The 1072nd Breaking Standing
When you read, the kind of light in the body will come out, so you have to recite it several times in one breath, if you just start at the beginning, you only have to breathe half a sentence in one breath, it's okay, slowly accumulate according to your lung capacity, so that your energy slowly expands, and your lung capacity will become larger and larger. One breath may be able to recite seven or eight times, when reading the qi of the universe outside, when inhaled into the body and into the bottom of the sea, it will be stored, it will have a recoil force, so it is called Tao Chong, the recoil force has to rush out, at this time you will understand the Tao Chong in the Tao Te Ching, this is a kind of power born from the submarine wheel, called negative electricity. It has to collide with the cosmic positive electricity outside our body, that is, the sound wave generated by the "......" sound.
"Hum" is absorption, "ah" is sinking into the body, and "hum" is the impact of positive and negative electricity that produces a big explosion. That's how the Big Bang came about, and that's how the Big Bang came about in our body. How did you go with the word "吽". There are people in Tang Mili who specialize in this "吽" character method, specializing in correcting negative electricity. "Boom ......", positive and negative electricity constantly produces sparks, produces light explosions, and the rainbow light will leave. As soon as you hear about Tantra, you will understand it, and those who practice Tantra are not afraid, and it is good to understand a little more things, because this thing is completely existing in our body, it is not a superstition, it has it in itself, but no one has explained it to you.
When you recite this mantra, you must recite the joy in your heart, don't recite it more and more like a flower withering without sunlight and no water, but the more you recite it, the more you recite it, the more you rejoice it, and the more liquid (that is, nectar) you have in your mouth, you will feel happier and happier the more you recite it, and the essence and spirit are completely concentrated on our heavenly chakra, and one by one the Buddha's light penetrates into your body, all the way through your central channel, all the way to your bottom chakra, and then our karmic habits will slowly come out.
The Three Characters are the source of all mantras, and its recitation is one of the practice methods established by the ancients. If you look closely, you will see that all the mantras are inseparable from the three words that we recite every night. The evolution of everything in the universe, from the world to the world, is fully reflected in the three words "hum, ah, and yin". The worldly way of life and the development of all walks of life are also the same.
The first step is to break. When you say "hum," visualize all the bad magnetic fields around you dissipating, and at the same time visualizing your old thoughts, bad habits, bad problems, and karma all dissipating from your body and dissipating into the void. That is, through a kind of conscious visualization, the bad black energy and matter in the body are released - this is broken.
The second step is to stand. When we say "Ah", visualize all the good things coming to us from the distant horizon, and the good energy, the white substance, surrounds us, filling our whole body. It's like a lot of people who travel thousands of miles and thousands of miles to ask their teachers to touch their heads, give them empowerment, bless them, and pray for them. When the guru recites a mantra when he touches someone's head and prays for blessings, he uses this method of visualization to visualize that the bad magnetic field in his body goes out, and that good things are given to him through the guru's hands, filling his whole body.
The third step is to give. As you recite "Ng", visualize the energy in your body spreading out and sharing it with all beings around you and all the beings in the world. You don't just shine light from your head, your whole body shines light, energy spreads out from your whole body, and whoever meditates with you around you benefits them all – that's the greatest kind of dharma!
What does "hum" mean? It means to break and clean up. There is a saying in our world called "no break, no stand", whether it is the world or the rules of the world, it is not broken or standing. "Buzz" is to destroy and destroy all the thoughts and magnetic fields that are not good for our body and mind from the outside to the surroundings and from the inside. "Ah" means to establish. That is, to re-establish on the basis of breaking, which is called breaking first and then standing. Finally, I will share what I have and what I have with everyone, which is called "Huh". So "hum" is to drive away the bad things and destroy them. "Ah" is to bring good things to us and belong to us. "Huh" is to release and share the good things you get with everyone. "Hum" is also to release, but it means to destroy, destroy and then reintegrate. "A" means to establish, reap, and succeed. "How" means to share and give.
The rules of the world are to break, to establish, and to give. If you analyze it carefully, you will find that everything in the world cannot escape these three words, and none of them can escape this rule, this way, and this principle. The first step is to correct our body and mind, and correct our words and deeds; Then establish a good image, receive formal and systematic education, enrich yourself, and make yourself successful; Finally, they will share and dedicate what they have learned to others and society.
The same is true of monasticism. How big you are broken, how big you are; As much as there is to be great, there is as much giving. Therefore, there is a saying in the world: if it is not broken, it will not stand, and if it is not established, there is nothing to be done.
When reciting the three characters, the head should not be raised, but should be lowered slightly, and should not be lowered too low, if it is too low, the neck will be depressed. The sight falls on a distance of one meter in front of it is the most natural, the most standard, and the body is just perpendicular to it. The body is obliquely straight, tilted straight. When reciting, first inhale through your nostrils, inhale the breath into the dantian, suck the belly into the drum, stay for about ten seconds, and then start to say "hum-". Don't read it when you inhale, but read it when you exhale.
What is the most correct way to pronounce the three characters? Use a stapler as an analogy! An open stapler is our mouth, and the upper and lower parts of the stapler are opened, like an open mouth.
In the middle is our tongue, and the connection point of the three parts behind us is our trachea. When you recite the mantra, you don't put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, but lift it up and put it flat on the roof of your mouth. You see, in such a big mouth, if the tongue is placed underneath and there is a large space on top, when you recite the mantra, the qi is held in the mouth, and it does not go up through the trachea. If you lift your tongue up when you are chanting, and the space is left under the mouth, and the qi is closed by the tongue, it will not run down, and the vibrational force of the sound flow generated when you chant will rise from our mouth through the trachea in the throat, and there will be a vibrational force on the top of the head.
Then inhale in the same way, and then say "Ah-" to deflat your stomach. While chanting, the attention and visualization remain on the head. This point, that is, the fontanelle, the Sahasrara and the Brahmana chakra are connected. Finally, pronounce the third word, "Huh-".
