Chapter 1405: Acupuncture Path
In melee combat, grapplers are very practical and can achieve unexpected effects, so if you have the time and patience, you can really learn grappling.
Learn to grapple, at least you have a certain amount of room to resist in the face of danger. Especially for those female friends, it is really necessary to learn some grappling.
With the grappler's self-defense, those criminals can't succeed so easily, and the melee power of the grappler will make those criminals retreat.
Of course, it would be even better if you could learn acupuncture.
The melee power of the acupoint technique is more powerful than that of the grappler. Once many acupuncture points on the human body are hit by heavy blows, they will lose their intuition at least and die directly.
Therefore, if you are really proficient in acupoint technique, the general danger really can't hurt you, of course, it is better not to use such martial arts lightly, so as not to have any irreparable consequences.
However, the study of acupoints is really difficult, and people who learn acupoints need to spend a lot of energy, especially in understanding the acupuncture points of the human body, and they must be very proficient, which requires more time and energy.
Because the number of acupuncture points on the human body is not a small number, there are about 52 single acupoints, 309 double acupoints, and 50 extra-meridian acupoints around the human body, a total of 720 acupuncture points. There are so many acupuncture points that need to be completely memorized, and the difficulty can be imagined. 720 acupuncture points, you need to remember not bad at all, people who do not have a certain memory talent. It's not easy to do.
Moreover, just memorizing the distribution of the 720 acupoints in the human body is only the minimum prerequisite for learning acupoints. If you want to really learn acupoints, you also need to remember the meaning of the 720 acupuncture points in the human body, that is, you have to remember the specific reaction of the human body after the 720 points and acupuncture points.
For example, which degrees are the dead points of the human body, which acupuncture points are the hemp points of the human body, etc., there are countless of these things.
Of course. The most important thing before learning acupuncture is that you must first understand the detailed knowledge of acupuncture points in the human body. Only after you have learned the details about the acupuncture points of the human body, can you move on to the acupuncture technique.
Acupuncture point [xuéwèi] is a scientific name for acupoints. It refers to the special points on the meridian line of the human body, and traditional Chinese medicine can use guò acupuncture or massage, tapping, and moxa to stimulate the corresponding meridian points to treat diseases. Acupuncture points are unique to Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine, and are mostly places with fewer nerve endings and blood vessels, also called acupoints and acupoints.
腧 (shù. Acupuncture is a discipline that studies the location characteristics, main effects and basic theories of acupoints. It is the basic course of acupuncture and moxibustion, and it has a very important position in this major. Modern research on the morphological structure and acupuncture effect of acupuncture points has enriched the content of acupoints.
Acupoints are special parts of the human body's internal organs and meridians where qi and blood are transfused. "Ao" through "lose", or simply as "Yu". "Hole" means void. "The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" is also called "section", "meeting", "air pocket", "air house" and so on;
In the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion A and B Sutra", it is called "holes", in "Taiping Shenghui Fang", it is called "acupoints", in "Bronze Man Acupoints and Acupuncture and Moxibustion Diagrams", it is commonly referred to as "acupoints", and in "Shen Moxibustion Jinglun", it is called "acupoints".
The Su Wen Qi Fu Treatise explains that the acupoints are "emanated by the pulse qi", while the Lingshu Nine Needles and Twelve Origins say that "the place of the divine qi parades in and out, not the skin, flesh, muscles and bones". This shows that acupoints are not isolated points on the body surface, but special parts that are closely related to deep tissues and organs.
"Transmission" is a two-way street. From the inside to the outside, it responds to pain, and from the outside to the inside, it receives stimulation. Fight against disease. In this sense, acupoints are the reaction point of disease and the stimulation point of treatment.
Acupuncture point: It is the area of the subcutaneous electric field with the highest potential shared by humans and animals. It is the place where the nerve trunk and nerve endings pass through, and it is the place where the electric potential energy is highest in the human and animal body, this part of the destruction or necrosis, as well as the destruction and obstruction of external forces, will cause numbness, swelling, itching, pain, soreness and other symptoms, and even produce tissues, organs, circulation and heart and brain discomfort, and can also lead to disability, failure, suffocation and death.
