The 1073rd Dantian
When you say "hum" and "hum", your tongue must not be pulled down, but must be raised so that the qi can go out from the top of your head - then a little bit of qi can determine your life and death. At this time, the head should not be raised upwards or drooped too much, and the spine should be kept unblocked. When you are reciting, you can try to pull your tongue down and see if the qi stays in your mouth and does not go up. If the tongue is raised, the breath will go out of the head, it's so subtle!
After inhaling the qi into the dantian, the ten-second stay time is not a fixed number, but can be determined according to the quality of one's body and lung capacity. Some people may stay for twenty seconds, others may stay for five seconds, depending on each person's constitution. When you feel that you can't stop, you don't need to stop, start reading. Raise your tongue upwards, maintaining a very gentle, slow pace, and drag out the sound until you finish your breath. When reciting, the mind is still focused between the eyebrows, and it is easy and natural to look forward, visualizing the head opening like a lotus flower.
All three can be done at the same time. If you can do all three at the same time, you will be in this state forever, which is called single-mindedness, with a bright light in front of your eyes and a slow water coming from your mouth. This water is called "Thousand Mouths of Water". How do you write the word "live"? There is a thousand at the top, a mouth at the bottom, and a water on the left. If people want to live, they must cultivate this "thousand mouths of water". "A thousand mouths of water" refers to the energy of our body rising, and the fluid in the mouth slowly comes - the raw water under the tongue is immortal.
When the fluid in the mouth comes, our desire will be stronger. As soon as the desire is strong, the energy will leak out. As soon as the energy is lost, you will be in vain during this time. If during this time you don't let the desire arise through some means, and the energy doesn't leak out, it will go up. When the energy rises, the head will bulge outward; The light in front of the eyes will be very bright, and the eyes will be bright, like the eyes of an owl, and you can see things at night; The sound in the ears will be particularly loud; And the way you speak will change.
If you close all six of them at this time, our innate door—the fontanelle—will naturally open. But if you don't understand this, it's useless to do all this in advance. It is necessary to wait for the energy below to come up for this to be effective.
When you recite the three characters, the whole power is to rise, to a higher place. The power of the masculine is upward, unlike the power of the yin qi that goes down. When the energy comes up, it will hover for a long time in the area of Yintang and Meixin, dredge this area. This is the master switch of human intelligence.
Sanziming is one of the most traditional and oldest mantras. The purpose of reciting the mantra is to open the body's chakra by the air flow and sound waves generated by the body when reciting it. The human body has seven chakras: the submarine chakra, the navel chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the eyebrow chakra, the crown chakra, and the Brahmanchakra. When we go, the consciousness goes up from the Brahmanic chakra. Therefore, there is an unchanging view in Buddhism: when the divine consciousness goes out from the top of the head, it leads to the Buddha kingdom and corresponds to the Buddha kingdom; Go out from the mouth and correspond to the way of heaven; From the heart chakra of the chest, it corresponds to humanity; Go out from the navel and correspond to the evil spirits; out of the genitals, corresponding to the animal path; Go out from under your feet, and correspond to hell. Therefore, the basic idea of Zen Buddhism is: only by closing the six roots can we break ignorance and live and die.
When meditating, instead of sitting and fighting delusions, it is better to keep reciting the three characters. When I read that there are no more delusions, I read it, I read it, I don't know that I am reading, and I keep this fixed state and the picture of visualization unmoving. If this state of mind and image is destroyed, it means that you have delusions, distracting thoughts, so immediately revisit them and visualize them again. Reading, reading, and there is no delusion, there is no need to read it anymore, and the picture of the visualization is maintained, looking at the front easily and naturally from between the eyebrows, and the upper part takes into account the visualization of the lotus blooming.
It's okay if you don't recite mantras, just like in tantra, and be sure to strengthen the visualization, visualize that the top of your head is open and there is a Buddha standing on it. When you visualize, your mind, that is, your mind, is on the soles of your feet, and your energy is on the soles of your feet. Your heart is in the chest, and your energy goes to the chest; When your heart is on top of your head, your energy is on top of your head...... In short, where your heart goes, your body's energy goes.
Buddhism says that there are three jewels in the sky - the sun, moon and stars, there are three treasures on the earth - Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, and we also have three treasures in the human body - essence, energy and spirit. These nine treasures are one treasure, but different terms are used in different fields.
The three characters should be recited continuously, because our lower dantian stores energy, and by reciting the three characters, the energy will be transported from the lower dantian upwards. Where does the energy come from? First, it comes from the five grains, and second, it is generated from the soles of the feet through cultivation, and after it is generated, it is all stored in the dantian.
Why is it called "Dantian"?" Dan is a bright ball of light, release it to give birth, adjust to the middle to have infinite power, to the top of the head to open wisdom, to be able to be the same as the saint, and the universe one. This energy can be stored at the top, in the middle, or at the bottom, so it is called the upper dantian, the middle dantian and the lower dantian, in fact, they are originally the same thing. Among the three essences and spirits of the human body, God is volatile, Qi is fluid, and Jing is precipitative. Since essence is precipitative, we have **; Qi is fluid, and we have power; God is volatile, and we can be one with all things.
Many Buddha disciples will have a worry, offering offerings to the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, not knowing whether they are pure, afraid that the offerings are not clean, offering to the Buddha is impolite, and wondering if there is a way to make the offerings pure?
As long as we recite the three-character mantra, we can turn everything into purity, and this three-character mantra is Hum A-a-yi, and every time we get an offering, we first recite Hum A-a-yin, and when the offering is offered to the table, it is also a recitation, which means that the thing has been purified.
For example, if someone gives you something, there are many disciples who are very afraid that they don't know if the thing is clean, whether they have lowered their heads, or deliberately made some bad things on it, and the esoteric practitioner only needs to recite Hum Ah Ah and then take it over, this thing already represents purity, but when you recite Hum Ah Si, you have to recite it in your heart, because when you accept other people's things, it will make people feel very strange, so as long as you recite it in your heart, it will be okay to accept what others give.
Because in many countries in Southeast Asia, there are many people who put unclean things in food or things that are going to be given to you.
