After the manifestation of the Yuan Shen, it can be seen that the movement of qi and blood is in line with the movement of the heavens, and the operation of the meridians has the changes of the sun and the moon. There is morning and dusk between heaven and earth, and there is movement in the body, which is a mysterious feeling, indescribable but clearly existing.

At this time, the self is no longer the physical body seen by outsiders, but it seems that it should be more of a primordial spirit, just like a person who retracts his gaze from the window and sees the room he is in, everything in the room is seen clearly. If a person is in heaven and earth, his body is the heaven and earth of the primordial god at this time.

Although the primordial spirit can see everything, it cannot touch all of it, but it can gradually break through the limitations of the physical body in the divine sense, echoing with the vitality of the entire heaven and earth. Seize the vitality between heaven and earth, and use it to refine and strengthen the flesh. But there is a limit to this kind of power, and there must be a number of things that are born with it. If the number is exceeded, it will be unbearable and the result will be destructive.

It's like a person can only stir up two hundred catties, that's the number. If this number is exceeded, let him pick three hundred catties, although he may not be able to provoke, he can also pick it up under the outbreak. But it will inevitably cause damage to the body.

It is difficult for ordinary people to know how much they count. Therefore, they often wander in too laziness and too hard work, some people spend their lives not knowing that they can reach that level, while others continue to hurt themselves all their lives.

Therefore, the so-called refining of the physical body by the practitioner. It is not to blindly strengthen the physical exercise to an unshakable state. Rather, it is to bring the movement of the physical body to its natural number. There is no fault or inferiority, so that the effect of achieving the extreme change of this shape is obtained. If someone understands that refining the physical body is to turn the physical body into a solid Vajra, it is definitely a mistake. For the flesh itself could never have changed like that. Moreover, what practitioners emphasize is supernatural powers, and what they need is the flow of vitality, but where the vitality is, it is by no means strong that it must be weak.

The vajra supernatural power created by the Venerable Yunye in the Buddha Gate is known as the powerlessness between heaven and earth. It's not that the physical body is strong and heals the iron stone, but that the mana operates and the shape of the god changes, which can block any force between heaven and earth, no matter how hard or soft.

After knowing the body, what is the further realm? The primordial spirit is at ease, and the divine consciousness gradually breaks through the limitations and reaches the realm of the outer sense of heaven and earth. At this time, the person who feels the heaven and the earth again has undergone great changes, because the medium of the physical body has become a kind of channel, and the primordial spirit can directly sympathize with the heaven and the earth.

At this time, the problem that the practitioner has to face is the impact of this sympathetic feeling on the primordial spirit, such an intuition will bring all kinds of illusions, and all kinds of feelings that were originally precipitated in the physical body will directly hit the primordial spirit in an instant, if the primordial spirit is not stable enough, it is very likely to be overwhelmed by these illusions, so that the practitioner loses his autonomy and becomes like a walking corpse, or directly because of the continuous hallucinations, which causes the internal exhaustion of the vitality and dies. This is the Phantom Tribulation.

If you survive the illusory tribulation safely, you will be able to usher in a very important step in your spiritual journey, that is, the attainment of knowing your body. And now, Lu Zheng has only understood what it means to truly know the body, in fact, after the realization of the body, he has already entered the state of knowing the mind.

After the direct sympathy between the primordial spirit and the heaven and the earth, the experience of the phantom tribulation is not lost, at this time, the primordial spirit is stable and solidified, reunites with the sense of consciousness, and restores the sense of the physical body. But at this time, the physical body has undergone changes, and the feeling of consciousness is clear, and it is called the heart!

Is the mind and consciousness one or two? It can only be said that the use is two, and the return is one. However, it requires the practitioner to do one step of effort, that is, to integrate and refine the mind and divine consciousness, this step is also the realm that Lu Zheng has reached after entering the tree and comprehending the voice of heaven and earth. Of course, the subtlety of the voice of heaven and earth that Lu Zheng perceived was far more than that.

Now that we have a heart, we can already feel the world with our hearts, but we still have to do one step to do it, and that is to look back at their hearts. Just as the body is transformed into a manifestation of the original spirit to sense its body, at this time, it is necessary to have the heart in the heart to sense the changes in the heart, to penetrate the inside and outside of the heart, and to obtain the true appearance of the heart, in order to know the heart.

