But you can't say that if you don't have the element of self-reliance, if you don't remember, if you don't recite mantras, if you don't establish this dependent origination, the Buddha-figure can't give you siddhi.

In the Dharani Sutra, it talks about how to meet the great auspicious goddess and seek the practice of Siddhi.

"If you want to see the merits of the heavens, you should take a large lotus pond, hold the incense burner in your left hand, and enter the lotus pond. Pick a flower from its pool, and throw it into the water after the curse. If it's 10,000 times.

At that time, the merit heaven should be on the seven thrones, and it will appear in the water of self-reciprocity. At that time, the traveler used a silver bowl full of dipterocarp perfume, and splashed it with water at its source. So the merit of heaven is what the Son wants me to do. Then the practitioner will answer, and the gods of merit will reduce the distribution of me.

If you say something, the merit will be returned. Wherever the traveler goes, it is worth a treasure, and the seeker is satisfied, and there is no shortage of all kinds of will. ”

This means that if you want to see the great auspicious goddess in person, you should go to a lotus pond, hold the incense burner in your left hand, and pick the lotus flower with your right hand to bless the great auspicious goddess, and throw a lotus flower into the water over and over again. Practicing this 10,000 times, you make an offering of 10,000 lotus flowers.

At the time of Siddhi's attainment, the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden sits on the Seven Thrones and emerges from the water, and the walker splashes perfume on the place where the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden appears.

The goddess asks you: What do you want me to do, in fact, it is what you want. The walker informed him of his wishes, and the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden agreed, and then disappeared.

From then on, the walker will receive great treasures, be rich for a while, and fulfill all wishes.

This sadhana is integrated into the practice of visualization by Esoteric Buddhism.

Normally, when you practice the Dharma of the Great Auspicious Heavenly Maiden, visualize that there is a pure lotus pond in front of you, the water is pure and dust-free, and countless lotus flowers float on the surface of the water. Then the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden emerges from the water and sits in front of you.

When the mantra is finished, the goddess asks you what you want, and you state your wishes one by one and ask for blessings. The Celestial Maiden delicately bowed her head and disappeared.

This is also a trick of cultivating auspicious celestial maidens, you can combine the above rituals and contemplate it, and it will have miraculous effects.

If we look at the four tantras more in this way of continuation, this view is more inclined to the view of the continuum, which is not the case with the Tibetan stages of generation.

Rather, after contemplating the void, the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden appears from emptiness, and then summons the Wisdom Venerable of the Northern Heaven to come and merge into the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden that you are contemplating, and then summons the Buddhas of the Five Directions to initiate......

Tantra has many similar prayers, such as the Great Freedom Heavenly Meditation in the Vajra Bodhisattva system in Tantra:

"The repeater recites this in front of the statue of Great Freedom, looks at the statue with wrath, and bathes the statue with five pure waters. He also used white sandalwood as incense to paint the body of the heavenly statue, and made offerings with fragrant flowers.

However, with the second-hand image of the recitation of the Ming Dynasty, from the first night to the Ming Dan recitation, its great freedom in the sky decided to incarnate as the outer Tao form, to recite the person silently in front of the standing.

When the reciter sees it, he prays and proclaims, and the holy one comes, and his incarnation reports that the good comes. The reciter asks for what he wants, and the heavens will get everything he wishes. The celestial images and walkers, may have disappeared.

The practitioner is aware of it, and everything that has been done thereafter has been accomplished, or the person who has done the calamity has been relieved, the love has been subdued, and the one who has called the word has decided to fulfill it. ”

This method is to recite the mantra of Vajra Bodhisattva in front of the image of the Great Freedom Heaven until the Great Freedom Heaven comes to you and asks you what you want, and after you make a wish, the Great Heaven disappears. Wishes are manifested, and everything is done.

This kind of tantric way of fulfilling wishes also existed in ancient China, except that instead of holding mantras, they kept worshipping the gods, and the gods came down and prayed, and the gods disappeared and their wishes were fulfilled.

Here are two stories of Beidou being given to the world, one ancient and one modern.

The filial daughter worships the Beidou, and the star monarch comes to fulfill his wish

There was a filial daughter who had been betrothed to others. Her parents were old and childless, and they were sad every day that they had no children to continue the incense.

This filial daughter was also depressed, so she worshiped the Big Dipper day and night, and respected her sincerely for a few years.

One night, the god descended on the courtyard, red-haired and bearded, and his face hideous. Ask what you want. The woman said that she would like to incarnate as a man to continue the clan incense. God nodded in agreement and vanished.

The next day, the woman felt the warmth in her abdomen, reaching the secret place, and finally the woman turned to the man.

A man who had many troubles married him as his son-in-law's sister, gave birth to two sons, and served his two parents to the end of his life.

The woman felt that the Big Dipper Lord was there and gave Siddi. The real star monarch is here, and the power is very great, beyond our imagination.

Women don't need sex reassignment surgery, they just change into men. If she doesn't seek to incarnate as a man, but to fly to the heavens and the earth, immortality, etc., it's okay.

Respectfully worship Beidou, continuously, for a few years, with this single-mindedness and perseverance, I feel that the true body of Xingjun has come, which is worth learning from.

This is the same route as the Tantric and Hindu quest for the Great Heaven.

An old man, seeing the Big Dipper in person, all his wishes came true

The old man was a miserable person, her mother died four months after she was born, and her father died when she was four years old.

She grew up living with her grandparents, as well as her brother and sister-in-law, who also lost his sight in both eyes during the war and died before the operation. This is the background of the suffering of the elderly.

The fortune teller said that she could only live to be 29 years old, with a bad fate and an unhappy marriage. After the old man got married, at that time, it was a big pot of rice in the production team, and the family couldn't eat enough, so there were a lot of stealing things, and the family was not at peace.

The old man began to worship the Big Dipper, in order to prolong his life, his family was peaceful, and he could eat well.

To worship the Big Dipper, you have to go to a pure place to worship, and no people and animals can pass by. Every night at 11 o'clock (when there were no offerings for the poor), the old man went to the street to worship Beidou. The time of worship is about half an hour, and you should worship with sincerity until you see the Big Dipper.

The old man has seen Beidou three times!

If Beidou comes down, he must not look up, so every time the old man sees it, it is a very big foot, and the big fluffy long hair on the foot.

When the old man was worshipping Beidou for the third time, the Big Dipper wanted to give her something to catch it. But just as she was about to pick it up, a dog came out of nowhere, and Beidou disappeared, and she didn't receive it.

Later, the old man lived to die at the age of 58 and gave birth to a total of 6 children. In the era of big pot rice, my daughter's family started a small business and used money to buy work, which was better than ordinary people's food, which also attracted the dissatisfaction of the surrounding people.

During the Liberation War, the old man's husband was an underground party member, and he also knew martial arts, relying on the skill of making suona reeds to walk the rivers and lakes and deliver military news, and the liberation of Zhangjiakou was the military intelligence he sent.

In the era of eating big pot rice, they also earned some work by selling retinels. Until now, they still make suona reeds, which is regarded as a craft.

Due to the acceptance of the Big Dipper, the Siddhi of the world is given, and the life expectancy of the elderly is extended, and they can eat enough in the turbulent times, which can be described as less worrying and less worrying.
