Chapter 1406: Gone Crazy

If a person wants to become a real acupoint master, there are really a lot of things to learn, especially the strength that needs to be paid attention to when acupointing, which is even more difficult.

For the same acupuncture point, the strength of the point you use is different, and the results obtained are also different.

For example, the numb points in those dead holes, don't look at the literal description of the hemp holes, you think that these acupoints will only make the human body numb or something, this understanding is actually wrong.

Even if it is a hemp hole, if you point it too hard, it will be a dead person, which is why the hemp hole is classified as a dead hole.

It can be seen that the learning of acupoints is really difficult, and people who do not have a little talent want to learn acupoints, it is really a pipe dream, perhaps this is why in modern society, acupoints are becoming more and more unpopular!

I have to say that this is a kind of regret for our Chinese nation.

However, this kind of regret does not exist in the martial arts secret realm.

Zhao Chaogang is very clear about the process of all the acupoints and meridians of the human body, for many people now, how difficult, how boring, why Chinese medicine has not flourished until now, one of the reasons is that the knowledge of acupoints and meridians is too difficult, too boring, so, at the beginning, Zhao Chaogang has already thought of a solution to this problem.

As we all know, if you want to learn martial arts, you must learn the knowledge of acupoints and meridians, otherwise, when practicing martial arts, there will be great dangers.

Martial arts are not that easy to learn, especially when learning martial arts. For the operation of the true qi in the body, those who practice martial arts must always pay attention to it, otherwise. One is not good, the True Qi fork is close to other meridians or acupoints, then it is dangerous.

The power of True Qi is extremely powerful, not only when facing the enemy, True Qi can exert extremely strong power, helping you kill the enemy and overcome a difficult situation. Even when it is in the body of a martial artist, the true qi will still exert extremely strong destructive power.

When a martial artist is cultivating, once there is nothing in the middle. If the true qi forks the way, then the true qi of those forks will begin to exert its power in the body of the warrior, and the warrior will therefore enter the state of going mad.

And once the warrior goes mad, the warrior's life is really in danger. Going mad is the time for a martial artist to cultivate. The most dangerous hurdle. Once the true qi in the martial artist's body is out of control, the martial artist's body will suffer a heavy blow at best, and at worst, the martial artist will lose his life.

Not only martial artists, but even ordinary people, in many cases, will go mad, causing irreparable consequences.

Walking Fire into the Demon (pinyin: zǒuhuǒrùmó). It refers to being obsessed with something to the point of losing one's mind. From Gao Yang's "The Complete Biography of Hu Xueyan: The Red-Top Merchant": "If it goes on like this, I'm afraid that he will go crazy." Use some crooked brains".

Refers to mild psychotic symptoms caused by unexpected circumstances while performing qigong exercises. Severe cases can progress to organic neurological disorders.

In qigong practice, there are many peculiar phenomena due to the difference in personal physique and psychological state, because there is deviation (generally refers to psychological and physiological) that causes qi and blood to run poorly, causing vascular or heart diseases, nerve plexus contraction, and then producing hallucinations or auditory hallucinations.

During the practice of qigong, it is necessary to breathe naturally, and do not unconsciously close your breath during the period when your muscles are tight or "qi" is there, and the person will go into shock and hurt the brain.

The most important thing is that at this time, Qigong is already breathing under one's own will, not out of nature (it has been self-hypnotized), and if it is due to some external guidance, cranky thoughts, or self-subconscious effects, it may cause breathing difficulties, or make hidden mental actions that cannot be controlled by oneself, and other consequences such as hurting oneself.

When many people see the word "going crazy", they will subconsciously associate this word with martial arts novels, and then they very martial arts deny the existence of the word "crazy", thinking that in the real society, there is no such phenomenon as going crazy, and they all think that going crazy is just the imagination of the author of martial arts novels.

If you think the same way, then you are wrong, because going crazy is not just something in martial arts novels, it is actually really real.

In the real society, because the practice of qigong is not in the way, or due to some conditions are not met, there are undesirable effects in the physical and mental aspects, including the two phenomena of "going crazy" and "entering the demon", which is "existing".

"Enchanted", out of control (e.g., causing mental disorders or even delirium, jumping off buildings, committing suicide, etc.), it is difficult to treat.

So what's going on with the madness?

Going crazy belongs to the category of soul medicine. When we practice qigong, we will continue to experience some qi effects, most of which should be expected normally, but sometimes some are inappropriate, the latter usually lasts for a short period of time and will disappear soon after appropriate adjustment, but there are also a small number of them that have not been corrected in time, and continue to exist, gradually causing long-lasting psychological and behavioral abnormalities, which can affect normal study, work and life.

