let alone attain the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara.

This is still uncertain, because it is very clear that only by seeing that the aggregates are empty, that there is no gain, and that there is no attainment, and that there is a prajnaparamita, that the three great benefits can be obtained.

In other words, having understood what the five aggregates are empty is is of no use at all, and you have to be able to see, realize nothing, and realize Prajnaparamita before you can finally attain those three great benefits.

Therefore, if there is no enlightenment, there is no attainment, and there is no enlightenment of Prajnaparamita, it is impossible to judge whether the author is bragging or not!

So, after figuring this out, all of a sudden, my back immediately popped up...... , a cold sweat came out.

It was the first time that I found out that Buddhism had played so high, such a short scripture, such a clear scripture, with his consistent wisdom, he had integrated the whole article, and thoroughly understood the concept that the author was going to talk about, and was extremely shocked to find that things were far from being so simple at all.

If you want to get the three benefits that the author bragged about, you can't get it directly after understanding the whole text.

If you want to verify whether the author is bragging, you have to ...... , do a good job of hard work!

When we have attained enlightenment, attained the attainment of unattained mind, and realized Prajnaparamita, then we can truly figure out whether Prajnaparamita is a great mantra, a great mantra, a supreme mantra, a mantra of non-equalness, which can remove all suffering, and is true and true.

If you don't work hard to practice, and after you have learned a scripture, it won't be useful at all!

Faced with this situation, the first reaction is, whether this is a trap or not, although the author is very clear, this is definitely true, but no matter how I think about it, I feel that this is a trap.

It's like a lot of advertisements for buying diet pills, saying that they are as good as they are, but after I really bought them and ate them at home, I found that they were useless except for diarrhea every day.

Looking at the product manual, the small print mark for people at home is very clear, and the effect is different for people with different physiques.

Therefore, although he was obviously fooled, he had no choice but to automatically classify himself as those with little medicinal effect and special physique, and he just spent money to buy a lesson.

But, is this just, deceiving the feelings of the world's chubby!

In fact, the hand of Buddhism is the same, and the advertisement can really be said to be the first in the world, to overcome all suffering, to stay away from upside-down dreams, to achieve nirvana, and to attain the three benefits of the three points of Anuttara and the three bodhisattvas, which are as tempting as they are.

However, if you still don't get anything after trying hard for a long time, you can only blame yourself for not practicing well, and if you don't reach the attainment of enlightenment, the attainment of unattained mind, and the attainment of attained enlightenment prajnaparamita.

As for whether Buddhism is not fraudulent or not, it is impossible to tell whether the author of the scriptures is bragging.

Therefore, in the face of this situation, it is equivalent to walking to the middle of a three-way intersection, and there are two roads to go in front of you, one is to practice hard at the risk of being deceived, and the other is to never touch the Buddhist scriptures again!

So, I have always been lazy, and there are many clever fat thieves, so I chose the third way to go.

Since practicing is tiring and risky, then don't practice for the time being, but those three benefits are really attractive, and it is obviously not cost-effective not to touch the Buddhist scriptures, so let's throw the Heart Sutra aside first and see what the other Buddhist scriptures say.

I have to say that Chubby's choice has always been very appropriate, and he is very good at finding a great excuse for being lazy while avoiding risks, so he laughed stealthily and started a ...... that made him feel extremely mad , the road of sorrow.

"King Kong", "Lengyan", "Yuanjue", "Medicine Master", ...... After spending nearly two years with great painstaking efforts and reading them all seriously, he finally found out in despair that Buddhism had put up a tempting advertisement and set a very high standard of shirking responsibility, which was almost all over the ...... , of all the Buddhist scriptures he has read.

Therefore, like a stupid person, the little fat who had been reading the scriptures for two years was completely angry, grabbed the scriptures in his hand, and wanted to tear them apart directly!

However, two years later, Xiaopang is no longer the original Buddhist Xiaobai, just when he was about to tear up the scriptures, he suddenly thought of the Buddhist scriptures described, the pile of disrespectful Buddha consequences, and suddenly broke out in a cold sweat again.

"Well, still...... , it is better to believe that there is something than to believe that it is not. In case of...... Isn't it a little bit of a loss if I don't tear it up, and at most I don't have anything to do, and it's over. With this in mind, he took a grocery bag and wrapped the sutras, sealed them with scotch tape, and put them back in the bookcase.