There are a total of 720 acupuncture points in the human body, 402 for medical treatment, of which there are 108 vital acupoints, which are divided into living and dead acupoints, 72 non-lethal acupoints, and 36 fatal acupoints.
More than 2,000 years ago, our ancestors knew that there are many special sensations on human skin.
The famous medical book "The Yellow Emperor's Neijing", written in the fifth to first centuries B.C., has pointed out that "the air pockets originate, each has its own name", and recorded the names of 160 acupuncture points.
Emperor Fu Mi of the Jin Dynasty compiled the pioneering masterpiece of acupuncture and moxibustion in China, "Acupuncture and Moxibustion A and B Jing", which discussed the names, aliases, locations and indications of 340 acupuncture points in the human body.
In the Song Dynasty, Wang Weiyi redefined the acupuncture points, corrected the fallacies, wrote the "Bronze Acupuncture Diagram", and pioneered the research and casting of two acupuncture bronze figures for acupuncture teaching and examination.
It can be seen that a long time ago, ancient Chinese medical scientists knew that they treated diseases according to acupoints, and formed a complete theoretical system of acupoints in the process of long-term practice. In 1882, Brix discovered the existence of temperature and cold spots on the surface of the human body and is known as a pioneer in somatosensory physiology.
"The Four Seas of the Analogous Scripture" contains: "Loss, Depression, and Yu are all common to this scripture. Therefore, the acupoints are also called the acupoints and the Yu acupoints, and they are also called acupoints, acupoints or holes.
According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the acupuncture points of the human body have three main functions, which are not only the parts where the meridian qi is infused on the body surface, but also the parts where diseases are reflected on the body surface, and the application sites of acupuncture, massage, qigong and other therapies.
The acupuncture points have the miraculous effect of "pressing quickly" and "driving away diseases quickly". However, what exactly is the essence of acupuncture points? Is it really a special structure of the human body? For a long time, people have speculated about this, and there is no consensus on this.
What is the essence of acupuncture points that Chinese medicine pays attention to? Some people have discussed the electrical characteristics of acupuncture points. It was found that there were "good conductive points" on the skin that were particularly high in the form of zài, and their positions coincided with the positions of the acupuncture points. But later it was found that the total area of acupuncture points in the whole body was only 4/10,000 of the body surface. There are many more resistive parts.
Later, people used the weakest current to stimulate the muscles, and the place where the muscles can produce the maximum contraction effect is called the exercise point.
After control, it was found that the distribution of movement points and acupuncture points was almost the same. But what the mechanism of the point of motion is, it is not well understood. Someone else studied the relationship between acupuncture points and nerves, and found that almost all acupuncture points are associated with nerves.
The nerves of a certain acupuncture point and a certain organ often belong to the same spinal cord segment, and the skin and nerves are homologous during embryonic development. The nerve center is the projection point of various skin areas and organs, but the contrary opinion is that there are nerve distribution in non-acupuncture areas. There is no histological difference between them.
Some people also found that acupuncture points are closely related to blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and the skin temperature at acupuncture points is higher than that in other places, which may be because of this series of complex relationships to form the mystery of acupuncture points.
Many people explore the essence of acupuncture points in terms of their electrical properties. In 1950, Nakatani in Japan used 12 volts of direct current to guò human skin. It was found that there were some "good conductive points" on the skin with particularly high conductivity. Their position coincides with the position of the acupuncture point.
Shortly thereafter, the famous acupuncturist Niberat, with the assistance of his assistant, confirmed this phenomenon by applying the method of measuring the skin resistance, and determined that the resistance of the acupuncture point was only half of the resistance of the skin around it.
The same results were obtained for measurements taken on cadavers. In the late 50s of the 20th century, Chinese scholars studied the electrophysiology of acupuncture points, and basically affirmed that acupuncture points have the characteristics of low resistance and high potential. However, it is speculated that the total area of acupuncture points in the body is only 4/10,000 of the body surface. However, there are many parts of the body surface resistance, which are far from being limited to acupuncture points.
Moreover. For example, physiological activities such as eating, sleeping, and exercising, changes in the external environment such as timing, season, and temperature, as well as many factors such as mental state, will affect the skin resistance value.