These psychosomatic disorders are called practice deviations, commonly known as madness, and belong to the category of mental illness, which is a psychological disorder in the light case and a mental illness in the worst case. Since ancient times, there have been numerous records of articles discussing qigong.

The general table of practice deviation is the following four situations:

1. Internal turmoil

Practicing Qigong Some Jinggong exercises reach a certain time, they will feel a warm (or cool) flowing in the body, which is the so-called "internal qi", which originally has a certain regularity, but some people sometimes feel that it is stuck in a certain part, or rushes to the head, or the whole body is extremely uncomfortable.

Second, the external movement does not stop

When practicing qigong (especially static gong), the body shakes involuntarily, which is the so-called "external movement", sometimes partial, sometimes full-body, sometimes occasional, sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes chaotic, sometimes regular, sometimes small, sometimes large, sometimes general, sometimes technical (making difficult movements such as dancing or various exercises).

This qiē is normal, if you move for a long time and can't control it, and you want to calm down but can't do it, it's abnormal.

3. Stagnation of qi and blood

When practicing qigong, the intention is to master the breathing. It is the "throat of fire", "fire", that is, the use of the mind (concentrating on one thing).

Anything that uses a weak mind and a gentle breath is called a "simmer", and any strong thought and a heavy breath. If the imbalance is biased towards one of them, blind and fierce practice, it will cause impotence, and the light will cause chest and abdominal distension and pain, head swelling and heavy like hoops, incontinence, etc.

4. Mental and psychological disorders

Illusions are generated during practice. The practitioner believes in the illusion as true, and lives in the illusory world, delirious, and manic. To even be a psychopath is to "fall into the devil".

There are three types of such expressions: one is the expression xiàn similar to neuroschizophrenia, including auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, anxiety, nervousness, fear, excitement and noise, disorganized speech, bizarre behavior, etc.;

the second is the appearance of hysteria-like hysteria, including moodiness, emotional instability, paroxysmal crying and laughing, etc.;

The third is similar to neuroses, including insomnia, anxiety, depression, irritability, suicidal tendencies, etc.

This qiē is a category of mental illness. It is one of the strictest deviations in the practice of qigong.

For these cases. Historically, there have been different interpretations from all sides, but generally speaking, when the distracting thoughts have not been completely eliminated, they are forced to enter meditation, and in the process of entering meditation, the distracting thoughts are reflected and become all kinds of illusions.

Soul medicine believes that the explanations of past generations of scholars, although a bit far-fetched, are also helpless, although they cannot cut into the mechanism, and it is understandable, because at that time there was no theoretical basis for the three laws of the soul of the biological organism, the essence of consciousness, and the theory of messenger depletion of biological raw materials.

Like a nervous breakdown, going mad is also a function of consciousness. Overconcentration of consciousness depletes the raw material messenger that the brain needs for normal thinking. And produce a large number of "waste" messengers, so that the brain is in a state of dysfunction and presents various clinical manifestations of madness.

It should also be pointed out that, like other mentally ill people, those who enter the demons have a tendency to mental and psychological disorders long before they learn the exercises.

Zen - the mind of a true Buddha, which can tell us how to focus, purify, enlighten, and clear the mind is very important.

But it is said that learning Zen will go crazy, which sounds reasonable on the surface, but in fact it is not. This is due to the fact that when practicing meditation, we do not have a clear understanding, have wrong concepts, go the wrong way, and mistakenly believe that an evil teacher leads blindly.

'Going to fire' is a physiological problem, and the Taoist furnace alchemy is to guard the dantian first, guide by luck, and think of a fixed point. This point is an inch and a third below the navel, and when we concentrate our thoughts with our consciousness, there will be a fever and fever, which is called 'fire'.

Concentrate the fire here, and then use consciousness to guide this fire, open up the two veins of Ren and Du, and even turn the small Zhou Tian and the big Zhou Tian. If the karma is too heavy, the mood is too impatient, and the method is not stable, it will produce a reverse flow of qi and blood, causing damage to the subtle nerves, and even vomiting blood, or half of the body, and the person who is strict will die.

If you don't practice this method at all in Buddhism, you won't go crazy. There are many people who learn to meditate, but instead become nervous when they don't sit well, and this reason is that they want something.

Asking for this blessing, that blessing, in the long run, dreaming of all kinds of gods coming to talk to him, then he believed it to be true, at first he felt a little sense, and slowly became more and more convinced, more and more persistent.

