The river is very wide, and in the far west, the surrounding vegetation is flourishing, and all things are kind. Countless monks, nuns, and monks depend on this river for their livelihood. Whenever you have any disease, you will naturally be fine if you drink the water from the river.

If you don't have enough to eat, you can fill your stomach by drinking the water from the river.

For those Buddhas, there is nothing that a bowl of river water can't solve. If there is something that cannot be solved, you can drink an extra bowl of river water to relieve your worries.

Therefore, the people who live on both sides of the river are more comfortable and happy than the rest of the world, even if the vast majority of them are unclothed and do not produce. If it is said in the words of the sages of Zhuzi, it is probably similar to "A spoonful of food and a scoop of drink, people are unbearable, and they do not change their pleasures." ”

It's just that the realm of this kind of sages is not realized by themselves after all, but all depends on the merits of the river.

But lately the happy people have had a little sorrow, because the song is so moving. It always makes people wonder if there are any treasure trees in the West, and there are immortal fruits on them.

If there is anything that the waters of the great river really can't solve, it is death. Everyone dies once, and that is the most common thing, but if you can not die, it is naturally what everyone wants.

So under that quiet singing, many Buddhas were born with sorrow about death, which had not happened for thousands of years.

Sorrow is contagious, and gradually, the atmosphere of kindness on both sides of the river changes, with a faint sense of sorrow and the desire for immortality of all things.

The desire for immortality is the instinct of living beings, and when this instinct is gathered, it becomes the power of desire.

The power of the will is a wonderful thing, even close to the legendary omnipotence.

In the beginning, people could only walk on the earth, and when they saw birds flying in the sky, they thought how good it would be if they could fly like birds. This wish finally came true one day in a certain practitioner, and then someone thought about how to walk on water, and then there was a boat, and there was a spell to resist water.

Everything that exists in the imagination is possible after all under the wishes of all beings.

Maybe there is no Po Sa tree in the West, there is no longevity fruit, but there are many people who can't stand thinking about it, and gradually the desire to gather, after a wonderful evolution, such a Po Sa tree was born between heaven and earth, bearing the fruit of eternity.

The great river flows from west to east, and there are people who go upstream along the river. The tree really bears fruit, crystal full, if not the holy fruit of immortality, it is also a great divine object.

Such fruit bears a lot of fruit on the trees, and under the temptation of the song, some people climb to the top of the mountain and pick the fruit, and after eating it, they are either as light as a swallow, or they are infinitely strong, and some can even breathe out water and fire.

All kinds of wonders have been completely spread, and more people have come to pick fruits.

As time passed, the strange effect of the river became weaker and weaker, and those who ate the fruit grew stronger and differentiated from the others.

Finally, one day, the fruit trees of the Great Snow Mountain disappeared, and the river lost its strange ability.

Those who don't eat the fruit blame the people who eat the fruit, and those who eat the fruit are confident that they have supernatural powers, so they don't think much of those ordinary Buddhas in their eyes, and there is war.

No one noticed that the song on the floating river had completely dissipated one day.

Shen Lian was behind the snow-capped mountain, and opposite him was a lion-haired monk. This person is not a Buddha, not a bodhisattva, not an arhat, but he is extremely attained.

That river is the monk's means, and in the end Shen Lian broke it with the heavenly magic of seven emotions and six desires.

Behind the snow-capped mountains is pure white, only Shen Lian and the monks are strange scenery, which is incompatible with the background of this heaven and earth.

The lion monk said: "Heavenly Monarch, how cruel it is to poison sentient beings in a single thought. ”

Shen Lian chuckled and said, "I don't cultivate good fruits. ”

The lion monk was speechless for a while, he had a thousand words to advise Shen Lian, but he was gently pushed back by the other party.

He said: "The Western world is vast and boundless, even if the Heavenly Monarch enters it, he may not be able to find the Bodhi Tree, not to mention that with the talent of the Heavenly Monarch, if you want to prove detachment, why do you need Bodhi." ”

If someone else comes, he will have the Vajra Dharma to make people retreat from the difficulty, but since the person who comes is Shen Lian, it will not work if he uses strong means.

The big river was originally a means he used to contain Shen Lian, but Shen Lian did not see a trace to break it, and he could not be said to teach him.

The matter has come to this point, and there is nothing else but the word sacrifice.

Shen Lian said: "Even if you don't need it, it's okay to take a look." ”

He smiled faintly, there was always an unfathomable taste, and the lion monk was uneasy.

The lion monk said: "That little monk can only offend the Heavenly Monarch." ”

Shen Lian said: "I have heard the phrase 'Vajrasattva', which symbolizes 'solid and incorruptible bodhichitta' and 'afflictions are the wonderful principles of bodhi'. Even if I can't see the Bodhi Tree this time, I have probably gained something from having dealt with you, so if you don't offend me, I will also see your means. ”

The lion monk was a little surprised, even if there were very few people in the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who knew his Dharma name, but now they gave Shen Lian a word. It also explained the fundamental meaning of his Dharma name, which actually taught him to feel cold all over his body.

This man is almost invincible in the universe, and that is really a natural thing.

No wonder the Great Day came to warn him, and if he couldn't do it, he would retreat. He didn't think so, he regarded himself as a brave and invincible warrior, and he was afraid that he would really die on the iron plate today.

But he has practiced for countless years, and he is not afraid of death and greedy for life.

A Buddha horn sounded in the pure day, the lion monk spread his hands, the sleeves had disappeared, revealing the golden arms, full of Vajra Buddha rhyme, indestructible.

These hands are also called vajrapani, and his ascetic life has been condensed on these arms. When I think about it, I sometimes secretly regret that because of the alchemy of vajrapani, I have delayed the practice of Brahmanism, and I will never be able to peek into the supreme essence of Buddhism.

Shen Lian also looked at the pair of vajra hands, but his expression was faint, with a hint of imperceptible sighing.