In the cultivation world, the Taoist and Buddhist sects are here, and there is a great difference in the formula, and the secret of knowing the heart is the secret transmission within the door, even if it is within the eleven sects of the Taoist sect, the secret of knowing the heart is also different. That is the seven feelings of his heart, knowing the heart with the seven feelings, not only that, Lu Zheng also knows the heart of heaven and earth with this. The formula in Buddhism, so far, is to contemplate that the mind is delusional, and the heart is directly removed. And the magic in the Dao Gate is often to view the mind as a void to see the heart of heaven and earth, so which one does Lu Zheng's mind belong to? It can only be said that it is not any of them, but it has traces of the influence of the dragon technique.

What is the mind? This is an unsolvable question, or there are millions of answers to this question, no matter the Buddha's path, it only points in one direction, even if, as the Buddha views on emptiness, the emptiness that everyone has proved is indeed the same, but the effect of emptiness on each person is still different. And after the realization of emptiness, is there a heart or no intention? This is a profound method in the Buddhist sect, and Lu Zheng naturally does not know the way.

No matter what, every practitioner has to find his or her own mind, so that he can know the state of mind. This is the name set by the Holy Sect, in fact, in the name of the state of mind, the Holy Sect actually vaguely revealed the answer, whether it is the Buddhist view of emptiness, or the Taoist view of the mind is empty, in fact, the realm reached can be named the mind.

This mind is boundless and boundless, casual and sensitive, born with thoughts, dominating the body and powerful, this power is condensed from the original spirit, the original essence and the vitality, and is born when the divine consciousness and the heart are integrated. Therefore, from the point of view of the mind, this body is like a tool that can be used by the mind.

So what is the purpose of the heart? What is the use of the heart? The answer is that there is no direction, and there is no use. At this point, a practitioner should not think about it in vain, otherwise he will be deceived by himself. If the heart is promising, if you don't fall into the devil, you will fall into evil.

What is the devil and what is the evil? This heart is born from the internal and external sense of the original god, and it is because of the clarity in the concentration, not that the seven emotions are the heart, but because the seven emotions can be seen in the heart. From the perspective of Taoism, this mind is non-existent and non-existent, it must be able to tolerate nothing, be able to tolerate nothing, be unspeakable, and not be famous. From the perspective of Buddhism, this mind is neither true nor unreal, and it is necessary to prove its emptiness by contemplating delusion, which is the same as non-existence, and proving its emptiness is also different from non-existence. And Lu Zheng is based on the seven emotions!

Then the demon and the evil are the inner restless desires in this sympathy, and fall into the demons, and the external feelings as the heart, and fall into the evil. If Lu Zheng suffers from demons, he is restless with seven emotions, doing whatever he wants, losing his roots, and never returning. At this point in practice, we should eliminate the six desires, appease the seven emotions, return to the basics, settle in the immovable state, avoid the chaos of promising, and return to the original clarity.

At this point, the heart does not go out, and when I turn back again, all the heart suffers, and returns to what the body feels, and at this time I know that the body is also my foundation, and the heart has nothing to do, and the body is not a tool. In this way, the work of doing nothing, the heart does not forget the body, and the body does not deceive the heart, so that the body and mind can be transparent and compatible, so it can be called me. There is me and then there is what I do, and what I do is not detached from its roots, and then I can do everything, which is the completion of the heart.

Just as knowing the body is entering the state of mind, knowing the heart is also like the realm of knowing the Tao, and Lu Zheng's realm at this time is here, which can be called the beginning of the Tao. Daomen practitioners all regard hearing the Tao as a small achievement, and when they reach the great completion of the Dao, they can be called the Tao. Practitioners who have attained the Tao can preach to their disciples, and at this point, they can begin to accept disciples and teach their disciples, and become known as teachers.

All of this is what Lu Zhengding understands, practice to the heart of the great success, vision and insight are already different, the heart is set to be wise, from ignorance to Qingming, what to do is the foundation, the weather is already different, can be born with what you see and all kinds of wisdom, because of what you hear and know all kinds of realms. This power of understanding and unthinking is not taught by seeing and hearing, but is a kind of insight. For example, it is as if a person who was originally in a dark room, although he touched everything and felt vaguely, but it was always vague, and now a skylight was suddenly opened for him, and the sunlight poured in, illuminating a dark room, and he understood at once what he could not understand before, let alone use any words.

So far, Lu Zheng's supernatural powers have also changed greatly, and he has a further realm. Clairvoyance and downwind ears can not only see and hear farther and clearer than before, but also achieve a subtle realm of seeing and hearing. For example, if you take a herb that Lu Zheng has never seen, Lu Zheng can determine the basic characteristics of this herb by seeing and smelling, and what effect it has on himself.