Later, during the day, I would hear people talking to him, such as who he was, and even saying that he was an arhat, a bodhisattva, a Buddha, and so on. Gradually, people mistakenly thought that he had supernatural powers, and even in modern times, there are many such people.

After a period of time, I lost my senses and began to suffer from insomnia, headaches, and even mental disorders. At this time, people will say, 'You are enchanted,' and they will have fear, trouble, loss of their previous faith, and they will not be able to sleep well at night, and they will start to seek the Master's blessings, recite mantras, and use all kinds of methods to subdue the demons.

In this way, the problem will become more and more serious, why? He doesn't know that these realms are the result of the change of consciousness, the illusion of his own mind. When you go against yourself, you slowly become insane.

"There is nothing in the world, and mediocre people worry about themselves", and now there are more and more such people, which is the so-called 'obsession'.

Once we understand what 'going crazy' and 'falling into a demon' are, we know that these have nothing to do with Zen.

Go crazy. This is a Taoist term. According to the Taoist point of view. "Misfire" is a physiological problem.

Taoist Anlu Liandan, the first thing to guard the dantian, luck guide. Remember a certain point, that is, an inch and a third of an inch below the navel. That is, the so-called intention to receive the dantian: to concentrate on this with the center of consciousness until there is a fever and fever, which is called "fire".

After concentrating the fire, use consciousness to guide the fire, open up the two veins of Ren and Du, and even turn the small Zhou Tian and the big Zhou Tian. This process is unstable. The qi and blood will flow backwards, causing damage to the fine nerves, and even vomiting blood or hemiplegia. Yan zhòng died as a result.

"Demonization" is a neurological problem. There are several ways to enter the demons, one of which is similar to the "ghost upper body", in which the practitioner hopes for the blessings of the Buddha, the Guru, Jesus, the Living Buddha of Jigong or the passing deities, and the "illusion" after a long period of spiritual self-reinforcement. Or when you are cultivating, you see all kinds of visions. The mind is sensitive, until the practitioner thinks it is true. The so-called "devil is born from the heart".

For mainland Chinese readers, after the 70s, martial arts novels have primary literacy texts similar to popular youth.

In martial arts novels, this text is used in Taoism to describe the hallucinations that occur after the monk passes guò breathing control zhì body blood pressure and nerve sensing. It is widely used in martial arts novels.

From the martial arts novels of the Lord of the Pearl Mansion and Jin Yong to Liang Yusheng, a large number of passages use the term derogatory.

"Go crazy". It is used to refer to the practice of the martial arts without being able to make a decision, and then falling into the evil path, which may be corrected by re-practicing authentic martial arts, but on the whole, most of the cultivators who "go mad" do not have the "right result" because it is not the authentic "right path" path. Modern martial arts flourished in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and its words were also broadcast in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

"Going mad" is used to refer to deviating from the "right path" and going to the "evil path". Tong guò martial arts novels were widely circulated for a time and became one of the popular languages of Hong Kong and Taiwan.

is also because of this, when many people see the word "crazy", they will immediately substitute it into martial arts novels or martial arts movies and martial arts series.

In fact, in modern society, there are many people who go crazy.

For example, in terms of stock speculation, as well as gambling and betting, there are many people who go crazy and save zài.

Many people want to get rich overnight, so they are directly obsessed with stock trading and gambling, and they invest the money they earn in their lives into stock trading or gambling, and even go to relatives and friends to borrow money to speculate in stocks or gamble.

Even if there are a lot of losses, these people still can't see this reality clearly, and they still continue to invest money in stock speculation or gambling, vainly hoping to win back the money they export, and even make a big profit.

Eventually, these people will lose all their money.

It stands to reason that these people should stay away from stock speculation or gambling after losing a qiē, but the reality is completely opposite.

Some of these people will indeed get lost, but there are still many people who will continue to invest money in the stock market or gambling establishments in their future lives, hoping to get rich overnight.

There are also those who go crazy playing games, and they also have a lot of influence in the real world. Now there's a new term, and that's Internet addiction.

Internet addiction refers to the behavioral and psychological state of Internet users who are immersed in the Internet for a long time and habitually, and have a strong dependence on the Internet, so that they have reached the process of obsession and are difficult to extricate themselves.

Once a person is addicted to the Internet, if he is a student, he will avoid studying and become addicted to the Internet, and if he is an office worker, his performance will begin to decline significantly, and eventually he will lose his job.

This is all because these people have been immersed in the Internet for a long time, giving up study and work, so that they have reached the behavioral and psychological state of obsession and difficult to free themselves.