It is no wonder that researchers from the Pearl City Institute of Hypertension lamented that it is quite difficult to determine the meridian points with this (skin resistance measurement method). It took five years to apply this method to the determination of acupuncture points, but the results were very different from those in China, and the study had to be abruptly stopped.
There are also people who compare and analyze the ancient theory of acupoints with modern medical theories, and try to explain them with new theories and concepts. For example, when an electric current stimulates the skin, the stimulated muscles contract.
The part of the body surface that produces the largest muscle contraction with the weakest current stimulation is called the movement point, and the United States scholar Jin Lin proposed that the distribution of the two is almost the same after comparing the position of the exercise point with the position of the traditional acupuncture point.
Japan's Bingtou Masayoshi and Frost and others in the United States compared acupuncture points with trigger points. The trigger point is considered to be a local intersecting site in the body's musculature, which is characterized by deep tissue sensitivity, nodules, and radiating pain.
Although the mechanism of its production is unknown, it is thought to be caused by pain or other causes of muscle spasms, endocrine disorders, or muscle tension.
Acupuncture points can cause damage to muscle fibers and nerve fibers in local tissues due to the friction between tissues and the interaction between metal needles and tissue dielectrics.
In addition, the distribution of the two is slightly the same. As a result, they believe that some of the properties of acupuncture points are very similar to trigger points.
Some even think that they are nothing more than synonyms. There are also studies that report that acupuncture points are closely related to differential electric points and skin activity points. These multi-channel studies reflect the characteristics of acupuncture points from the side, and undoubtedly have certain reference value for exploring the mystery of acupuncture points.
Some people also focus on studying the morphological structure of acupuncture points, hoping to unravel the mystery of acupuncture points in one fell swoop. Experts from the First Medical College of Mingzhu City dissected and observed 324 acupuncture points on the corpse and found that 99.6% of the acupuncture points were related to nerves. They further found that the nerve distribution of meridian points and related organs often belonged to the same spinal cord segment, and the acupuncture points of the two meridians also belonged to the same spinal cord segment.
Japanese scholar Hidetaro Mori proved that in the acupuncture points of the whole body, there are about 100 acupuncture points that deeply penetrate the nerve tracts. Acupuncture points are also associated with receptors at the end of the process around sensory ganglion cells, such as muscle spindles, nerve tendon spindles, tactile bodies, and annular stratosomes.
From a genetic point of view, the epidermis and nervous tissue share a common origin. The nerve center is the projection point of the various skin areas and internal organs. Therefore, there may be a biogenesis correlation between acupuncture points and embryonic morphology.
But. There are also studies that have come to the opposite conclusion: there is a distribution of nerve fibers in both acupuncture and non-acupuncture point tissues, and there is no significant difference in histology between them. As for the difference between the acupuncture points and the non-acupuncture point areas of the lower nerve tissue, it is still unclear.
There are also reports. Acupuncture points are closely related to blood vessels and lymphatic vessels.
Japan's Saijo Kazuji used infrared thermal imaging to observe that the skin temperature in the chest and abdomen acupuncture points was 0.5 to 1°C higher than that of the surrounding skin, which he believed was due to the presence of zài blood vessels under the acupuncture points. The anatomical data confirmed that many of the acupuncture points were indeed covered with subcutaneous veins or penetrated by deep blood vessels.
Acupoint researchers believe that acupuncture points in the human body are complex and comprehensive structures and functions that are closely related to the nervous system and blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, muscles and other tissues.
As for the specific structure of the acupuncture points or what is their essence? Scientists still have their own opinions. There is no clear answer.
What is the matter with the "acupuncture points" of the human body? Is there any "law" in their arrangement? There is no decisive explanation for these two problems, and there are only some speculations at present, and the specific speculations are as follows:
We know. "Function" is the "energy" that is "generated" through the "paths" of different "shapes", so how do "functional" things such as "acupuncture points" come about? So what are the most common "moving energy" in our body?
That is, "blood", "body fluids" and "nerves", so are the "acupuncture points" "generated" because of the location of "blood vessels", "body fluids" and "nerves"? Just get it.
