Indeed, for the description in the Buddhist scriptures, the world is divided into two kinds: unbelief and belief, for the unbeliever, everything goes without saying, and the unbelief is naturally incomprehensible, this is a commonly used sentence in the cultivation world, and for the believer, it can be divided into two kinds, one is faith, since the Buddha has great powers, of course everything is true, this is a kind of superstition, but superstition is not necessarily bad, and the other is the belief after enlightenment, as the Buddhist scriptures say: "If you come to be the true speaker, the truth speaker, such as the speaker, the one who does not speak, the one who does not speak!"

In the eyes of an enlightened person, there is no bodhi anywhere! If there is no evil thought in the heart, there will be no evil in the eyes, because the Buddha said that everything is created by the mind.
"You agree with my point of view, the truth in the Buddhist scriptures is universal. Nangong Yan said that although she was not sure, she felt that she had won, and Mo Xian found a reason to round out what he had said before.
Mo Xian smiled: "You still don't understand, okay, Diamond Sutra Cloud: The Buddha really has no way to say, if the Buddha has a saying, it is slanderous to the Buddha, the Buddha has no self, people, sentient beings, and longevity." ”
Mo Xian's meaning is very clear, Buddhism is only a road to self-detachment, there is no kind of truth is universal, Buddhism is a kind of internal seeking method, twelve causes, the cycle of life and death, from ignorance, action, knowledge, fame, six into, touch, receive, love, take, have, birth to old age and death, this is the flow of the door, ignorance and action are the cause of the past, the feeling of the present effect, the knowledge, the fame, the six into and the receiving are the present effect, love, taking, and having are the present cause, feeling the future effect, and life and old age and death are the future effect. The twelve links are mutually causal and mutually reinforcing, and are mutually reciprocating conditions for birth and death, which is the general causal cycle chain involving the past, present and future three lifetimes.
Note that all this is based on idealistic consciousness, and the reverse view and extinction of the door is to start with old age and death, and reverse the cause until the ignorance is extinguished, everything is not pretended, only to realize this, Buddhism is the method of personal liberation, although Mahayana Buddhism is said to be broad to sentient beings, but also to realize themselves.
There is nothing wrong with saying that Buddhism is the truth, but it is not possible to say that it is applicable everywhere, orange is born in Huainan is orange, born in Huaibei is orange, there is no truth in the world can be like this, to say that there is, probably only from the point of view of movement, the change of things is eternal.
"You paraphrase the words of the Diamond Sutra, doesn't it prove my point?" Nangong Yan said.
Mo Xian smiled dumbly: "The Buddhist scriptures you are talking about are not the Buddhist scriptures spoken by the Buddha, although the words are the same, but there is a difference of 108,000 miles inside." ”
"You talk nonsense, the Buddhist scriptures say precepts, you misinterpret the Buddhist scriptures, and you are not afraid of going to hell?"
"Going to hell is not necessarily a bad thing, the king of the earth said, I don't go to hell, who goes to hell, the hell that the Buddha talked about is not controlled by the Buddha, nor by the Bodhisattva Arhats, but by the self-ignorant mind, or greedy heart, or hatred, and creates evil deeds, and they feel evil and get evil retribution. In a word, hell is only in your heart, and the Pure Land is also in your heart. Mo Xian said.
Mo Xian's words are closer to Zen Buddhism, Zen Buddhism advocates not to stand the word, to the heart to transmit the heart, because it does not stand the word, so it is undefeated, in Zen Buddhism, there is even the so-called crazy Zen, Danxia naturally said: "Buddha a word, never like to hear...... There is no way to repair here, and there is no way to prove it. Drink and peck, each has its own share, no doubt. "And he used to take the wooden Buddha to bake the fire. They believe that the ordinary mind is the Buddha's mind, and everyone should be the protagonist of themselves, and be the only one who is not deceived by the outside world.
Obviously, Mo Xian's statement was not recognized by Nangong Yan, and her voice changed: "Buddha and Tao, the Tao is only cultivated into a heavenly being, and it is still in the six realms of reincarnation, you cultivate the Tao, pursue immortality, even if you have immortality, the blessings are exhausted, or you will be transferred to reincarnation." ”
"I'm a cultivator, a true Buddhist person, maybe not like you said, the Tao only talks about this life, not the next life, the cultivator, wandering in the world, long-term vision, since ancient times, Buddhism and Taoism slander each other, these things, not you can understand. Mo Xian said indifferently, a mortal woman, but in vain about the Buddha and the Tao, really does not know the height of the sky.
Needless to say, Mo Xian, Xie Cao'er and Ziyuan also frowned, since ancient times, the Buddha and the Tao have been in dispute, since hundreds of years ago, the Buddha and the Tao learn from each other, the relationship is no longer the grudge of the past, but the dispute between the Buddha and the Tao, has a long history, the Taoist said that the Buddhism is only sexual work, only the cultivation of the ancestors and not the cultivation of life, only the Yin spirit is strong, but the Buddha is said that the family is attached to me, I can't go, how has it become a road.
Buddha and Tao hundreds of years ago, there were people who advocated the unity of the three religions, although the roots are different, but they are absorbing some ideas of the other party, metaphysical Buddhism, and even Zen Buddhism and emptiness are the Tao of Taoism are proof.
In Buddhism, there is still a difference between the heavenly man and the Taoist immortals, the celestial man, one of the fruits of the six reincarnations, is born as a celestial person, but most of the Taoist immortals are cultivated by themselves.
"You can say that the Buddhist scriptures are lies, and I think the Taoist scriptures are also absurd, how can the immortals make a place smooth. Nangong Yan said again, "People are human beings, unless they are intentional, how can they unintentionally affect the surroundings?"

Mo Xian glanced at Nangong Yan and saw that the crown prince and the crown princess beside her were looking at her with a smile, and suddenly calmed down: "Zhuangzi Bendo fables, using fables to speak of reason, for ordinary people, it is not true, but for us cultivators, it is true. ”
