Chapter 1147: The Great Body Mantra
With the wish-granting jewel in hand, the practitioner can fulfill any wish and even achieve it, which is the stage of attainment mentioned in the scriptures. However, it is mentioned in the Tibetan case that the Buddha-figure is still poor, which is obviously inconsistent with the order of attainment of practice, but it can also be understood that the focus is on persuading others to give alms, and it cannot be characterized as the uselessness of practicing the God of Wealth Dharma.
And the deity King Bishamen once said something that revealed almost the secret of any deity's inevitability.
King Bishamen said this in the scriptures
If there are all men and women. Serve me with the king. I will do it with the king. Whatever is more expensive than me. I will prevail over all things. If I do things with the sound of richness, I will do things with all the sounds of music.
We cultivate the deity, many people are a little numb, the so-called numbness is like reading for the sake of sprinting for the college entrance examination, reading for the sake of reading, but the difference is that reading is for the exam, and the deity does not need to be tested for the exam, and if it is not effective, then change the deity, which is the common mentality of many people. In fact, the popular point of cultivating the deity is like falling in love, making handsome guys and putting sister paper, all of which are attentive, and when you fall in love, you will go shopping to watch movies and amusement parks, and you will change your tricks to find romance, so that you will be recognized by the other party, thinking that you are seriously in love, not playing.
This passage of King Bishamen has the same meaning, that is, seriousness. If you treat the king with the same respect and sincerity as the emperor, the king will treat you with the same blessing as the emperor. Many people don't understand why they should offer toys and snacks separately when Bingjie Luo Tianzi cultivates offerings, in fact, the meaning is the same, that is, to treat these Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as their own relatives, not as high idols.
In the Book of Wisdom and Foolishness, there is such a record. King Bishamen happened to pass by the sky and heard a female layman reciting the Dharma Sutra, so the king stopped in the air to listen to the Sutra and listen to the Dharma, and praised this female layman, calling this female laywoman a sister. The female layman wondered how she could be called a sister because she was a human being, and that she was a god, and explained that in the Dharma, the Buddha was the Dharma King and the loving father of the human being, and they were all in the Dharma, and that the King was a male layman, so he called the female layman a sister.
And King Bishaman, he can be said to be very compassionate to all sentient beings, and he is very eager for all sentient beings to receive benefits such as longevity, disease-free, health, wealth, status, and so on. For all living beings, King Bishamen is from the perspective of brothers and sisters, unlike the worldly people who think that mortals are inferior to the gods. Therefore, when we are cultivating to the deity, we should compare our hearts with our hearts, not deceive ourselves, as long as we are willing to make offerings with our hearts, how you treat the deity, the deity will give back to you.
And the Heavenly King of Bishamen really has the Dafa, the inconceivable secret mantra Dharani. If sentient beings can recite sincerely, the official position, glory, wealth, and supernatural powers they are seeking, and even the Pure Land of Worrying about rebirth, liberation, and birth and death can be reconciled without hindrance.
Jingyun
If there is a recipient. Recite it 300,000 times. The king of heaven was moved by the cause of the work and subdued. and even all the official positions of Ronglu, I follow your wishes.
If you keep repeating my mantra, you will never end. I sit and lie down with people. Often come and go with people. I am as willing as people wish.
If you recite the mantra 18 times a day. Destroy the one hundred and eight eons of sin in the body. If you recite my mantra ten thousand times. It can destroy eighty-four thousand, ten evils and five serious sins. The sins of breaking the tower and breaking the vows and unfilial piety are all eliminated.
If the face of the king of heaven. Recite the mantra 100,000 times. Anything else must be a little commendable.
If you provide for my image day by day. He is the one who makes music and milk porridge with me. When the body of the golden armor appears, the wish is fulfilled.
If it is in harmony with all the incense. Take the bezoar and the realgar in equal parts. Bless me like a foot. I and the incense method are attained, and you can apply your own forehead as you wish. Everywhere you look, you see people, kings, princes, ministers, officials, nobles, etc. and all who see it rejoices. Soldiers love to miss.
If you can do it every day. Facing the north in front of the image. Recite the mantra of my heart 300,000 times. I show up as a general. Armed with a halberd sword, he appeared. I appeared in a dream. Or show you on the top of a distant mountain. Fulfilled by all wishes. If you don't see me. and as you wish. It should be read and added.
If there is one who recites the mantra of my heart as an offering. Only my body and mind are in you. Love is immeasurable.
If anyone asks for wealth or office. Seek all things that are outside your mind. Thou shalt be satisfied. Let no wicked man harm you.
He who can make you receive our Dharma. that is, you will be rich and happy. Correct male and female slaves and maids, ride five grains, beans, wheat fields, and wives and concubines.
and shall decide with thee. Achieve all musical instruments. Satisfy your wishes. and even the place where he was born for the rest of his life. It is not contrary to thy will.
If it is not true. I am not called the Dharma Protector. I will go to hell for you.
Thou art the one who is sustained to recite. In my law, there are few suspicious slanderers and scolders. It's all you, and the hellish karma is not finished. That is, there is no expiration date for this person.
This passage is from the Profound Farewell Ritual of King Bishaman, in which King Bishamen proclaims his own Dafa, the mantra of the great body of the king, and the mantra of the heart of the king.
This passage is very simple, and it is not difficult to understand that the mantra of the great body of the king of heaven spoken by King Bishamen is the secret aspect of King Bishaman, and what is the secret phase, that is, the 18 names of the great auspicious goddess, the 18 names of the Bodhisattva of Avalokiteshvara, and so on. These names are the secret phases, and the mantra of the great body of the heavenly king spoken by the king of Bishamen is to highlight the meritorious status of the secret phase in the Dharma realm.
In the past, King Bishamen was considered by people who did not know that he was a little protector god or a little celestial, but in fact, King Bishamen was a bodhisattva who came back from an ancient Buddha, and there was no difference between him and Avalokiteshvara. The king of Bishamen will watch from afar with the eyes of the heavens, and hear from afar.
The Mantra of the Great Body of the Heavenly King can be said to be the master of all the merits of the Heavenly King of Bishamen, we ordinary people all have sinful karma, because there is sinful karma and there is a cycle of birth and death, can the heavens eliminate sinful karma, and does it need to assist other methods to eliminate sinful karma? As long as you can correspond to him and practice his Dharma, your sinful karma can be eliminated, just like the Heavenly King of Bishaman, sentient beings can recite his mantra of the Great Body of the Heavenly King, satisfying the sinful karma of one hundred and eight eons and destroying one hundred and eight eons, reciting and satisfying ten thousand times to eliminate all kinds of serious sins of eighty-four thousand eons, including the headache of the ten evils and five rebellious felonies.
Breaking the pagoda and breaking the vows is a bit related to destroying the Dharma, just like the broken pagoda and bad monks mentioned in the Sangha Sutra, moving the Bodhisattva Samadhi, this sin karma is very significant.