Of course, the most powerful group of Internet addiction is still children, children's self-control is much worse than that of adults, many children fall into the trap of Internet addiction, and these children's Internet addiction makes many parents feel anxious, so they seek a cure for Internet addiction.

Because of the need, many institutions to quit Internet addiction have been born, such as outdoor development, military training, and walking schools. Some institutions have even introduced diagnostic criteria for Internet addiction as mental illness, which makes many parents talk about Internet discoloration.

In fact, according to the diagnostic criteria for psychiatric disorders. It's easy to overturn the conclusion that "Internet addiction is mental illness".

Internet addiction is a psychological problem, which is manifested in the child, but in fact the root is in the parents, and it is not so much that the child has a psychological problem. There is no problem with the education of the parents.

Because the child is blamed too much at home, school, and society, because he needs to exit, the child will choose a virtual network and let him pour out his inner emotions, because in the network, no one accuses him, and no one judges him. So for children, the Internet is a psychological need.

If we cut off this psychological need, the child will engage in other rebellious behaviors. Gambling, stealing, fighting, etc., these are the behaviors of those young rebels in the last century when there was no internet. Therefore, mentality determines life, and mentality determines whether children are obsessed with the Internet.

The solution to children's Internet addiction cannot be blocked, because it is a headache and a foot pain. The root of the solution is the child's mentality. When the child has no psychological problems. The child's Internet addiction will disappear naturally.

Because the child is very young, many times, parents will inadvertently turn back the child who has solved the problem, because they have not changed, or they do not know how to educate their children, reprimand, scold, so the key to solving Internet addiction is the education of parents, and a good educational concept is what parents should follow.

Of course, it is not enough to understand the educational philosophy. You also need a "heart" certificate, and you have a "heart" certificate. Because many times reason cannot overcome emotion, and in order to make reason and emotion one, we need to cultivate our mind.

Zeng Zi said: "Those who want to gather their families must first cultivate their bodies, and those who want to cultivate their bodies must first correct their hearts." What does it mean to have a right heart? It means that we should be calm with our children and make real friends with them.

Because "if there is anger, it will not be right, if there is fear, it will not be right, and if there is pleasure, it will not be right...... our parents should think deeply.

In fact, there are still a lot of debates on the topic of Internet addiction, and the content of these debates is focused on 'Internet addiction is not the other "addiction", and the cause is not the Internet. 'This question above.

Internet addiction disorder was originally proposed by Ivan Goldberg (M.D) in 1995 as a kind of mental disorder, and he compared the definition of pathological gambling in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fourth Edition (DSM-IV), and formulated a theory about pathological Internet access, but it was not included in the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, and the IAD believes that whether it is classified as a psychological disorder still needs to be studied.

However, his definition of internet addiction was widely reported in the media, making it controversial whether the issue should be classified as a form of insanity, which Goldberg later stated was a joke.

According to psychiatrist Dr. Goldberg, Internet addiction is not a real addiction, and that the real addiction is much stricter than Internet addiction, and that the definition of addiction is so broad that every compensatory behavior can be called addictive.

For example, if someone talks to a friend on the phone for a long time to vent unpleasant feelings, it can also be described as "phone addiction", and in the same way, liking the Internet is no different from longing to communicate with friends.

In addition, it has been argued that many patients use the internet excessively or inappropriately and are just a symptom of their depression, anxiety, and impulsivity. As with the IAD's analysis of eating addiction, the patient's overeating is only a self-help for depression, anxiety, etc., rather than a real eating addiction.

Perhaps, some Internet-related behaviors such as indulging in auctions, pornographic videos, online games, etc., are pathological behaviors, but it cannot be said that online media itself is addictive. There are also some important online activities such as email, chatting, surfing the web, etc., which are very different from pathological gambling.

The internet is good for society, and addictive gambling is seen as an act that does not contribute to society. The Internet is also another form of society. Not using the Internet is like living on a desert island, but it is sick.

The medical community believes that addiction is generally used to describe a person's dependence on drugs, tobacco, alcohol and other substances, and these dependences can be demonstrated by medicine. But the Internet is a media with diverse content, and it is not a single chemical act like drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or other specific single sexual acts that stimulate the brain.

The question of whether internet addiction is a condition is controversial both medically and theoretically.

In China, the media refer to Internet addicts as "Internet addicts", and sometimes the media directly or indirectly refer to Internet addicts and even moderate Internet users (including online game players) as "drug addicts" or "mentally ill people".

In Japan, they refer to these groups of Internet-addicted people as "引き篭り" (hidden-hidden youth). This term refers to people who are more introverted, who spend their days at home in addition to work, and spend all their days with the Internet, and rarely have face-to-face social behavior.
