The Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden describes herself in the Dharani Sutra as being the same as the Bodhisattva of the First Land. In the Dharma system of the Great Auspicious Celestial Maiden of Dongmi, in addition to the altar method, sand pagoda, Huaiai, Goma, Yinming and other stages, there are a series of cultivation methods for turning the mind. In fact, the Dharma itself is the main thing about cultivating the mind, turning this disturbing mind into compassion, joy, and bodhichitta.
Normally, it is also possible to recite the twelve names and the mantras in the scriptures separately.
Step 1: Calm your mind
When you're in a bad mood and irritable, don't rush your homework. Doing homework is not completing a task, and if you practice it this way, it will be very difficult to do a great deal. Before practicing, calm your mind and be still. You can take a breath and let go of your delusions.
In layman's terms, it is to transfer from the distracting channel to the Tiannu channel, and the body and mind first relax and calm down. If you are distracted, don't rush to complete it as if you were doing a task.
Step 2: Remember the merits of the Celestial Maiden, briefly recall it in your heart, and have faith in your heart.
The third step is to practice with auspicious celebrations and joy.
