Shangtong Qingxia, nine thousand and nine heavy ...... Peaceful governance of the liver house, incurring Huaguang. Linghui flows, and the face is golden. Sitting to nature, the gods are in traffic. The body is immortal, and the heavens and the earth are infinite!"

Chi Qi enters from the mouth, until the heart, thinking about the spleen and giving birth to Huang Qi, to run through the heart palace, Huang Chi and Qi are chaotic, like the light of fire, feel the heat in the heart, and swallow three times.

Yang Tian silently said: "Dantian Sanguang, go south to the Jade Gate." There is a great god, the Red Emperor Lingjun. Yidan with a charm, Feiwen feather skirt. Ride the red dragon and descend the clouds ......"

Then there are Nakadake, North, and Nishidake. The emperors of the five mountains all appeared in the form, and the five mountains appeared together, just like the entire earth, which was stabilized, suppressed, and formed at once.

This is the biggest difference between the meditation method of the Dao Gate and the visualization of Tantra, and how the Tao Gate evolves regardless of the method of contemplation. In short, they all come from the worldview of Taoism, the cosmology, and the concept of the unity of heaven and man.

This concept is difficult for future generations to understand. Perhaps they will say that it is just the delusion of the ancients. Because they have only seen these five mountains, in fact, there are so many tall and majestic mountains in the world that are more than these five mountains!

However, I don't understand a truth. is like the first sentence in "The Burrow": "The mountain is not high, but the immortal is famous." The water is not deep, if there is a dragon, it will be spiritual!"

And in the same way, the Taoist Gate is one with heaven and man. Heaven and earth are big and human, and human body is small.

If one does not understand and comprehend this philosophical concept from the depths of one's heart, one will not be able to comprehend it at all, let alone practice the Dao Gate Meditation Method.

The core of the Taoist method of contemplation lies in the "Huang Ting Jing", the so-called human body has a hundred tricks, and the gods are hidden everywhere.

Heaven and earth, mountains and rivers, there are gods everywhere. The human body is full of tricks, and there are gods everywhere!

It is not possible to deeply understand this ancient, but extremely intelligent philosophical concept. I never want to enter the hall in the cultivation of the Daomen.

Just like this moment, the earth has five mountains. The human body has five internal organs. With the five internal organs and five qi of the human body, and the five mountains and five qi of the earth, what has evolved is the demon map of the five mountains!

Master Wen took a light breath and blew on the blank scripture. You can see that in that faint white gas, there are clear five colors: blue, red, white, yellow, and black.

This breath sprayed on the blank scriptures, and faintly, you could see the blank parchment leaves, like ink, showing five peaks.
