Inside, the dantian has a faint sense of qi, some like a breeze blowing. If it goes well, it will take as little as three months, and as much as half a year.

"Middle stage of refining". Outside, it is equivalent to "practicing meat" in martial arts, at this time, the muscles of the monk are strong, not easy to get tired, and the explosiveness and endurance have been significantly improved. Inside, it is the true qi in the dantian that gradually condenses, and there is a feeling of slight swelling. If you are not too stupid, you can see the results in about half a year.

"Late stage of refining". Outside, it is equivalent to "practicing tendons" in martial arts, at this time, the monk's reaction and speed are greatly improved, the connective tissue is more tenacious, and the range of limb movement is larger than that of ordinary people, such as what kind of horse, high leg lift, etc., can be done at will. Inside, it is the true qi that begins to enter the meridians and circulate and flow, but at this time, the flow speed is extremely slow and uncontrollable. To achieve this step, half a year with a better qualification is enough, and more than a year is almost enough.

"Refining the essence". Outside, it is equivalent to "bone training" in martial arts, if the monk has reached adulthood, the bone will redevelop, the hardness and toughness have increased significantly, and it is less likely to fracture than ordinary people. Inside, the circulation speed of the True Qi is faster and can be roughly controlled, but the sense of control is still very obscure. At this stage, if it goes smoothly in one year, it can be achieved in two or three years.

Basically, there is no difficulty in the "refining period", as long as the IQ and physique of the cultivator are not too far apart, and they concentrate on cultivation, they can reach the "Dacheng" stage, and the difference is only the length of time. If a cultivator with good qualifications, willing to spend money to enter, and brave and diligent, it only takes two years at most to "refine and achieve". It is the most common to enter the refining and refining period in three or four years. If it has been more than six years and has not yet entered this stage, it means that this cultivator is really not suitable to play this.

If after the "refining and refinement", it is a matter of time to enter the "early stage of gasification". However, it is difficult to say this time, it is normal to have half a year fast and five or six years slow.

The so-called "early stage of qi transformation" means that the true qi of the cultivator has already filled the dantian, and he can run freely in the twelve canons according to his own will. The so-called "Twelve Positive Meridians" are: Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian, Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian, Hand Yin Pericardial Meridian, Hand Sun Small Intestine Meridian, Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian, Hand Yang Ming Large Intestine Meridian, Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, Foot Shao Yin Kidney Meridian, Foot Yin Liver Meridian, Foot Sun Bladder Meridian, Foot Shaoyang Gall Meridian, Foot Yang Ming Stomach Meridian.

Only when you enter this stage can you truly enter the door of cultivation. The previous ones can only be regarded as foundations and preparations. This is also the first hurdle for cultivators, at least one in five people are stuck at this stage and cannot enter the "middle stage of qi transformation".

Moreover, from this stage onwards, there will be a "bottleneck" in cultivation. Every time you advance after that, it will be a hurdle. Unlike the "refining period", as long as you are willing to spend time, you can practice from the initial stage to the completion of the practice.

The characteristic of the "middle stage of gas transformation" is to open up the eight veins of the Qi Jing and connect the double bridges of heaven and earth. To enter this stage, one must open at least any of the eight veins of the Qi Sutra.

The so-called "Eight Pulses of Qi Jing" is the general name of the Du Pulse, Ren Pulse, Chong Pulse, Belt Pulse, Yin Dimension Pulse, Yang Dimension Pulse, Yin Pulse and Yang Pulse Pulse. They are different from the twelve canons, neither directly to the viscera, nor have no relationship between the outside and the inside, "don't do strange things", so they are called "strange scriptures". In addition to the Ren and Du two meridians, the eight meridians of the Qi Jing have their own independent acupoints, and the acupoints of the other six meridians are attached to the twelve main meridians and the Ren and Du meridians.

The eight veins of the Qi Jing are intricately intertwined between the twelve meridians, and they intersect with the main meridians in many places in the human body, so the eight veins of the Qi Jing have the effect of storing the qi and blood of the twelve meridians and regulating the rise and fall of the twelve meridians.

When the twelve meridians and viscera qi and blood are vigorous, the eight Qi meridians can be accumulated, and when the human body needs to function and activities, the eight Qi meridians can be infiltrated and supplied. "The Twenty-Eight Difficulties" compares the twelve meridians to "ditches" and the eight meridians of the strange meridians to "Huze", which vividly illustrates this function.

For the order of opening up the Qi Sutra, each school is different, some are the first to open the two veins of Ren and Du, there are also the first to open the Chong vein, the belt vein, and the first to open the Yin and Yang veins, and the first to open the Yin and Yang veins...... Both. This stage is very difficult, and many people are stuck at this level, even if they are stuck for five or six years.

And it is even more difficult to reach the "late stage of qi transformation", the difficulty of this level is different from the previous one, and it is almost a big test of the will of the cultivator. Because to reach this stage, it is necessary to penetrate the true qi into the five internal organs and merge with the internal organs. This is equivalent to the "dirty" stage in martial arts.

As we all know, internal organs are very delicate organs, not as good as skin, flesh and bones, and the taste of "true qi entering the intestines" is not as comfortable as flowing in the meridians. That feeling is like tearing and rubbing the internal organs, and there are often brave and diligent Taoist friends who are tossed by this pain and faint.

Of course, this stage can also be less intense, as long as you feel that "long pain" is better than "short pain", you can also come little by little. However, if you do this, the degree of pain will be reduced, but the time will be delayed. How to choose between "degree" and "time" depends on the will and plan of each person.

In fact, as long as you are strong-willed, able to endure pain, and not too badly qualified, you can almost reach this stage. The difference is the length of time and the level of cultivation.

It is generally believed in modern cultivation circles that for the current cultivators, the real level is the stage of "Transformation of Qi and Great Completion".

The characteristic of the "Great Completion of Qi" is that it penetrates the true qi into the bone marrow and merges with the bone marrow of 204 bones and 32 teeth. To achieve this goal, it is necessary not only to endure suffering, but more importantly, to have a lot of aura. And in modern society, the most lacking thing is precisely aura.

Therefore, 99% of cultivators are stuck in the "late stage of qi transformation" and cannot enter this stage.

For example, Su Ze, as early as eight years ago, he had already fused the last internal organs and practiced the "late stage of qi transformation" to the realm of Great Perfection. In 12 years, it reached the late stage of gasification, which is not the fastest or slow, and it is probably at the upper middle level.

But it was because of the lack of aura, so although he had hit the "penetrating" realm many times, it was a shameful failure. Every time I rushed halfway, I felt that the stamina of my true qi was insufficient, and it didn't take long to dissipate.