In the end we will find out. The "position" where the vast majority of "acupuncture points" are located is in the "gap" or "depression" of the "bone", and is generally in the "two ends" and "middle" of the "bone gap", if it is not in the "gap" or "depression" of the "bone", then there must be "larger" or "more" "blood vessels" or "body fluids" passing through the "acupuncture points", such as "hands" and "abdomen".
Why is this so? Because when "blood" or "body fluids" circulate, it is easy to "stay" in these "locations", so of course there will be more "immune lymphocytes" and "nerve cells" to control the "shape shì", thus forming the special "phenomenon" of "acupuncture points".
So we can often read descriptions of acupuncture points between bones/grooves, etc.
There are about 52 single points around the human body. There are 309 double acupoints and 50 extra-meridian acupoints, with a total of 720 acupuncture points.
There are 108 vital points. Among them, 72 acupoints are generally pointed, pressed, and kneaded by massage techniques to avoid harming the human body, and the remaining 36 acupoints are fatal acupoints, commonly known as "dead acupoints". Solemnly explain that these 36 acupoints are fatal acupoints, and there is no adverse effect of ordinary massage. The so-called lethality must be caused by accidental gravity, abnormal force, or dangerous goods as a necessary condition.
The dead acupoints are divided into four acupoints: soft numbness, dizziness, light and heavy, and there are nine acupoints in each of them, which together are 36 fatal acupoints. In life-and-death struggles, it is used as a "killer".
The lyrics are:
"Baihui fell to the ground,
The tail does not return to the hometown,
The chapter gate was hit,
Nine out of ten people died,
The sun and the dumb door,
I will see Hades,
Broken spine without bones,
Died in a hurry at the knee. This lyric is the best explanation of the death hole.
In addition to the dead acupoints of the human body, there are also some acupoints that have a good effect on the human body, such as "Yongquan Acupoint" and "Zusanli Acupoint", these two acupoints are the "longevity acupoints" of the human body.
'Yongquan acupoint' is an important acupuncture point of the kidney meridian, and often massaging this acupoint has the effect of increasing lean marrow, tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang, and strengthening the bones. The kidneys are important organs in charge of growth, development and reproduction, and if the kidney essence is sufficient, it can develop normally, with clear ears and eyes, clear mind, quick thinking, black hair, and strong sexual function.
On the contrary, if the kidneys and kidneys are deficient and sperm are few, memory will be reduced, the waist and knees will be sore, it will be difficult to walk, the sexual performance will be low, and the premature aging will occur. The spring point is located on the sole of the foot, in the first third of the foot, where the toe is flexed.
Every night before going to bed, sit cross-legged and massage with both hands or bend your fingers to press the Yongquan acupoints on both sides to achieve a feeling of soreness at the acupuncture points, 50 to 100 times each time.
The 'Zusanli acupoint' is located 10 cm below the eye of the outer knee, cover your kneecap with your palm, five fingers facing down, and the end of the middle finger is this acupoint. 'Zusanli acupoint' is the key acupoint of the stomach meridian.
The stomach is a "supply storehouse" of the human body, and only when the food in the stomach is digested, decomposed and absorbed in a timely manner, can other organs of the human body get sufficient nutrients, and the body can be healthy and energetic. Therefore, the quality of digestion in the stomach is extremely important to us.
Zusanli can take on this important task, pressing Zusanli with knuckles every night, not only can replenish the spleen and stomach, promote digestion and absorption of diet, enhance the body's immune function, help correct and dispel evil, but also eliminate fatigue, restore the body, make people refreshed and youthful.
The acupuncture points are located in the "meridians", the channels of energy, and in the human body, there are 12 meridians of the five internal organs and six internal organs (in fact, there are 24 symmetrical left and right).
In addition, there is a "Ren Pulse" in the center of the front of the body, and a "Du Pulse" in the center of the back of the body, each with a special meridian that runs through the whole body. The acupoints of the human body arranged on these 14 meridians are called "positive acupoints", and there are a total of 365 points in total.
That's a considerable amount of money alone, not to mention that there are also acupuncture points in other places. The acupoints of the human body outside the meridians are called "positive acupoints", and later "new acupoints" have been discovered one after another, and if these acupoints are all included, the total number of acupoints of the human body is far more than 1,000. (To be continued......)
